I don't live in this area, but I had eaten here once in the past and had a good experience - tasty food and great customer service. Today I ordered on the app for curbside pickup. With the spicy chicken biscuit meal I could choose 5 strawberry jams so I did! For three meals that's 15 jams. I got hash browns and should have had 6 ChickfilA sauces for three orders. What I'm trying to say is, I got all the food I ordered, but only two strawberry jams (said 15 on the bag receipt), no honey (had requested 2), a ton of mayo (only wanted 5), and only 2 CFA sauces (should have had 6). Since I was feeding four people who allllll expected jam, I had to go inside and ask for everything that was not in my to-go bag. The worker seemed irritated (unusual for CFA - they are always so nice), but she gave me a hand full of jams (still not enough) and I was on my way. I can see where so many jams would be overwhelming, but if you can count and it's written right on the bag receipt it shouldn't be too difficult to fulfill the order as placed. I pre-ordered after leaving work which is not that far from the county. Traffic was a bit much to get there. Upon arrival, you always have to fight to get drive onto the parking lot due to bumper-to-bumper traffic in the drive-thru line. I ended up parking in the curbside pick-up section and checked on-line to advise I had arrived. I went inside and didn't realize the wait. There was no clear direction as to what was happening, but thankfully I can read that pickup appeared to be in small corner not far from the registers. Some of the staff that was bringing the food out, called out the orders, and some just threw the food on the pick-up table without calling out the order's name. While waiting for my order, and among the chaos, I watched a young lady ask about her food. The one CSR advised very softly, that her name was called, but not far away from them someone else had her order, and I told her I wouldn't accept food that has now been touched and breathed over by a stranger. If I didn't say anything, I wonder if the CSR would've remade her order . We are still in a pandemic people, and no I do not want anyone else touching or breathing over my food. So as I stood at the now packed pick-up area, another order was brought out by a male server, and he called put the order. Within a minute of that order being brought out, a female server came out with an order, and just laid it on the table and went back to her business. I asked can they at least tell us the names on the order so no one is touching other people's food. There has to be a better system. At some point, I became upset and didn't want to eat my food, which I happily gave to hubby to eat for dinner and lunch another day. Maybe I'm not only person who isn't a huge Chick-fil-A fan? At least the restaurants and the staff are consistently 3 stars. I will admit it's way better than the average burger chain. I'd stay away from the fries which are not crispy and the nuggets which just taste like fried bits of something. I usually get just a sandwich and then discard the bun because I'm not thrilled with plain bread. If only they had wheat or something with some consistency. I really don't write reviews for things often, however my experience here warrants a poor review in my book. I hardly ever get sick after eating food, it really takes a lot. I ordered a 4 piece chicken finger meal with a milkshake and within an hour after eating it I got extremely light headed and vomited the food up. Needless to say I won't be coming back to this location. My order was on 8/19/2022 around 6pm, and overall the service was what you'd expect from the time in the evening. It was very busy, and they moved the line along at a reasonable pace. I'm a really reasonable guy, but when I get sick after eating someone's food they really had to mess it up. Isure what's going on at this location since my experiences with other chick fila's have been fine. I'm not looking for free stuff here. I don't care about coupons or a free meal. Service is good (though has fallen as of late - no salad dressing with a salad twice in the last four months), and food is what I'd expect, but twice in the last month I've gone in for pick-up and both times a delivery driver from an app came in with their mask below their nose, talked to employees, then walked over and stood in the crowded pick-up area. No employees said anything to him about violating this state ordinance...and the pick-up area was crowded and hard to distance. I walked to another area to wait for my food one time because it was super crowded and the guy was standing near me. I had a coupon for a free sandwich so I of course used that. I don't have much to say in this review I mean Chick-fil-A is amazing! Had to go to Safeway, Chick-fil-A is right next door. Since I hadn't eaten anything today, I decided to get something to eat first before heading in to Safeway. I ordered the Cobb salad with crispy chicken and a chick-fil-a sandwich. I was asked what kind of dressing for my salad and if I wanted any sauces for the sandwich. I asked for honey mustard dressing for my salad, which I received. Then I asked for honey mustard sauce, mayo and ketchup for the sandwich, which I did not receive, therefore, I don't want the sandwich. Why ask me, if you're not going to give it to me? Rude rude rude employees. Today is their grand opening... and it was a humiliating visit. I will never go back here. I had a simple order of two sandwiches and a yogurt. The girl hit multiple orders for the yogurt. And didn't realize she was overcharging me. I let her know that was too much I am being charged for. And then she realized her mistake (Which is fine). But then left me while 7-8 cars road by and got their order. It took 10 minutes for them to figure out how to delete this item ... and they just didn't come back. The shift manager named Caleb gave my boyfriend and I horrible service last night. We arrived at 8:50pm before closing in the drive thru line. The sign clearly reflected as open at the time we arrived. Only one car was in front of us being serviced. As soon as it was our turn to go next they turned off the speaker to accept your order and said nothing after we repeatedly said hello. Afterwards we pulled up to the window and the staff refused to open the window. Caleb the shift manager didn't care that we were in line prior to closing. The food was still delicious and the service was still better than most other fast food chains but it was not chick fil a quality. I also had to wait 10 minutes for my food after already waiting in the drive through. Not a great look for chick fil a's reputation and I hope this location can get their act together. This particular Chick-fil-A continues to be the worst CFA franchise I've ever visited - and certainly the worst in the Baltimore-metro area. I am not exaggerating when I say, there is at least 1 thing wrong with my order or visit EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit. I don't know if Management ever reads online reviews, but it's evident this location has consistency and staffing issues that need to resolved. On a recent visit, I watched as an employee screamed into a Facetime call with a Manager lamenting that no one (including the GM) knew about some Marketing promotion that had been posted on Instagram as a Customer stood there waiting for the item. Every other Chick-fil-A is able to function smoothly with "kids" as employees -- but this location seems to struggle. I probably won't go to this Chick-fil-A anymore. I live in the Timonium area, so I usually frequent the Cockeysville and Hunt Valley locations. I've gone to many of these over the years, and this is the worst one. The service is very slow, and the food was very mediocre. Tonight my wife and I went here around 7pm. I had the 4 piece chicken tender meal, and my wife had the 8 piece nugget meal. The cashier was slow, and kept checking his cell phone while ringing the order. At one point he had a phone in one hand, and my drink in the other. Seriously? I also don't like that this location keeps the sauces behind the counter. Seems very cheap and something I'd expect of a lower quality fast food location. Plus the guy gave me like 8 packs of sauce. I would have taken less. The wait in line to be rung up wasn't bad, but there were a good 10 or so people waiting for food. The 8 pc nugget my wife had was overcooked. However my tenders were very strangely cooked (see pictures) My 4 pc tenders were fried, then grilled. What in the world? To top it off, some pieces weren't cooked all the way. My guess is that they fried them, thought they were undercooked, then grilled them. That is weird! They should know how to cook chicken, I mean come on! The mac n cheese was decent, and the fries were nice and hot. However neither were up to par with the other locations. Fries were a bit over cooked. I could imagine how bad they'd be if they were warm. Overall, I give them 1 out of 5 stars. I'd give them 2 stars if all the chicken was at least safe to eat. Whoever owns/manages this place, needs to fix it. Since I only witnessed the night shift, it's hard to say how good the morning/afternoon shift is. The place is almost always busy, with varying degrees of severity. Their commitment to service doesn't waver under the strain. You will always see management in the background supporting, coaching, and serving alongside its youthful staff. Truly impressive. "It's a pleasure to serve you" is often accompanied by "Thank you!" The food is always served hot, and the orders are almost always delivered promptly and accurately. The food is always very tasty! Try their fruit cup, the fruit will always be crisp and juicy. More importantly, a lot of the menu items offer a caloric value between 300-800 calories if you are trying to diet. If you are counting calories on a budget, you CANNOT GO WRONG WITH CHICKEN, nor can you go wrong with the options available. But, they do make a meeeeeeean milkshake. The facility is always crispy clean. They have outdoor seating for when it's nice out. The drive thru is a double lane express lesson in efficiency. It doesn't matter if there are 15 cars, you'll be through it in less than 10 minutes. While you wait, you'll eventually crawl past a picturesque drive through lane water fall where birds take a bath. The place is just the best. 5 stars. No guilt, all praise. I couldn't improve anything about the business.
