Ordered two burritos and chips with salsa for delivery, they forgot the chips and salsa, this was the forth time they forgot the chips. The delivery person had to return and get the chips and delivery those, felt bad for him. Upon starting to eat the burritos the only item that was correct on either one was the rice. Had to drive to the store and showed the manager on duty, she looked in the bag and said that we ate them. I guess we are supposed to disassemble the burritos to ensure that we received the order. The line was backed up to and out the door.Several employees standing around chatting, should have been helping the front out! The cook in the back should wear one of those beard nets and either a hairnet or cap. I counted at least 15 people stop.......look in then leave. Today I stopped again, I figured being it was around supper time they would be prepared . I was wrong ! I ordered the bowl"................. I got 1/2 scoop of steak, no fajita (they where out) and about 1/2 the amount of guacamole.......however I was charged full price ! But on a positive note the rice was good. After having patronized Chipotle more than a dozen times my opinion has not changed, Today, for the third time I ordered from the Chipotle Mexican Grill I Sartell MN and received cold and uninspired food. Really disappointed with my bowl this time around. I placed an order online because I misread the sign. I placed the order in my car, and walked in. There was no place to put comments for the order. So I asked the girl working if I could get half the amount of rice. She said sure, and told the others assembling food. They aren't doing dine in currently, so I got home and my bowl was primarily rice. I asked for extra cheese in my online order and there was almost no cheese in the bowl. I've attempted to give this store many opportunities to be my go to location for chipotle as it's nearest to my home. Last night around 9:10 I walked in and attempted to get a burrito bowl. The proteins on the line were all dried out and at that point had lost a lot of volume. Upon ordering I was told "we're out of the fajita blend for the night" then when I got to the cold ingredients I was told "we're out of cheese for the night too unfortunately". My confusion is that cheese isnt an item that gets cooked so I was wondering how it's possible that they couldn't get a pan of cheese on the line being they were open for another 45 minutes. I then substituted for the queso because cheese is kind of a big thing in this country. Upon reviewing my receipt for the veggie bowl (guac on the side) and my chicken bowl. I was charged for Guac? It also appears my bowl was marked as a Chicken and queso? The only reason I got queso is because they "ran out" of the cheese I wanted. The tables have been dirty the couple times I've been here, and I hate the stools attached to the floor so that you can't even pull yourself up to the table. I'm a long-time fan of Chipotle food, going back to the 1990s. I went there this past Saturday looking for another delicious healthy meal, but I was stunned to find the chips were *too salty*, the guacamole was *too salty*, and my burrito bowl was inedible because it was *too salty.* My food was take-out, so I couldn't complain the same day. Today I took my half-eaten burrito in and complained about the saltiness of the food, saying "Someone was going overboard with the salt." The manager replied that they were now salting ALL the food more heavily! (On purpose!) He said this was true at least for the St. Cloud stores and the Rogers store. I said I was disappointed I couldn't go to Chipotle anymore. He offered to remake my meal, but I didn't want more salty food, so I said no thanks and left. BTW: Steve Els the founder, had a vision of providing healthy, ethically sourced food. How does "more salt" work with that? read more
