We will not be back to Somers Point and may take a break from Chipotle altogether.

I have a dairy intolerance and specifically requested no cheese. I didn't realize cheese had been included until after I had eaten most of my burrito. I called management since I had already left. I wasn't angry -- I just wanted a resolution. The manager explained that the cheese was located near other items, which honestly made the situation worse. The prep area should have been set up properly, especially considering how common dairy allergies and intolerances are. After he explained the prep area situation, he offered a remake or a refund. I opted for the refund and let him know I was right next door and would be over shortly. When I arrived, I stood at the register without being greeted, so I shifted where I was standing to be more visible. I still had to wait another minute or two after being seen. While that's not a long wait, it felt frustrating in the moment -- I was already upset about the food and the conversation, which seemed to focus more on justifying mistakes than resolving them. The manager processed the refund quickly, but then walked away without saying anything. I ended up tearing off my own refund receipt from the register. He returned shortly after with a coupon, which I appreciated -- but it would've been nice to know where he was going instead of being left standing there. All in all, this wasn't a great experience, and I'll likely skip this location on my next trip to SP. Note: I haven't spent much time out of the bathroom since eating that burrito. Thanks for that.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life, i walked in with my husband and asked where we should sit and the guy at the counter shrugged his shoulders, we should have ran, i honestly do not know why people would open a restaurant to be rude???? We had to ask for water, silverware, napkins, side plates, besides being exhausting, my husband has been sick with what I hope is not food poisoning, horrible horrible terrible experience, I would give 0 stars but.....oh and they had one waitress with dirty fingernails eewwwwww read more

If you are looking for authentic, delicious Mexican food, look no further. Cazadores in Somers Point is where you need to be. They were able to accommodate my family of 10 and bring out some of the most amazing Mexican dishes. We ate a variety of foods, from chicken mole to tamales, burritos, fajitas, tacos, shrimp al diabolo, and their signature agua de horchata. Needless to say, we were very impressed. We will definitely be going back there for dinner and also letting everyone know about the great food and excellent service. read more

I understand it is the end of the day and the only other reason i could see the meat could be this minute and mutilated was if only it had been the leftovers from the day. Again, i understand the day is coming to an end but if the staff or cooks see that the chosen food is running low, id rather them be transparent about it than give me garbage leftovers from the bottom of the bin. At the very end of the day it brings me a lot of shame to have to post this about what i once believed to be a hidden gem in OC i hope they hire friendlier and more competent staff, the customer is ALMOST always right.
