I'm always so confused by the low ratings of fast food restaurants like I think people forget that they're going to fast food they're not going to a five star restaurant so it confuses me why people are so picky at these places. Upon walking in the place looks very clean and decorated like typical chipotle locations. No issues with it at all. The people at the counter that are helping you they're busy so they're not gonna be like asking you how your day is going and all that stuff so you can't expect that when they're a fast food place that's trying to go as quick as possible to help the next customer. I was disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. The steak portion I received seemed small, so I asked for a little more and offered to pay for the extra steak. Kennedy told me no and said the serving size was limited to 4 ounces. What made this frustrating is that Chipotle's leadership has publicly encouraged customers to speak up if they feel their portion is inadequate. I did exactly that, yet I was denied even after offering to pay for additional steak. The message being shared publicly and the experience I had in the restaurant did not seem to match. I'm not upset about being charged for extra steak--I expected that. I went to Chipotle on my lunch break as I do every other week or so. Ordered a Steak bowl and began eating it in my car. I was about a quarter of the way into my bowl when I bit down on something sharp and firm. I figured it was probably a stem from the cilantro lime rice as that could happen sometimes. I spit it out into my hand as I finished chewing and saw what it really was.. A disgusting human fingernail!! I almost threw up. I threw away my bowl and filed a complaint through chipotle customer support 2 days ago and still have not heard back! This is disgusting and unacceptable. I am SO MAD! I've been trying to order from Chipotle for 45 minutes and I kept getting messages when I clicked "check out" that there was "something wrong" with my order. Not any description of what the problem was, just that there was one. I finally went to call, but there was no number listed when I clicked on "call", like it was grayed out, and when I looked for one online, all I could get was some number I called that said they were closed, but they're not even supposed to be closed NOW! Have been a chipotle customer over the years. Decided to stop in for dinner last night. We waited to place our order for nearly 5 minutes. No one greeted us and two employees noticed us but said nothing. As we waited. First of all I want to start off by saying the food was great as usual, but the service and presentation was not it.When they were taking my order the line was moving pretty slow and when I got to the 2nd station of my order the worker was very slow and it was noticeable that he is new.He didn't wrap my burrito well, as you can see in the picture.Secondly the tortilla chips have a lot of oil on them and there were no napkins in the napkin holder and had to ask for some. Lastly as you can see the line was very long for pickup and some people even left after seeing the line.There was a good amount of workers but everything was still pretty messy.I'm very disappointed in the customer service and environment therefore to me I give it two stars.The food was tasty but presentation was awful. read more

This is unacceptable and not the way that restaurants are typically run. You prepare and serve food until closing time. I came in to get a bowl, one of the workers barely put a full scoop of white rice, i could literally see half the bowl showing because the white rice wasn't even barely enough. then i asked for another scoop and she literally filled the tip of the scoop and i hate to have to ask more than once but then she said she would charge me 1.49 for a side of rice if i get more. keep in mind NO OTHER CHIPOTLE HAS EVER did that. especially with white rice which is a free side. i would understand if its meat or guacamole and queso. Picked up an order last night and the side of guacamole that I ordered and paid for was not included. I called the store and Rudy answered. He was understanding and apologetic; gave me a few options of actions to take. Today I picked up an order of chips (complimentary) and guacamole with an additional apology from Rudy. Although the chips were a little stale, I appreciated the effort to make things right and was impressed with the customer service. Fyi, they are only taking online orders in the evening so order before you head over. Go to the side door (with the ramp) and the orders will be lined up with the receipts/names facing the window. Once you get their attention, pick out the bag with your name on it and they will hand the food to you through the door. But, speaking from personal experience, check your order in the car before you leave in case something is missing. read more
