The place is clean and comfortable. The staff is courteous and professional and the food is fresh and tasty. I don't like being asked for a tip on the screen. Customers pick up their order and bus their own tables so why would anyone add a tip for that? read more

I have visited this location for years. Today, July 14, '26, it smelled musty when I entered and the floor and tables were dirty and full of food crumbs. I understand that some people don't pick up after themselves, but that smell tells you the place is dirty. read more

Panera Bread used to be the bomb dot com. My go-to was always "You Pick 2" Tuna Sandwich half on semolina bread and a broccoli cheddar soup with an apple. That was back in the day. They have changed a bit since then. Today I saw them while out running errands. My family was at home waiting for me to return and everyone was super hungry so I was like, "I'll just get us all a tuna sandwich." First of all, they had those screens where you place your own order. That kinda ticked me off because no one was paying me any mind when I walked in although there were employees at the front counter so I RELUCTANTLY went to the self order kiosk and while I was standing there fidgeting with the screen, in walked multiple people and lo and behold, the staff is suddenly available to help them so multiple orders went through ahead of mine while I was trying to figure out how to choose the bread I preferred. Anywho, I finally figured it out and got my order only to get home and see what looked like a tablespoon of tuna on a ciabatta bread. I was dumbfounded to see that on all 3 sandwiches, there was a tiny, minuscule amount of tuna and literally when I took a bite, I got bread, lettuce and tomato, no tuna. What the heck?!! Mind you, I paid $32 for bread, lettuce and tomato with a light spread of tuna. Never again!! read more

Panera Bread - Tuna sandwich with maybe a teaspoon of tuna - Sandwiches Near Me - Port St Lucie, Florida

Supposed to be a chicken bacon rancher, but comically only has one piece of chicken for the whole sandwich. I thought this was a joke honestly but I'm not surprised because two weeks ago they gave me the entire wrong sandwich and they never give you the sauces on the side, why give us the option if you wont provide it?? Love Panera but this location stinks. read more

Panera Bread - Sandwiches Near Me - Port St Lucie, Florida

Well, now that I see the reviews I feel really stupid for going in the first place. I've been here probably a half dozen times and every time they either make my food wrong, it's unsatisfactory like you get a steak sandwich and there's literally three pieces of steak on it or like today where I went for a soufflé and there are none left and they're cooking them. I mean, hey don't get me wrong. I get that you run out, but is anybody anticipating this? The people are always nice but come on guys you're going to expect this if you come to my job for sure. Anyway, good luck here I would say go somewhere else there's a ton of other places within a few blocks to eat, and they will get your order right, they'll be a sufficient amount of food that you order and not what it looks like on the menu and then you get something else. Best of luck, but I won't be back. read more

I have been going to Panera bread the last two weeks and the oven has been broken so you can't or anything really baked goods. It doesn't make any sense. It's almost like why even be open. read more

The food is so overpriced for no reason and it's not even that good. I had a bagel and they told me they didn't have cream cheese even tho I already paid for it? It also smells depending on where you're sitting and so noisy!!! The customer service isn't even all that. Mediocre ahh place Only go if you've won the lottery read more

Panera what happened to your food and service? Each and every time I come into a Panera just gets worse and worse I think after today I'm done including canceling my sip club subscription. This is the most pitiful and disgusting sandwich ever. It is missing ingredients and the cheese was not melted and bread not toasted. Just awful look at the picture it speaks for itself. read more

Visited this location today for the first time. I was impressed that they got my order correct. I ordered the Baja Chicken bowl, and I made several adjustments to it. Panera Bread - Baja Chicken bowl without avocado, feta, or greek yogurt. - Sandwiches Near Me - Port St Lucie, Florida

Ordered the bowl of rustic baked potato soup, the portion was very small, looked like it was just hurriedly dumped in the bowl and the baguette was small and probably a day away from being stale. The taste however, was what you would expect from Panera bag soup. My wife ordered the you pick too, broccoli cheddar soup cup and turkey club. Her portion of soup was actually appeared to be the same as my bowl of soup. The sandwich was poorly constructed and fell apart as she was trying to eat it. Every table was packed and the majority were people taking up seats for wi-fi, and a large meetup group which was obnoxiously loud. Will definitely not be back to the Panera. read more

Terrible service to start with. I went inside to order a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant to find out that they ran out of croissants. The time was 10:15AM. This is not the first time to run out. If you know you will be busy, order more in shipment. It's not the customers fault. read more

Don't recommend Placed order for drive thru pick up - order was ready as scheduled but the food quality and quantity was not worth the money... The food was not fresh, the orders were not made as described on menu, was missing key ingredients. The portions were fit for a child. Food wasn't edible - had to through it away. This is the 2nd time I've experienced unsatisfactory food. Will not be back for round 3. read more

Extremely disappointed! My daughter was craving Panera so were attempted to have a lunch date with quality time with food from the Tradition location. From the time we pulled in to the drive-thru line until the time I was handed a "Large" U-Pick 2 meal of Fugi Apple Salad and Mac Bowl was 25 minutes! We were not able to have our lunch at the Square after waiting so long for our food. The service was friendly but extremely slow. The portions were small for the cost of the meal. Panera Bread is the healthy alternative to fast food. Value and quality come together at Panera Bread for a reasonable price. As someone who loves food, I truly enjoy the 'You Pick Two' option and getting to enjoy two different meals choices out of extensive menu of sandwiches, soups, salads, and pasta dishes! Best of all, the 'You Pick Two' deal comes with your choice of chips, bread, or an apple. While all Panera locations have the same menu and a similar atmosphere, I felt as though this location was not as well maintained as other restaurants in the chain. Additionally, this is the only Panera Bread I have been to where workers do not bring the food to your table. When the buzzer went off and I went to get the food, a few people were confused as to which order was there's. Overall, this spot makes for a quick and healthy breakfast, lunch, or dinner! read more

The older white lady that had "team leader" as her name badge is so rude and unprofessional. She doesn't acknowledge customers whenever they enter the restaurant and whenever she does she does it with such a nasty attitude that it ruins your appetite. She also went to the back and started gossiping about me and laughing with Hispanic female employee that wears glasses and has black hair. Didn't even bother going to the back of the restaurant to gossip about a CUSTOMER. They did it in the line where the employees prepare the food and the customers can see and hear them! read more

placed a rapid pickup order for pepperoni flatbread pizza with extra cheese through the app. the order was supposed to be ready at 6:35... the order may have been complete at 6:35 but they never put it on the rapid pickup shelf. I've asked about the status of the order at 6:40 and was told they are still working on it. I checked again at 6:50 and was told the same thing. I asked to cancel the order and then suddenly, the order appears without the extra cheese and barely warm. Moral of the story is don't expect this location to put your orders on the shelves, follow-up on the status of your order often, and make sure you get what you ordered and paid for. I hate that I have them a $3 tip read more

These kids need training. They all looked like they lost a bet and the food was definitely not quality compared to other paneras

This is a great meeting spot for my work team. We can get a lot done without interruption. They have hot coffee, hot tea and al the yummies all day long. The food is fresh and tastes good. Low cal breakfast options can be a challenge. Today my work partner wanted a breakfast sandwich sans the veggies , I asked her to please out his unwanted veggies on my sandwich. She looked at me as if I was speaking mandarin. I just said never mind and said I would have extra spinach with mine. My breakfast sandwich was ok. Not as warm as I would normally like. I give Panera credit though for the cleanliness. Lunch came and I ordered the Green Goddess salad and a cup of Autumn squash soup. It was very good. Coffee and tea here are always fresh brewed with all the necessary accoutrements. Free WiFi z. I prefer this location in Tradition over the PSL west location. It's a little quieter, little cleaner. read more

I've had both the Chef's Take Chicken Sandwich and the Spicy Take Chef's Chicken Sandwich from this location. I wanted to give each a try at different times and on different days to really get an idea of how this location would measure up. I was not disappointed. The Chef's Take Chicken Sandwich is a solid addition to Panera's menu. With pretty much everyone hopping on the chicken sandwich train, Panera has done an excellent job in separating themselves from the competition. Both sandwiches come in a box that you can open from the top or by tearing the perforated portion to reveal the sandwich. It's a nice touch. The spicy take has a familiar buffalo sauce that's accompanied with a garlic aioli, spicy pickle chips on a brioche bun. The garlic aioli and buffalo mesh together perfectly. The spicy pickle chips are also a very nice touch as it culminates the sandwich to peak perfection. The original Chef's Take is similar in presentation but you get emerald greens, Parmesan chips and garlic aioli on a brioche bun. Equally as tasty as the spicy without that added zing. read more

Very underwhelmed on many fronts. Food service cleanliness and quality. Will not try Alain.

Clean, fast, friendly. They tend to be out of supplies every now and then.. like today they were out of a certain bread thats on our favorite sandwiches by 2pm. The prickly pear hibiscus drink is our favorite, that was out today too. We love their iced coffee (Chai tea) and I recommend you getting a membership card if you frequent for breakfast pastries or coffee. The drive thru at this location is very convenient read more

I can't complain one bit. Every time I have come to this newly opened location it has been nothing but awesome service, in store or drive thru. It doesn't matter. The food is prepared fresh and the employees are super friendly and patient. We were able to come for their pre-opening event where three coworkers and myself were able to order food for free! That was the icing on the cake. I have been back multiple times since then and have had a great experiences every time. Employees even stand by the door and entice you in with scones or cookies. It's a great location in every way and I'll probably be going back this weekend! (The green goddess chicken salad and the spicy Thai chicken salad are amazing. I m addicted to both of them. And if you're trying to be super healthy you can substitute your French bread baguette for an apple!) read more

I live down the street and visit often. They legit mess up my order 50% of the time. Then every time I call the manager acts like it's something that never happens. It makes me want to scream! Really great experience today. I ordered online through the app and found it to be very easy to navigate and lots of options for customizations which a lot of restaurants do not offer with online ordering. I placed the order for a specific time, arrived and hit the im here button as indicated in the email and my meal was promptly brought out to me. Forgot half my order and my drink, you think with the location they wouldn't hire idiots.

They usually mess up the order so be VERY specific. Also, the place could really use a good cleaning. The booths are pretty gross and the walls inside the booth are covered with food stains. Kind of makes you want everything "to go". Staff is generally pleasant. Aldo, they run out of a lot of stuff at weird times. Like no bagels at 10 am on a Sunday. No excuse for that other than poor planning and bad management. For $30 for two salads, it should be better and cleaner. read more
