Stopped in because I happen to be in the area. When I entered the dining room was nice and clean. I viewed the menu for a second. One of the employees tried to assist me to make a decision. I decided on orange chicken and fried rice and a pomegranate pineapple drink. The food was nice and fresh and tasty. I didn't care for the drink so much. It was bitter to me. The service was excellent...the food, not so good. I got an order of chicken egg rolls, an order of spring rolls and an order of Rangoon's. All tasted as though they had been sitting under the warming lights for many hours. The spring rolls would have been fine if they were not so dried out, but I have had better egg rolls from the frozen food section of the grocery store. The Rangoon's were so dried out they were hard. Stick with neighborhood Chinese resturants and stay away from big chains trying to put them out of business with grab and go food. read more

A mere two months after my initial review, I have to downgrade this restaurant significantly. Why? Because the restaurant manager has started a new policy of not giving out water cups any more. Considering that I was already buying food, this refusal struck me as atrociously petty. Furthermore, this policy went into effect on Chinese New Year. Year of the pig, indeed. Take two...so after my first review I was contacted by the corporate office from Panda Express, and was asked to give Panda Express another try on them. Well after much convincing, my husband and I decided to go back to the same location. We were greeted as soon as we walked up to the counter and was given time to review the menu. We both ordered the plate dinner. We both picked out the broccoli/cabbage/kale vegetable mix, with lo mein. For meat, he had Beijing Beef and I had the Orange chicken. The servers were ok. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and happy but there is a man who works here and was scooping meats. He was purposely giving smaller than normal scoops and arguing with people when they asked for more. I just let it go, but the person behind me argued with him for 3 minutes with a long line building all because the server wouldn't give a normal amount of food. I went into this location 9 o'clock on Monday evening they close at 9:30. I walk up to the counter and not one person out of the four people working asks how they can help me or if they can take my order. I was with my father so I asked if we could order then they skipped over my father and went to the person behind him. It was very obvious they did not want to serve us. They were also very busy holding their own conversations. This was my first time ever going to a panda express and I will never go back to panda express. read more

I stopped going to Panda Express years ago because of the quality of the food but I must say that this location has made me a fan again. The cooks are excellent at replenishing low dishes in a timely manner. I love the atmosphere and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that I tried to use a coupon for an online order but had some difficulty so I came into the location to place the order. I explained this to the cashier and showed her the order online but was not given the discount that I should have received. Other than that I have been very satisfied with this location.
