i'm a regular at this location--very rarely do i have issues! i always get barbacoa, sometimes theres some sinew but thats the name of the game for shredded beef. despite that, it ALWAYS tastes good to me and is consistent enough that i keep coming back :-) the workers are SO nice; i usually go at night so its probably the end of day/closing crew i see sometimes. theyve always been friendly to me and give me great portions :] i go out of my way to go to this location. based on how the worker's mood is when i go, it makes me feel like theyre well taken care of by their manager, which i hope is the case. ive heard horror stories for how workers are treated at different chipotles, but theyre usually in good spirits when im there! read more

This location is buns. The night staff has a bad attitude and gives small portions. Now I'm not usually one to have too big of a back, but I am pregnant and getting half a scoop of anything for a 12 dollar burrito just wont cut it. If you dare ask for more cheese, the attitude is there again and worse then ever. I decided to come back only to discover that they were closing, 20 minutes before 11, locked doors and everything. I don't understand why my steak double meat bowl was $19 plus tax. when I only received one scoop of steak. I asked if this is this double meat and the woman said yes. I decided not to get the food because the person in front of me received extra chicken and it was piled up. The cashier was annoyed and started speaking Spanish to everyone and they all began to laugh. I absolutely hate this place. Great time work. They move customers through. Even after a large storm they had pleasant attitudes and food was good.

Soggy lumpy rice, guacamole not smashed and had large chunks, chicken not cooked all the way through. Terrible customer service from everyone at that location. Like everyone is always in a bad mood and just rude. I can tolerate the rude lady at the Jamaican restaurant but at least I know my food will be good. Waited over 20mins for my food even though I ordered ahead for pickup. Used the restroom while I waited and the toilet tank cover was broken and shattered on the floor. No toilet paper. They never ever have sauces, ever. Just an overall really terribly run chipotle. All staff should either be replaced with competent people or they all need training. My favorite spot in the whole wide world. I always get a burrito bowl. The servers were quick and efficient and the portions were to my liking. There was no wait and was able to order quickly since it was raining out. The place was well lit. Not sure if the person who rung us up was the manager was very pleasant and sweet. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a Chipotle. My friend and I ordered two burritos and chips for pickup. When we arrived, we were told that they were out of chips and we had to go through the app to get our money back for them. Then, when we got home, we found out the burritos were mislabeled and my friend had already taken a couple of big bites out of one of them (the wrong one). Also, ingredients were missing! And there were like 6 pieces of chicken on each! We tried to return one burrito, but the location closed just a few minutes earlier. What a waste of money. I frequent this Chipotle often because it not as crowded as the other locations in my area. It quaint and chill. I don't eat in, but the atmosphere makes me feel comfortable. This particular review is about my first online Chipotle order. I ordered through the app and I was initially very apprehensive about it. There's nothing like actually watching the person making your meal, and telling them exactly what you want and how much you want. On the app, obviously you can't watch them make it, but surprisingly, they had options on how much of an ingredient you wanted to add to whatever it is you were getting. I got the burrito bowl. I usually get a bit of extra rice, extra sour cream, and extra corn salsa. I placed my order, and waited a few minutes before heading inside to pick it up. When I got home, and opened my container...everything was exactly the way I wanted it! It was SOOO good and I was extremely pleased. Fresh, and delicious was what it was. I still may go in from time to time to get my bowl made right then, but when you have a online feature that gives you what you paid for, the ordering-in-person experience may become a rarity. read more

This is the most inconsistent Chipotle I have ever been to. From the quality of the food to the availability of ingredients - you just never know what you are going to get when visit this restaurant. One time I visited and the rice was severely undercooked which completely ruined the burrito bowl; another time I visited they were out of sour cream. Another time I arrived at the store at the time of opening yet many of the ingredients on the line were near empty. I'm not sure what Chipotle's policy is on recycling ingredients, but it was a bit off-putting to see they are not serving fresh ingredients daily. All Chipotles need to invest in creating a text list that people are allowed to text before driving to a chipotle to see if they are missing ingredients! So mad! I purposely drove a longer distance to this Harford rd Chipotle because every time I go to the one by Goucher they're out of ingredients. So I walk up to this Harford rd. Chipotle and there's a sign on the door saying "No fountain drinks" which I'm fine with. I'm about to order and I hear the employee yell "NO CHEESE, NO LETTUCE, NO GUACAMOLE, NO CHIPS, NO FAJITAS...." And I'n thinking maybe I'll just buy the missing ingredients from the grocery store and maybe some are in my fridge. I ask, "what's the discounted price" since there's all these missing ingredients and she tells me there is no discount. I walked out along with the other people in line. Who's going to pay full price for a bowl missing tons of ingredients. This place is just a running joke, how is EVERY SINGLE CHIPOTLE OUT OF INGREDIENTS on a CONSISTENT BASIS!? The staff here is excellent. Been twice in the last month and received great customer service. Food was fresh and the proper temperature. Chips were salted to perfection. I must say Chipotle has the best chips. Restaurant is clean. The drink/napkin/cutlery counter was clean and well stocked. My kids enjoyed their kids meals.
