I love chipolte, but this location always messes things up. Twice I have ordered a quesadilla, and twice has it been totally messed up. How do you mess up a quesadilla you might ask? Well once, they put cheese in a raw tortilla, didn't cook it at all. The other time, they put the sides I ordered with the quesadilla in a tortilla. Like a burrito, no cheese. Just a bean and sour cream burrito. We also recently ordered the meal that feeds 4-6 people, comes with a few sides, chips, etc. They provided us with none of the sides. I was told I can't order this, I stated I have come here 3 nights in a row with no problem I was told I don't know who you spoke to. This is literally the nastiest and most poorly managed chiptole I have ever been to. There is spilled food all over the counter, the floor is always dirty, the trash never seems to be taken out but yet the employees are always just standing around not doing anything. This is the nastiest Chipotle I've ever been to. See photos. Food was sitting out on the prep table behind the serving area that should probably be kept in a temperature controlled environment. Counters in serving area hadn't been wiped down in god knows how long. They were covered in spilled food. Even up by the registers. They were out of rice and most of the proteins an hour before closing. I guess that's what happens when you have young kids running the place. I should have notified the health department. When I went here at around 2:40 pm the dining area was clean but there was only one person making the orders and the line built up quickly. The section with the spoons, forks, napkins, and drink machine was absolutely disgusting and had random wrappers, lids all over the place, and trash all over. When I ate my food it was practically flavorless, barely any meat, and the worst part is my stomach was bubbling immediately after consumption. I recently did an order pick up from this location and the service was amazing. When I went to pick it up the girl making my bowls informed me that she didn't have any brown rice left and it would be 20 minutes. She was so sweet and apologetic. I told her to just give me white rice as I did not want to wait. She then quickly made my food and brought it out to me personally. She continued to apologize and ended up giving me a free drink for the inconvenience. Overall, she made a more negative experience a positive one and because of this I will choose this chipotle more often! read more

Avoid. Has to be the SLOWEST, least clean Chipotle in America. I counted 7 employees and they had only one person making food with 10 people in line. I waited 5 minutes and left as the line didn't move at all. Normally you have multiple people working the line getting people in and out. I suspect they've just hired people who have never been trained and then there's no manager on duty. You end up with one guy cooking. one girl doing the line work and at least 5 people standing around yucking it up. No one seems to be working, cleaning the place etc. The whole thing that makes most Chipotle's great is the assembly line, and getting people in and out. First time we were there, they did not drain any of the vegetables and ended up with Burrito Bowl soup, It was disgusting and had to through it all away. I always give a place a second chance. The 2nd time the server was literally scraping the bottom of the pans to get what ever was left in it. After moving down the line they bought out full pans of fresh ingredients. So many negative things to say about this location...where do I begin! First off the staff yelled at all the customers waiting in line...we're all standing in the wrong place. This place is terrible. There isn't a good thing to say about this store. We have given it so many chances but since there isn't another one anywhere near us, we keep trying. Maybe that's why they keep having customers because it's the only one around. It's always dirty and the kids behind the counter move slower than molasses. We ordered at 7:45pm, we were told that the order would be ready at 8:10pm. We showed up at 8:15 and the food still wasn't ready. So I would love chipotle to explain to me how I got my food to go and it wasn't even ready yet, but then we got our food and it was cold!!! It's unacceptable. The soda area was dirty too, no lids for cups, and no knives or napkins in that area. The servers were not pleasant and although their seems to be enough of people there, all busy doing nothing. How about cleaning your working restaurant. I didn't even venture to use the restroom since the kitchen and eating area looked bad. What a waste of money. This was my first and last time in this place. Save your money and go to Culvers next door. If this place has a manager, they don't know what they are doing.
