Our staple shore Mexican food spot! Food always slaps and is soo soo good! The service is a little slow because they usually only have 1 person working but worth the wait. Went again at about 1:30. Only 2 other people there at start and only one other table at end. Waitress service was very slow and despite repeating our special request order three times, she got it wrong after repeatedly advising us she understood. We didn't complain, the food was OK and if not for the horribly slow service in an empty room, I wouldn't have updated the review. read more

We've passed this place so often and never stopped. Someone mentioned it once and the next time we passed, we did go in for lunch. WE CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK !!! I had the pork tacos, a set of three (3) most deliciously fresh, flavorful and shredded pork in very fresh soft tortillas. I opted not to add cilantro or onion, so they may look bland in the photo, but believe me, the flavor of the pork seasoning was so good! I'm happy I didn't cover up the flavors! My husband had the Avocado Tortilla Salad and loved every single bite! The rice was perfect. The chips were crisp, fresh, ever so lightly salted, just fantastic. The MILD Salsa was WONDERFUL. Excellent food. Had three entrees, a kids meal, appetizer and two desserts between us and everything was fresh and delicious. Best Mexican we've all had in a while. Had the Camarones a la Diabla. They were delicious! This place is legit. It's a BYOB so bring your own booze if you want a cocktail. The chips are ok, probably store bought, but man, the salsas were GOOD! I'm definitely coming back to try more food. read more

The service was decent, but that's really the only good thing I have to say about this restaurant. I went around 6:30 on a Monday and they were either out of the ingredients for my first, second and third choice of meals, or never bothered to make them in the first place. I settled for chicken tacos and they were probably the blandest I've ever eaten. Not a hint of anything interesting. Just dry chicken, a few chopped onions and a bit of cilantro. Honestly, 7-11 tacos are far more flavorful. The rice was equally bland and the refried beans were edible, but nothing special. If you want something that actually has some taste to it, look elsewhere. read more

¿que pasa? We have multiple top notch authentic Mexican food options just off the beach in Somers Point?! It's true. Cazadores tacos default to corn torts, as they should. My trio of beef, chicken and al pastor tacos was a meal and a half by any measure. The tacos were excellent and the accompaniments strong. I added guac and ate the rice, but tried to lay off the chips and refried beans to be prudent. But, I'm still taking some half tacos home. read more

Stopped in while I was heading to ocean city beaches... Owner graciously welcomed us in for lunch. Loved this new spot for yummy Mexican. Ordered 3 taco combo and my husband ordered Cazadores recommended by our sweet waitress. The salsa and beans with chips we gratis... but do order the fresh pica de Gallo lots of fresh cilantro. Everything was delicious, huge potions and so yummy. Come here and do not miss this stop if you come to the shore or live here. read more

I love this place! Admittedly, I was a little nervous going there at first because I drive by quite often and doesn't ever seem to get very busy. But wow! It was excellent, maybe my favorite Mexican restaurant yet! I like how their sauces are just a little spicy, their mole is excellent, they make real guacamole (unlike the other Mexican restaurant down the street that makes the gross puree stuff) and their tamales are as authentic as it gets (wrapped in a banana leaf). Only dislike is how they prepare their refried beans; not recommended. But seriously, who goes to a restaurant for the refried beans anyways? No frills - don't expect fancy silverware or amazing service. If you want to be pampered and such, go elsewhere for that type of experience. But if you're hungry for outstanding Mexican food and have the patience to let the waiter/waitress slide here and there (had to ask for place settings more than once... No big deal), then you'll be very pleased! Enjoy, and please share the word. I'd hate to see this place close. read more

This restaurant offers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, a very nice menu w/a wide variety of selections and a kids menu that's sure to please. I ordered the chicken quesadilla platter, came w/rice beans & guacamole-- it was The Best! We enjoyed the chips, Green Salsa & beans, all very good!! My husband's delicious Chicken burrito was also 5 stars! Each meal had very generous portions, and the service was fast!! This restaurant's decor is very colorful & attractive and most important, you can see it is very clean! You can count on us being frequent customers now that we've discovered it!! read more

A mainland gem only 10 minutes outside of Ocean City. Fresh chips and salsa + the chorizo tacos + pork enchiladas. Great flavors, quality ingredients, reasonable prices. Service was lovely -- attentive and friendly. Will definitely be returning. One note - yelp says Cazadores has outdoor dining, but when we went, there was only one table (a 6-top) in the parking lot, so you might want to call ahead to ensure availability if outdoor seating is a must for you during COVID times. read more

2. Went in based on locatio and wanting mexican food. So disappointed! Got a chicken chimichanga and inside came shredded chix and mozzarella w cheese mozzerella) in a mexican dish? I asked for salsa and beans inside to make it mexican but nothing asked chicken was shredded, which was fine but absolutely no seasoning. Did not taste mexican at all. My co diner had chicken taco which was seasoned chunk chicken and he enjoyed that. Came w cilantro And onions. Mine did not. Will not go back! My meal was not a Mexican meal read more

I would put this in the top 3 Mexican restaurants I have visited in the last several years! Great food, with nice spice! Prices we're reasonable but the amount of food for the price was huge. I was able to make 2 meals of it. Steak and Chicken fajitas were great, most places the steak is stringy and gets in your teeth.... the meat was tasty and tender, no picking at your teeth for an hour afterwards. I'd highly recommend, it's worth the drive out of OC read more

We discovered this on Yelp and are happy we tried it out. We we're surprised by a nacho and chicken and bean appetizer! Great way to get started. The owners were very friendly. My husband had the pork carnitas and they we're plentiful and flavorful. I had the trio of tacos- steak, chicken and pork and a huge roasted jalapeno- all very good but I would say the pork was my favorite! Great little casual place to BYOB. We ordered takeout in the off season. Several of the sauces were made from scratch from what we could tell. Most of our party enjoyed the food. I order chicken tacos and was not well most of the night and next day. Gave two stars since we were there in late March and most our dinner party enjoyed their food. read more

I don't know what to say a Mexican restaurant and a waitress that did not know what pico de Gallo was we got our appetizer it was dropped off I guess we had to eat with our hands because when we asked for utensils they gave me a fork great now how about a dish , another long glance she disappeared and boom dishes yay. We ordered entrees 45 min later chimichanga, chicken was just stewed in red sauce with sour cream and queso fresco on top some refried bean purée that tasted like it had Mexican chocolate in it (I don't know) and some yellow rice not a lime or leaf of cilantro anywhere. It doesn't look like anyone cared 1 waitress 1 guy just hanging out doing nothing at the counter with 4, 4 tops in the restaurant maybe he could have helped this girl maybe it was her first waitress job, maybe I should have went with my gut an never walked in, just another example of people who have no experience I mean real experience in professional kitchen and open a restaurant read more

Wait staff was friendly and everything was served hot. That's where the good part ends. The big basket of tortilla chips were overcooked and hard, and served with 2 tablespoons of salsa verde and a little bit larger bowl of warm liquid beans. We ordered nachos which were topped with more liquid beans, then our entrees were served with a side of, you guessed it, a bowl of liquid beans. My chimichanga was overcooked and rock hard too. My husband had a steak dish that he said was passable. Needless to say we do not recommend and will not be returning. read more

Very disappointed! We had high hopes of enjoying a real Mexican meal that tasted nothing like Mexican. It was more like a fried pepper with sauce. The manager processed the refund quickly, but then walked away without saying anything. I ended up tearing off my own refund receipt from the register. He returned shortly after with a coupon, which I appreciated -- but it would've been nice to know where he was going instead of being left standing there. They have a kids menu which was also helpful. The only l thing to watch for is the seagulls! They mainly tried to scrounge at any tables that had just gotten up before the staff had a chance to clear them, but a few times we thought they might try to get to our table. Just a good reminder to not feed them, as they have gotten so bad over the years.

The wait staff is great, very friendly and you can tell they all work together and it seems they like working there. Usually they have a person playing some music - it is perfect not too loud. Our go to orders - sliders, tuna, hot and sweet shrimp. We usually share and add something new each time. Sea Bass is awesome for an entree as well as the clams and spaghetti! We have even gone in with a large party and they handle it great!

I started with a large bowl of Maryland crab soup. It was excellent slightly spicy. Next up the crab cake sandwich. It came with fries and a pickle and was delicious. My wife had the Jersey broiled scallops with green beans and a squash dish. Absolutely fabulous. Old school Jersey shore seafood restaurant and it does not disappoint. This is now on my go to list
