went to Tradition location last evening. I was apprehensive as reviews were horrible. I asked why reviews so bad. I was told their previous manager was a nightmare! decided to give it a roll. I worked with Said on my order. order of salad and burrito were amazing. Said was pleasant and courteous and he made sure all was good. I recommend you give another chance and tell them you've been burned. they will make sure you are happy. I loved it! great job. thank you Said! His name is pronounced Sigh-eed and spelled SAID. read more

Nothing better than spending a lot on your meal just to get stale chips for my queso! I would like to say this is the first occurrence but you can rarely get good fresh chips. Seems like there needs to be quality standards on older chips. Switch them out if they've been there all day! read more

I love chipolte, but this location always messes things up. Twice I have ordered a quesadilla, and twice has it been totally messed up. How do you mess up a quesadilla you might ask? Well once, they put cheese in a raw tortilla, didn't cook it at all. The other time, they put the sides I ordered with the quesadilla in a tortilla. Like a burrito, no cheese. Just a bean and sour cream burrito. We also recently ordered the meal that feeds 4-6 people, comes with a few sides, chips, etc. They provided us with none of the sides. Only the rice, beans, and sofritas. I hope they get their act together because it's the closest chipolte to me. read more

I used to like Chipotle, but this location has turned me off for ever. I was sick to my stomach after eating @ the Chipotle in tradition last night. Can't help but to come to the conclusion that perhaps it might have had something to do with the Cleanliness of this particular location. Never again. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Looks like they haven't changed the garbage in 3 days. - Fast Food Near Me - Port St Lucie, Florida

Dirty fountain drinks area. Dirty outside seating. Overflowing trash cans inside and out. Two bowls cost $36 not counting drinks. Too expensive for a fast food joint. read more

Good tasting food with the typical Tex-mex flavor profile! Big servings to satisfy most hunger pangs! Love the bowls where you can specify your choices! read more

I tried to order a quesadilla which I have ordered 3 nights in a row. I was told I can't order this, I stated I have come here 3 nights in a row with no problem I was told I don't know who you spoke to. I then ordered the kids quesadilla and it was thrown to me with no top or coverage just a bowl no bag no nothing. I asked for a manager her name is Kayla horrible flat affect. No customer service skills. I will never step foot in here again. Nothing but kids and no one takes responsibility for anything. Kayla sucked. Received a message to contact support and nothing this message was only to make it look like yall give a fuck just horrible you do not care about customers read more

This is literally the nastiest and most poorly managed chiptole I have ever been to. There is spilled food all over the counter, the floor is always dirty, the trash never seems to be taken out but yet the employees are always just standing around not doing anything. They are also really slow, they'll have 1 person serving all the food while the other workers are just hanging around when they could be helping the line move faster. Do better read more

Absolutely love this place! Both pictures are from two separate visits and it just shows how consistent they are. We always order pick up and it's ready when we get there but food is still hot & ready to eat. read more

This is the nastiest Chipotle I've ever been to. See photos. Food was sitting out on the prep table behind the serving area that should probably be kept in a temperature controlled environment. Counters in serving area hadn't been wiped down in god knows how long. They were covered in spilled food. Even up by the registers. They were out of rice and most of the proteins an hour before closing. I guess that's what happens when you have young kids running the place. I should have notified the health department. Do better Chipotle! read more

The food is always cold and the service is terrible due to teens working on the line. I will never come back here because I always get sick while eating chipotle. I feel nauseous in the morning and have bad liquid diarrhea. Never again. I hope this one gets shut down! read more

Typical Chipotle, fast food. Service could be a little friendlier at times. Typical ambiance of every Chipotle.

Food order wasnt in container but sides were ! Called customer service that was a joke ( dont waste your time) had to go back to store to get my order fixed! Every time we've gone to this Chipolte in Tradition , either order isnt right or food is way to salty! There is no consistency with this restaurant after giving numerous chances! We will never go again!! read more

9:30 at night. Out of chicken. Out of veggies. Nothing on the grill. Closes at 11 pm. Staff doesn't care. Tables dirty. Floors dirty. Same story for the last couple years they have been open. Spoke with DM and shared feedback a year ago but nothing has changed. Poor leadership. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fast Food Near Me - Port St Lucie, Florida

This location is dirty! Floors not swept, tables not cleaned after people left. Garbage overflowing at receptacles, empty beverage containers not being filled no iced tea also. Food was good but we won't return again. read more

When I went here at around 2:40 pm the dining area was clean but there was only one person making the orders and the line built up quickly. The section with the spoons, forks, napkins, and drink machine was absolutely disgusting and had random wrappers, lids all over the place, and trash all over. When I ate my food it was practically flavorless, barely any meat, and the worst part is my stomach was bubbling immediately after consumption. I'm constantly running to the bathroom after eating here. I do not recommend this specific location if you want a good chipotle experience. read more

Everyone is SOOOOO rude. No ones wants to do anything I ask as a loyal paying customer without giving an attitude or without making a face. Never any napkins, never any homemade drinks and barely any silverware and when I ask, you guessed it, nasty faces and attitude. Dining room is ALWAYS disgusting and I took my food to go because I lost my appetite for how dirty that place always is. Oh and TAKE OUT YOUR TRASH GUYS.. there comes a limit. read more

I writing to let customers know I will never be going to Chipotle/ this location ever and will be letting others know as well!!!! I had a chicken bowl yesterday and I had food poisoning, I am actually still super sick!!! BEWARE EVERYONE!!!! read more

I recently did an order pick up from this location and the service was amazing. When I went to pick it up the girl making my bowls informed me that she didn't have any brown rice left and it would be 20 minutes. She was so sweet and apologetic. I told her to just give me white rice as I did not want to wait. She then quickly made my food and brought it out to me personally. She continued to apologize and ended up giving me a free drink for the inconvenience. Overall, she made a more negative experience a positive one and because of this I will choose this chipotle more often! read more

Do not waste your time coming here. This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. They have no clue what they're doing. They are extremely rude and their food just out right sucks!! Stay away from this location! read more

So many negative things to say about this location...where do I begin! First off the staff yelled at all the customers waiting in line...we're all standing in the wrong place. No signage to show where to wait. Only one person waiting on all customers for most of the time. NO BEER even though it's as in the sign...THEY HAVE NO LIQUOR LICENSE they claim. Tables all dirty inside and outside, patio umbrellas broken, no trash can outside. Utensils left out...should be requested at counter due to covid, filthy windows and 4 of tge drinks were empty. No time stickers on anything. Wondered even if the iced tea, was fresh. Called management. read more

Avoid. Has to be the SLOWEST, least clean Chipotle in America. I counted 7 employees and they had only one person making food with 10 people in line. I waited 5 minutes and left as the line didn't move at all. Normally you have multiple people working the line getting people in and out. I suspect they've just hired people who have never been trained and then there's no manager on duty. You end up with one guy cooking. one girl doing the line work and at least 5 people standing around yucking it up. No one seems to be working, cleaning the place etc. The whole thing that makes most Chipotle's great is the assembly line, and getting people in and out. It would have taken 20 minutes for that one girl to do it all herself. read more

First time we were there, they did not drain any of the vegetables and ended up with Burrito Bowl soup, It was disgusting and had to through it all away. I always give a place a second chance. The 2nd time the server was literally scraping the bottom of the pans to get what ever was left in it. After moving down the line they bought out full pans of fresh ingredients. The server should have never scrapped the bottom and gotten fresh. They always did that at a good Chipotle is used to go to !! I never had problems with the other location in another state !! After failing on 2 chances I will never go back to this location. It's obvious that their management is not training their employees on proper Service. read more

Every time I eat here I get the runs. Besides the fact that they don't mix the burrito at all before rolling it and the little to no meat, the fact that I am physically sick after each time is ALARMING read more

This place is terrible. There isn't a good thing to say about this store. We have given it so many chances but since there isn't another one anywhere near us, we keep trying. Maybe that's why they keep having customers because it's the only one around. It's always dirty and the kids behind the counter move slower than molasses. We ordered at 7:45pm, we were told that the order would be ready at 8:10pm. We showed up at 8:15 and the food still wasn't ready. So I would love chipotle to explain to me how I got my food to go and it wasn't even ready yet, but then we got our food and it was cold!!! It's unacceptable. I'll make my own burrito bowls at home, and at least it'll be hot. read more

Not the best Chipotle I've been to. I practically had to yell for them to hear me because the music was so loud. I could barely hear myself speaking. The employees were so soft spoken, I coulnd't hear them over the music. Then at the end, they overcharged me for the three tacos that I got. I couldn't hear the total over the LOUD MUSIC and assumed they knew what they were doing so I made the payment only to see on my statement I was charged $30 for my tacos! Never going here again. read more

I should have left the minute I walked in. The place looks so dirty and unclean. Tables were dirty, the floors didn't look swept, the serving counter was messy with crumbs and food all over. The soda area was dirty too, no lids for cups, and no knives or napkins in that area. The servers were not pleasant and although their seems to be enough of people there, all busy doing nothing. How about cleaning your working restaurant. I didn't even venture to use the restroom since the kitchen and eating area looked bad. What a waste of money. This was my first and last time in this place. Save your money and go to Culvers next door. If this place has a manager, they don't know what they are doing. Hire a mature older person than what I've seen there. These people don't have a clue of what they are doing, and need direction besides being trained to work in a restaurant they look like they really don't care anyway. read more

IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars I would !!!!! The worst customer service I have ever had in my life it took 30 minutes just to get my order taken AND I WAS AT THE FRONT OF THE LINE THE WHOLE 30 MINUTES finally when order was taken the woman serving the food had the worst attitude was rude and honestly seemed irritated to even serve anybody. Finally when I went to pay my father who speaks little to no English was treated like he was stupid because he asked to repeat the total since the first time he didn't hear clearly. The guy who rung us up smacked his gum rolled his head and eyes and instead of clarifying the total he just knocked on the screen with his fingers the rudest way imaginable as if he was an idiot then rolled his eyes and walked away. Severely dissatisfied and disappointed! read more

Best Chipotle in PSL! Always a short wait time, fresh food, and a clean, modern restaurant!

Employees are slow moving, unlike other locations. I had an order that was way off, so I brought it back, the guy still messed it up. I couldn't bring myself to go back a third time. The food is good, but most of the time I pass on it because I don't know what I'm going to get. read more

Chipotle is always good. They are just getting up to speed food is good. They were out of Black beans.

this chipotle was a nightmare, long line, no AC, overworked and irritated employees, no guac, no teas in the drink area. I feel bad because the employees are so nice but so obviously overworked/underpaid. This Chipotle needs to get it together. They don't even fulfill DoorDash orders at this location and it's still a mess... read more

This place is absolutely the worst.... They are slow, there is no toppings available, less soupy sour cream. I was shocked chipotle doesn't have lettuce, tomato, onions....or any of the basic sides one gets on Tex-mex food. I guess you have to settle for pico de gallo... never again! read more
