It is chorizo (theirs has a great deal of flavor and isn't greasy like chorizo sometimes can be), onions, peppers and eggs. They serve it with tortillas and rice. Lots of food and packed with flavor. I have also tasted the enciladas and my husband loved the cowboy burrito. For drinks, especially during the summer they have awesome daily specials. I've tried the watermelon water and the cucumber lime. So very refreshing! Service is friendly and attentive and they are great about answering any questions that you might have about menu items. I don't appreciate tipping for service that is advertised, but not provided. Second issue - Every chimichanga I've ever had has been fried, except at this place. I asked the waiter for plain churros instead--not the overly Americanized, bastardized version we had just received. Apparently, "plain" meant SERIOUSLY plain. No sugar. No cinnamon. Nothing. At that point, we were done and headed up to pay, only to find out that paying with a card adds almost another $4 as an "admin fee."
