I ordered online and placed a medium order of home fries since the small I ordered previously was shorted and had like 7-8 pieces of home fries. I wanted to get more so ordered the medium only to pull it out and find that it was barely halfway filled up. I am livid they have the audacity to try people like this especially for breakfast time and it wasn't even fresh and I waited a while at the window for my order. The drive thru worker was also seriously rude and almost know she's ashamed to pass me my bag went even look at me and kept her back turned knowing she probably ate half of my order. Wendy's sure has gone downhill. The burgers are not good. Doused with mayo and mustard. Also lettuce will fall in your lap every time .

We used drive up for breakfast. We had 5 items. The potatoes were cold and drab. 3 different breakfast sandwiches. All the sandwiches were cold. One sandwich with a slice of cheese the hadn't been melted in the least-just like off the block. A sausage biscuit still had semisolid grease. All the sandwiches were essentially awful. Lastly a pineapple drink that was at lease cold. The drink was so watered down that though that it barely had any flavor. Drive up service would have been better if the food was warm and tasty. I was there last week and had a wonderful experience eating inside. So, on the way back from Jupiter today my wife and I got hungry. We walked into a nice clean place. Kayla greeted us at the register and she asked what we would like, I knew but she explained the bigge options to my wife (Very Helpful) she decided on a Biggie also. We paid, took our drink cups, and got our drinks. I went to the pick-up station Kayla had our food all ready, she asked if we needed some condiments. Yes, please catsup, mayo, and ranch for the nuggets. We sat down and opened our burger to see what it looked like. The lunch crew put the burger perfectly together and hot, so was all the other food. While waiting for it, customers before and after me were all having issues or coming back for the same. I sat with my family to eat, bite my sandwich and the chicken was frozen wet and cold to touch. This Wendy's location is broken and not ran properly, they do not believe in fast, efficient nor customer service, both visits I was the only vehicle in the drive thru and it still took 10 minutes with zero communication on what's taking so long to prepare fast food. Also the entire staff only speaks one language making it hard to even request anything, just overall a really horrible location. The other day I wanted to try this location again and give them a chance to redeem themselves and for me to change my review. Once again I was met at the drive through window by someone who made no eye contact and did not speak to me. They simply took my credit card and handed me my receipt. Another person came and handed me my food then began to turn to walk away. I said thank you but there was no reply. Again, I thanked her but still there was no acknowledgement. Loudly I said "Excuse me!" She looked and I asked if she was the manager since she was dressed differently than the other employees. She replied that she was. Now it all makes sense. They have a complete failure in their training from the top down. If they allow their managers to treat customers this way, what's stopping the rest of the employees from doing the same thing? It's not even an old store, maybe just turned 10 years old. When they first opened it wasn't bad but they REALLY went down hill at that one in the past 5 years or so. For the longest time you couldn't go inside because they didn't have enough employees and it would take FOREVER in the drive through line. I waited 30-45 minutes one day, for FAST FOOD.....never again. People would just leave without getting their order, including me. The lobby is open now but, it still takes forever and people still leave. The majority of their employees provide horrible customer service and play dumb like they dont know how to do their job. Maybe they don't, poor training perhaps. It always looks like the inside is never truly cleaned. The atmosphere isn't inviting either. It's pretty disgusting, I would never want to dine in. Honeslty doesn't give me hope that the kitchen is any better. The food is usually cold and poorly prepared. It really looks like smashed trash when you get it. If they even get your order right. Wendys in the Pizzle..aka Port St Lucie area closest to the exit on I95 and Gaitalon. The store is fairly newish so its really modern and tidy inside also very clean. Bathrooms were immaculate i must say. The service was good and i got my meal in a blink of an eye. Thry have the upgraded self serve soda machine that dispenses many options of Coca-Cola sodas. Since location is upgraded they have plenty of seating including a lounge like semi round table that fits 6 people, fancy. Overall great Wendys for either a quick stop for those traveling on i95 or for Pizzle locals. read more

This is the slowest drive thru I've ever experienced. Holy cow I can't believe this place stays open. Every time it's 20-35 minutes to get through the drive thru. Last night I said hello into the speaker 3 times over 10 minutes before someone said "I'll be right with you" while joking with coworkers and laughing. I was the only car in the entire parking lot and drive thru. There were at least 6 employees there. Then after paying because of course that's the only part they do quick, I waited 15 minutes for my food. I gave a star because I absolutely H A D to. This location is very unprofessional. The staff is way to loud and talk about inappropriate stuff in a work environment. I had tasted every soda until another customer that was eating in stated that all sodas are flat " for a week " ( gross ) and they dont understand why they are giving cups with ice at register. Not to mention the soda machine is dirty as if it has never been cleaned. The womans bathroom was the cherry on top. I read other reviews, people mention the staff is young. That has nothing to do because lets take a moment and look at chik-fil-a. There level of professionalism is at 100% and they are in the same age range. I wanted a frosty coffee and French toast sticks. That's all. There was only one other person in front of us and maybe 3 cars total in the parking lot. Not busy at all. We get to the window and no one said anything through the speaker for 2 whole minutes. Then I place the order and he says that they're now serving lunch, but the menu hasn't been changed. I asked if they couldn't just do one more French toast sticks order (as there was no one else in line behind us) and he said no. So all we got was the Frostycino and it had very little ice and no frosty flavor. Super lame. It felt very much like having us wait a couple minutes was intentional so they could just say it was lunch time. By two minutes!
