I've been to plenty of Chipotles who get through a line like this in 5-10 minutes. 45 minutes?! Cumberland Fail!!
    Chris O.

Cumberland Fail (I'm being nice) We were in the restaurant from just before 6:00 PM until 6:45 PM, waiting to get through the line. A 45-minute wait should never happen at a restaurant designed around speed and consistency. During that time, the drive-thru line wrapped around the building and advanced perhaps three cars total. Inside, the operation felt completely unmanaged. One employee on the assembly line appeared visibly irritated -- not just with customers, but with his own coworkers. In the back, two employees were dancing (the blonde one we originally thought might be the manager) to "Royals" by Lorde while making chips and rice, which might be fine in another context, but not while customers and delivery drivers are waiting indefinitely. The employee cooking the meat looked utterly disengaged, and there was no visible management presence or sense of urgency anywhere. Employees seemed to be taking breaks at random while the line barely moved. The restaurant itself was disorganized and messy, reinforcing the sense that no one was in charge. Perhaps most concerning: Three DoorDash drivers were stuck waiting for an extended period. As someone who has done delivery work, I know firsthand how delays like this directly reduce their earnings. Poor in-store management doesn't just inconvenience customers -- it actively costs other workers money. The only redeeming factors were that the food was reasonably good, and one employee a sweetheart with straight dark hair and glasses took initiative and began moving the line along. Her effort made it clear that this situation was fixable and simply wasn't being managed. This location is a case study in how a straightforward, assembly-line concept can break down entirely without leadership. A 45-minute wait during peak dinner hours is not a demand problem -- it's an execution problem.

    Dried out food

The beans and meats were dried out in their serving containers. They were no greens. There was a large dog in the dining area. It's no wonder people get food borne illnesses in these restaurants.

    Brown rice, chicken, and steak.

The service was excellent and the portions were large. I love the menu and the variety of dishes. They played great dance music all the time, but we were able to easily talk and enjoy our meal. It is bright, cheerful and very clean. The menu has the typical Mexican restaurant options like tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, enchiladas and burritos and the also have a kids menu. I love their chorizo con huevo because not a lot of places have that kind of dish on their menu. It is chorizo (theirs has a great deal of flavor and isn't greasy like chorizo sometimes can be), onions, peppers and eggs. They serve it with tortillas and rice. Lots of food and packed with flavor. I have also tasted the enciladas and my husband loved the cowboy burrito. For drinks, especially during the summer they have awesome daily specials. I've tried the watermelon water and the cucumber lime. So very refreshing! Service is friendly and attentive and they are great about answering any questions that you might have about menu items. I highly recommend having lunch or dinner here and then heading next door to the creamery for delicious ice cream.

We all remembered it so we decided to go back while visiting her again. Of course, we ordered the same margarita tower (which holds 80 oz of margarita). While we were enjoying it, a lady from another table came up to us, pointed at the tower and asked, "WHAT IS THIS!?" We explained what it was and she seemed fascinated by it. Maybe she'll order one the next time she visits. LOL. Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well that day so I couldn't drink much. That just meant more for my husband and our aunt and they certainly didn't complain. All the food we ordered was delicious and we had a wonderful time catching up. There were lots of laughs and great conversation which made the experience even better.

Thoroughly disappointed…read more The beef in the beef fajitas was cut so small that I have honestly had McDonald's French fries that were larger. The "premium" margarita was the exact same house premixed margarita mix with a splash of slightly better tequila added to it. Nothing about it felt premium. Service was disappointing as well. Our waiter barely checked on the food and never really checked to see if we needed refills. Then came the churros. We ordered churros to go. The picture showed churros on a plate with chocolate on the side. What we received was completely covered in chocolate, canned whipped cream, and some kind of strawberry or cherry syrup. Honestly, I have no idea what it was because the red color looked completely unnatural. I asked the waiter for plain churros instead--not the overly Americanized, bastardized version we had just received. Apparently, "plain" meant SERIOUSLY plain. No sugar. No cinnamon. Nothing. At that point, we were done and headed up to pay, only to find out that paying with a card adds almost another $4 as an "admin fee." I sincerely hope that fee is being split with the staff, because believe me, no additional tip was left after this experience. This is not a place I will ever return to.
