Stopped in after a 14 hr shift was wanting some comfort food- it was almost 9 :00 and they were closing the restaurant down already. They are open til 10. They were out of stuff and the kids kept saying we already shut everything down and cleaned the back just waiting for close the front. Had to scrape the pan for a few pieces of carne asada. Quite possibly some if the worst service you'll ever experience in a chipotle. Twice they've screwed up my order and this time they served me food from the bottom of the barrels! No guac!?!? Chipotle is known for their guac, and being too lazy to not make more is out of the question. The tables were dirty. Not a clean one in there. They were out of trays. Ok, no one can wash a few trays? The lady waiting on me rushed me. And acted very impatient. I'll drive to a different city to go to a different Chipotle next time. read more

We visited this location on Saturday around 7:00pm. They were kind of busy, but all the tables were dirty and we ended up sitting outside to eat our meal. The chips were so stale, and the food temperature was warm at best. I would not recommend this location read more

While I understand being in a rush because there is a line to the door, I do not think this is an excuse to give me less than I pay for. The little bit of rice and chicken I did receive was cold and a little overcooked. The chips I got with my guacamole had very little salt on them (one of the main reasons I even come to Chipotle). Standard Chipotle. Good staff and service. The burritos are very messy so be prepared! But all worth it. Well stocked but the tables can get pretty messy from previous customers. Someone should go around cleaning the tables more often. Otherwise, just what you'd expect from a busy Chipotle. read more

I like chipotle food but it's kind of annoying that when I go to this one in Sherman they don't give you as much food. You used to say on your website that you can have as much rice, beans and veggies. I have to asked more of everything cause he's only giving me a half scoop of everything. I would like to start off by saying how much I enjoy your food. I enjoy that Chipotle makes fresh food and has so many healthy options. It has been a weekly treat for my entire family. I have always appreciated the friendly service and kindness of your employees. Today I was brought to tears by your staff. I will sadly not be visiting the Sherman location again. When I first arrived I waited in line, which is normal. When I get to the front, a young man asked me "what I wanted," I let him know my order. He very rudely glared at me through the glass as he slopped food on my bowls. I also asked for two kids meals. Most of the time I am asked what I would like in the kids meal when I order my bowls. he did not ask me. I asked for pinto beans, he stared at me and asked what I wanted. I said I said I would like pinto beans on-and before I could tell him only on the bowl with brown rice he puts it in the bowl with white rice. I informed him I didn't want beans on that one and he looked extremely irritated with me. Since it appeared to be so much trouble I told him not to worry about it. I was moved forward to the next person for the meat. While I was trying to finish the orders on the bowls he speaks loudly to me over two of your employees asking what I want in the kids meals. I request cheese quesadillas and two sides of beans and rice. I turn to start trying to finish my order on the bowls and he says very loudly, "MA'M I said what sides do you want?!" So I tell him again. I get to the cashier and ask for the person's name on the end because I am very upset. I told him I would be sending an email to the corporate office because I had never been treated so poorly. He chuckled and told me his name. I go on to tell him that I will more than likely not return. Then another young man, I am not sure if his name was Brandon or if Brandon was the cashier, asks what do you want to say? I said excuse me? He said tell me what do you want to say? I looked at the cashier and he informed me that this guy was the manager on duty. So I tell him how upset I am with he and will not be coming back. He simply states I understand. I pay for my food and am in tears at this point. I go to the car and let my husband know his bowl is not right because he would not listen to me and acted inconvenienced when I asked him to change it. My husband took the food back in and asked for a refund. At this time the same manager on duty apologized to my husband profusely, he then offers to remake the food, my husband declines and takes a refund instead. What I find most upsetting about this situation is that none of the employees on duty apologized to me once. Yet when a white man comes in and complains they are accommodating, apologetic, and willing to fix the problem. So now I am left to wonder if I was mistreated because I am a woman or Hispanic? These guys just do not know how to treat men and women equally. I was willing to pay and take the food and poor service and move on without an apology. They knew I was upset because I expressed it repeatedly and not one of them apologized. Never in my entire 33 years of life have I been treated this way in an establishment. I am not someone that normally vocally complains, because I realize that everyone is human and grace should always be given. But today was extremely unacceptable, I am very disappointed and will very much miss the chips but I refuse to eat somewhere that one shows no compassion when they have upset someone and two does not treat hispanic women to the same standard they treat white men. read more

Got one word YUCK!!! Got the steak bowl steak was nothing but gristle there was so much cilantro in the quac it was uneatable even though it was terrible the portions were very small and mostly what it was was rice and it was over cooked. Ordered a veggie burrito bowl, first was rice, then beans, then salsa, cheese, then the employee says "uh, we just ran out of lettuce ". I asked if there was any lettuce at all in the store, and he said "No". What kind of manager lets his store run out of lettuce without getting some before it runs out. I hardly ever give negative reviews, but I feel compelled to speak up. I see that there are other favorable reviews , so perhaps what this location needs is some good old fashioned quality control. Anyway, we went for the first time today, and left hungry. I could not even eat my chicken tacos because they were completely soggy with hot sauce, the tortilla was falling apart and POURING juice out of it. My daughter didn't eat hers because it was over seasoned, and my husband ate his, but didn't like it because the pork was greasy, fatty, and bland. Also when we got there the greasy teenagers were messing around acting stupid and all the tables were filthy though there were no customers. This place needs adult supervision badly. For the cost of the food, I expect better quality than that. I am no connoisseur of Mexican food or food in general, if it tastes good, I'm happy. Overall, a huge waste of money and I wish we would have gone to Taco Bell. read more
