Food was cold and inedible. The kid at the drive-thru window was rude and incompetent telling us that it's "not our problem" we didn't order from that location. This was all after waiting some 30 minutes driving circles. I showed him the screenshot of the order from my phone but he wanted to hold my phone which I wouldn't allow. Turns out the food was just sitting on the shelf for 30 minutes. We asked for it to be remade and it was refused. We asked to cancel the order and they refused. Brought it home and ate what we could. We asked to speak to a manager, however, he "wasn't there". We usually love our experiences at Chipotle, however, this was one of the worst experiences, not at just Chipotle, but ever. We will not be back to Somers Point and may take a break from Chipotle altogether. read more

The ice machine RARELY works here which is annoying. They never tell you it doesn't work BEFORE you buy your drink. Very annoying.

have had Cold food from this location numerous times. there's never a line therefore I'm not sure what the issue use. Often receive incredibly small scoops of rice, extremely large chunks of chicken, a ton of fatty chicken pieces that are inedible, and chicken that is cold. this is single handily the worst chipotle location I have ever been to I have never had issues at any other location. I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle. The service was poor, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. What frustrated me the most was the portion size. I paid extra for additional meat, yet I received less than what is usually given in a regular serving. It's unacceptable to charge customers more while giving them less. For the prices Chipotle charges, I expect consistent portions and better customer service. I won't be returning unless these issues are addressed. read more

I just had the worst experience at Chipotle. I paid for a full bowl and got what felt like 5 bites of food -- barely any rice, barely any meat, and they acted like giving an actual portion would hurt them personally. Pretty frustrating to see my "fastest pickup option" listed as 25 minutes (1:30), only to arrive and still end up waiting well past that time while multiple employees stood around on their phones. I completely understand that restaurants like this can get busy, and I'm not expecting food to be ready instantly. However, when I first walked in there was only one customer being helped, while four other team members were either idle or watching videos at the counter. My order was placed around 1:08 with an estimated pickup of 1:30. By 1:29, my order hadn't even been marked as "preparing," and I didn't actually receive my food until 1:41. In that time, several walk-in customers placed their orders, ate, and left before mine was ready. This experience makes it feel like mobile orders are completely deprioritized, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead, especially for those on a limited break from work. It would go a long way if mobile orders were prioritized during slower moments so customers aren't left waiting unnecessarily. read more

I give a -NEGATIVE 1 STAR! They replaced spoiled, rotten, stinky, slimy cilantro with another spoiled rotten, stinky, slimy cilantro!!!! The rice tasted bad too. I guess they used the same rotten spoiled cilantro in the rice. Nasty! It looks worse in person. The photo isn't picking up all of the black slimy rotted cilantro. How do they serve this to people? Twice!! And the manager seems to care less. Won't be back! The young lady didn't fill the wells of the sides, up to the top. I had about 6 bites of rice. And there was barely any meat in the quesadilla. Not worth the money. Not worth the money. And hands down none of it tasted any good. Beans have an odd taste to them. Maybe they are flavored beans? The queso tastes gritty & has a flour like taste to it. Not cheesy. Also not good. The guacamole was decent. The mild salsa didn't have much flavor to it. The music is a bit too loud. I couldn't hear the counter person taking my order. Also can't have a conversation over the meal without yelling to hear each other. It went from Mexican music to some type of rave music. Beef that was so cold, dry & tough you couldn't chew it along with stale chips, stale taco shells & a teaspoon of vinaigrette for a salad that was pretty much 98% oil. Let me spare you the time and expense of this particular Chipotle. My 2nd time there. Salad came on spinach because they are out of lettuce. How is a Mexican place out of lettuce? Run across the street to shoprite and grab a few heads. Guacamole is old and discolored. No vegatables were put on the salad either. 10.00 plus tax for nothing. Love this Chipotle! I have eaten at many Chipotle restaurants in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and this one is my favorite. Always a wonderful friendly atmosphere. The food is excellent. I love the chicken salad bowls I get. Always fresh and the hot food is hot. The crew members are friendly and most hospitable. The managers are always available if someone has any questions. I saw a manager run outside when a customer left her pocketbook at her table. He caught her as she was about to drive away. That is quality service inside and out! read more

Why do we get the worse franchise owners in our area. Went here last week. Was 1 pm with not many people in front of me. Skimpy portions. Every item was in containers were "shallow" meaning their jargon for not much left in the container and needed replenishing. The guacamole, yeah I know it extra lol, was all brown. Couple friends orders take out a few times and was brown too. Disgustingly inedible. Food was very bland and I'm not going back. Chido Burrito is way better!!!
