I'm writing this review after my positive experience at this Chipoltle because the rating is so low, it almost prevented me from dining here. I hope this and other good reviews will help to raise the low rating for this restaurant so others are not deterred as I almost was. I ordered a barbacoa burrito with guacamole over the app and picked it up in the drive thru. It was ready when I arrived neatly wrapped and bagged with the side of salsa I'd requested and plenty of napkins which I appreciated. The burrito was made exactly as I'd ordered it and was delicious. The beef was tender and flavorful and the guacamole was generous and very tasty. If I have a complaint at all, it is that I paid over $14 for a burrito I was only able to eat half of and no smaller option is available on the menu. That is an issue with Chipoltle corporate however, not this individual restaurant. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Restaurant was filthy. Tables, drink area, food prep area....all a mess. No straws, no plastic ware, no napkins. This location is always out of something. I've stopped by hours before closing time and even then they are out of many items. I really wish they would let those in line know ahead of time what they are out of so we can decide if it's worth the wait. Where do we start. The rice is basically Japanese Sticky Rice. Out of black beans (fair). Ordered brisket was told they're out, asked if they were out for the rest of the night, magically brisket appeared. Was given the smallest possible serving ever (see picture) there is more Salsa and Guacamole than brisket. Wanted a double but just shook my head an accepted fate. Everything was super disorganized. I have been wanting to try out one of the new quesadillas that a content creator suggested, and is now part of their menu so I ordered online and boy was I happy that I tried it out I got the Keith quesadilla and it was delicious. I have no clue why the ratings on this location are so low. Their a/c was out for about a month, but no fault of theirs. Otherwise, food is hot and fresh as it should be. People obviously don't like working here. I have been here multiple times in person and have ordered mobile as well. They do not put as much food in bowls for mobile orders as they do in person. Our last order online came with a torn, soggy bag from a lack of care by the employees. Forget ordering avocado here too; I didn't receive more than 2 oz. The only reason I know that is because I try to split my bowl into 2 tortillas evenly. Speaking of the tortillas, they looked like someone fisted them into foil and called it good (they were basically free floating in our greasy bag). Our last in person experience involved grabbing some food for friends who were in the process of moving, and we had all of the orders in a group chat ready to go. First time here, was going to give a good review because I enjoyed the food and the guy making our bowls was super nice, but that ended quickly when o passed one of the "managers", Eli sitting at a table. This chipotle location is usually great, however today was literally the worst experiences we've had. Sadie walked up to us to help us with our order and was extremely rude. She looked like she wanted to chop our heads off for existing inside of the chipotle on Christmas Eve. Like sorry we don't have family here and need to eat somehow. Got a chicken burrito. Food quality was very poor and the portion size was less than what it used to be just a few years ago. Tables were dirty, hot sauce bottles were sticky the amount of protein they add in your burritos are smaller than they used to be and the prices have increased. I am a chipotle girly so I come here at least three times out of the month, sometimes more if I've had a rough week. The food is always up to the standard that I expect chipotle to be. I don't have a raving review because all chipotle's are kind of the same to be honest. But I do think that this store needs to be rated higher than a 1.5 star! The store is always clean when I go in and you get good service 8/10 of the times that you go there! It's like any other place you go to eat. When I got there they were out of chicken so I waited 10 minutes to get chicken, however by that time they were out of rice. They stated to me it would be another 10 minutes for rice. I don't understand why this location has low reviews. The Cordova Mall location compared to this location on Nine mile was night and day for my family & I. The employees were very friendly! I am a massive fan of Chipotle and love their food, but the poor quality at this restaurant I find astounding. I ordered five meals to be picked up at 5 PM. After arriving at 5:05 PM, I still have to wait for 15 minutes until my meals were ready. All five meals (a mix of burritos and bowls) were labeled incorrectly (not matching their contents) and not a single meal had been prepared correctly or simply been mislabeled. At least one meal was made inedible thanks to complications with dietary restrictions. TL;DR: there's a reason this place has only two stars. read more

Every time I go here to get food they are out of things. This time they were out of queso on the main line, which I wasn't surprised. However, the couple in front of me ordered queso as well and the other girl working got them queso from the drive thru supply. I asked if I could get queso on mine from over there like the previous customers and they said "no, we actually aren't allowed to do that" and I questioned why the couple in front of me just received queso and I can't? They never have veggies or fresh stuff, it takes them over an hour after opening to have all the options ready. Food line is always dirty and disgusting. Absolutely horrible. I am not one to leave very many bad reviews, but this experience merits one. I have never had the best experiences with this location but decided to give it another try. Big mistake. Both the items in my order were wrong. One was missing a side and the other was supposed to be hard shell tacos and I don't even know how to explain what I received. Really wish I had taken a picture. There were soft tortillas in there, but everything was just piled on there where you couldn't pick them up and it was extremely soggy. I ate what I could which was also a mistake because I have been sick since. My husband was the one that picked up the order and said it was very dirty inside and very hot to where he worried about food being kept at the right temperature. Never again.
