He says the burger comes with 2 pieces of cheese whether we get one patty or two. I said fine. He said it's 1 piece of yellow and 1 piece of white cheese. I said fine. I repeat our order and add 1 piece white and 1 piece yellow cheese. He said about 3 times that he wanted to make sure he turned the order in right cause he didn't want to cook the food and bring it out and us say it was wrong and have to throw it away. I again repeated our order. He goes back to the kitchen. Our food arrives and my burger had Mayo, lettuce, tomatoe AND KETCHUP. I was so mad. My husband traded burgers with me because we were a bit scared to take it back and have them spit or something on it. Then the manager comes over and asks if we had ordered an Oreo ice cream. We said no. My husband said he'd take it, how much did he owe. The guy said $5. He hands over the $5. Later I told him he should have taken it and not said anything and if the mgr. asked for money to say that's alright and hand it back. I told him the guy probably stuck the money in his pocket. And he did. So we will not be back to this DQ. The success of a fast food place lies in the management and the Sherwood DQ does not have a good nighttime manager. Sorry Sherwood DQ you get zero stars, (but I had to put one so I could post this review.) the onion rings were really good, but management ruined the whole experience.
