So disappointed in our order today. We ordered two subs for pick up. When we got home, the extra add-ons were minimal at best. One little ring of onion on the entire sub. One was light Mayo and it was drenched with Mayo. Obviously no attention to detail in this location. Won't be ordering from here again. Very disappointing to get this home for dinner. The sandwiches were very good but I have to question the honesty and integrity of this particular establishment. We were staying at a hotel nearby so we ate here three days in a row and each time we were overcharged for our order. At least one of us would order the daily special sandwich but we got charged the regular price anyhow. The 2nd time this happened I spoke with the manager and she stated that cashier had simply forgotten which sandwich was on special. So on the third visit I intentionally did not ask for a specific sandwich but instead ordered "two daily specials". Incredibly, I still got charged full price and got another, "Oh, I'm so sorry." Three times in three days suggests to me that this is no accident but is, instead, their standard practice. read more

I give them a two only because they had cookie for my daughter and it was kinda tasty. I had a bite because she shares, is nice and has manners. I walked in the store and the people behind the counter were just stareing at me. I dont blame them the word on the street is that I am a very handsome gentleman. Anyway I ordered an Italian sub and it was just that it was a sandwich that neither sparked a critical food review to explain its awesomeness or tell people how bad it was. Just meat, bread, cheese, lettuce, tomato, oil and vinegar. The dinning area was dirty and there was trash on the floor. Not just in a couple of places but under every table and half of them had the crumbs of previous sandwich munchers that were probably sitting there thinking the same thing I was thinking....lord help them and I pray that they also use yelp. Great place to grab a bite to eat in Milton! Customer service is on point and friendly. Food portions are really well matched to their price and the taste matches the price. Clean establishment and they have one of the new multiple mix soda machines! Kids always seem to love this things, who am I kidding so do adults. Awesome sub! Extremely tasty. This beats the pants off Subway. Lots of meat and the wheat roll was outatanding. I didn't get the combo but the sandwich was outstanding. The restauraunt was clean and nice and the staff was great. I only stopped here due to convenience but plan on going to firehouse subs again. This was a great sub!
