I decided to come here because it was one of the only places in the nearby area with salads. The employee that took my order was nice however the cashier literally walked away in the middle of ringing out my order as I was paying and didn't come back. I had to ask another employee for my food bag and utensils (both of which were right there on her side of the counter). Never did get my receipt either. On top of everything else, my apple walnut salad had mushy apples and grapes. Guess I know no one eats salads in this area! They had decent lunch specials for $7.99 for the sandwiches though.

I did a mobile order so I would not have to wait in line. The process of ordering was easy and allows you to customize your food. I like that they have a combo deals. I got a Veggie Melt sandwich and the Apple Walnut Salad. Unfortunately, when I got the paper bag containing my food order, the lid to my salad was not closed all the way so when I went to take it out some of its contents ending up spilling in the bag. Well, there went a third of my salad. The salad itself had wilted lettuce. The grapes were mushy and I got like 4 small apple pieces total. I also found a hair in my salad which was a disappointment. The Veggie Melt was okay. I got it in their multigrain bread, with provolone, cheddar, and swiss. It was filling, but a bit lack luster. I like the Veggie Melts from Subways better. In terms of the ambiance, they do have a ramp to enter so it is very accessible-friendly. The restaurant seemed clean and it is definitely affordable and fast. The table I sat on was wobbly though. They have a fountain machine that serves Coke products.

I'm rating this location as four stars based on years of experience. However I will note that my most recent trip was surprising, as the line was moving very very slowly. I'm not sure what the issue was but perhaps a flood of online orders had slowed down the teams pace. To make up for it, they gave me a free cookie to make up for the wait, which was certainly nice! In general this location is spacious and warm. The decor is quite interesting! There are a variety of Americana and memorabilia scattered throughout the dining area. The menu is pretty standard. All potbelly's have the same menu. Everything here is prepared per the standard. Personally I enjoy these sandwiches much more than most other comparable national chains. There are Zapp's and other chips available, as well as cookies and often brownies/blondies/'dream bars'.

We needed a quick lunch near M&T Stadium so Potbelly it was. I chose the pick your pair with a skinny size avo turkey sandwich and a cup of loaded potato soup and my husband chose an original size avo turkey sandwich with a bag of chips. It was filling and we both really enjoyed it.

This was my first time trying Potbelly and let me just say, I will definitely be a regular customer after this experience! The Pratt street location had phenomenal service, great sandwiches, and a very clean dining area. I placed my order through Grubhub. The worker that assisted me helped me as soon as I walked through the door. There was no need to wait being that my order was already ready by the time I arrived. The worker was very polite, I wish I caught her name! The location is about 5 minutes from my house and l can't wait to return to try something different on the menu. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Sometimes at the end of a long day, a gal just needs a sandwich. I hadn't had a sub in over a year and I kept hearing about Potbelly Sandwich Shop and thought it was a great time to check it out. I placed my pickup order through Doordash and the process was really simple, including modifications. I opted for the Mediterranean without chicken and added a side of Zapp's jalapeño chips. I went to pick up my sandwich and it was really easy! I swung in, found my order, and left-- simplest process ever! I went home to enjoy my sandwich. The ingredients were fresh and the sandwich was assembles well. I only wish it were a bit toastier. I'm sure I'll be back again. Next on the menu: Veggie Melt! Thanks for hittin the spot, Potbelly!

Costumer service was the worst I have ever received at a potbelly. Everything was an inconvenience for the 3 females that were working.

I was nearby for a work conference and stopped by for lunch. One of the best sandwiches I've had in a long while! The peppers were delish.

Located on Lombard St. Attman's has a rich history as mentioned on their website: "Established in…read more1915, Attman's has established its reputation as Baltimore's leading delicatessen along Corned Beef Row - a unique Baltimore landmark. Today, you will find the same delicious foods, outstanding personnel, and friendly service that has been maintained for over three generations. ATTMAN'S has the flavor and excitement like that of the East Side of New York City, where our famous corned beef comes out steaming hot from our kettles all day, seven days a week; and where the taste of real Jewish hot pastrami makes your mouth water for more." (https://attmansdeli.com/history/) This place became popular back in the day for Jewish food specialties especially around Passover and their kosher products. The current location was established in 1933 and still stands today. Sandiwches: I got the original 'Corned Beef' Sandwich. I got it "Extra Heavy +$" with more meat, regular cut meat (there is an option of regular cut vs lean cut for an upcharge), with Sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, with deli mustard, on toasted rye bread. DIY rueben-esque. The sandwich was amazing! Quality corned beef, so fresh and tasty. Highly recommended. This is their true, time and tested menu item! I also got the 'Lombard Street' sandwich, on toasted rye bread. It had pastrami, corned beef, chopped liver and Russian dressing. Good blend of different flavors and textures. I was expecting a savory liver pate sort of taste, but it's on the sweeter side. Which I found interesting, sorta not my jams but definitely someone else's. The 'Lombard Street Coddies' was a lil soft baked fish cake patty. It came wrapped in foil with a stone ground mustard packet and crackers, snack size. I expected some toasted crunch on the outside, but it didn't have that. Kinda smushy all over. Desserts: The 'Strawberry Shortcake' was more of a denser/ heavier cake with a cream cheese layer. The frosting was harder and super sweet. The 'Rainbow Cake' was super pretty with its colorful layers, just like the pictures. Denser sweet chocolate cake. Both cakes were good, but my preference is for softer airier cake. And icing that's lighter and less sweet. The 'Chocolate Top Cookie' (each) was a softer sugar-cookie-like base with a generous glob of chocolate frosting on top. This I'd probably not get again. The 'Black Bottom Cupcake' was super moist and yums, recommended. This I would get again. Sides: I got the 'Attman's House Salad' with Russian dressing. It was a decent sized salad, you could add different protein options on. Blend of tomatoes and lettuce. The 'Homemade Potato Salad' and the 'Homemade Coleslaw' were packaged in smaller sauce containers. Both were nice accompaniments for the sandwiches. I also got the 'Bubbie's Matzo Ball Soup'. The matzah/matzo ball was packaged in a separate tub from the soupy portion. There were good potions of vegetables and soup. It was my first time trying out a matzo ball, definitely interesting. The dough-flour bite went well with the hot chicken flavored soup. Overall, I got a bit of everything in my to-go DoorDash order to try thing out. It's very different from the types of food I usually get. This was a good experience. I really liked the corned beef sandwich here, highly recommend that. Try this place out if you have the time!

At first I was like, no way it can actually be that good. But it really was that good! I love comfort Asian food, and this place was BOMB. The food was legit sooo good, and my only regret is that I didn't get more sauce, because their chicken was so moist and flavorful that I wanted to drench it. I do wish they did delivery, since I had to make a specific trip out here for it, but honestly it was worth going out of my way for. BTS apparently even booked the place out for a night -- that should tell you everything you need to know!

I placed a catering/pickup order at 8:30 AM for my friend's birthday, with a scheduled pickup time of 12:30 PM. When I arrived to pick up the order, I was told that everything I had ordered was sold out. The frustrating part was that I was never notified ahead of time, so I had no opportunity to make another selection before arriving. Since my friend doesn't eat chicken, I had to find another seafood option on the spot. Once I found something that would work, I had to pay an additional $15 and then wait another 20 minutes for the new order. I normally go to the Locust Point location and have never really had issues there, so I don't want this experience to give the impression that I think Ekiben is bad overall. This was genuinely just one bad experience. The food itself is still AMAZING. I'm obsessed with the Tacklebox, the tempura broccoli is , and the chili noodles are an absolute SMASH. I'll definitely still be back because I genuinely love Ekiben -- I just hope there's better communication when an item from a scheduled order is no longer available.
