Out of Steak, out of fajitas veggies, out of salad dressing, chips are stale, serving line is sloppy and very unappealing every table is dirty, service is slow, music so loud I can't even talk to the person across the table from me. This is by far the dirtiest and messiest location in my area. It is not uncommon for theie to be a problem with either the credit/debit machine or the drink machine. Ate in the restaurant today, most of the tables were filthy and the buffet was disgusting. We sat there eating and watched 6 employees standing around doing nothing. Not one of them could come to the dining room and wipe tables or take out the overflowing garbage. I looked at the buffet line before I left (there hadn't been any customers for over 10 minutes) and not one employee thought it was a good idea to clean up the food all over the buffet line. Always forgets things from my order. Paid for chips & no chips in order. Today the online order was marked wrong so I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for an order that was finished but labeled wrong. The quality of this location had dropped drastically. My last visit I came in at 1029 & was told "we don't open until 10:30" which is fine so I waited in my car for 5 minute before coming in. Than I come in to order & get a soft shell taco & the kid doesn't even warm up the tortilla. I had to ask him to warm it up. Absolutely unbelievable. Horrible service I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice they skimped with the chicken and the rice they also charged extra for a tiny side cup of Pico then said we have always charged extra but have never done this in the past. Please avoid this location entirely, they are always out of something, you wait for 15 mins and when you get to the counter you are told that they are out of things that you wanted. They should notify people standing in line that they are out of certain things. Even worse, yesterday I ordered a chicken bowl and the cashier tried to charge me for double chicken when I ordered and got one scoop of chicken in front of my eyes. What happened to this place? I used to eat at this location regularly and never had a problem but hadn't been there in a while before today. Place was dirty, they were out of multiple food items, no ice in the ice machine, no utensils out, and flat soda. I got an item with chicken and the meat was ice cold like it had been frozen or refrigerated. Have never written a bad review for anywhere but honestly this place deserves it! Out of maybe 15 times I've been to this locating this year 14 of this times I have left with something missing on what I would like there's always missing lettuce or Guacamole or corn etc. It's always messy and dirty ! Napkins missing silverware missing! They need to be trained on how the server represents the business because they are always serving with a stink face or in a bad mood it really is sad how I keep giving this location a chance over and over with hopes of change due to the fact that's it's the closest one to me but I guess I will have to start making that extra drive. my boyfriend and I tend to get chipotle quite often and this has not happened to us before. We get to the front of the line and both of us order a quesarito. The young lady proceeds to make the quesadilla and then my burrito. I get my usual, double rice, steak, and then everything else. As she's wrapping up my burrito, she makes it as tight as possible causing the burrito to split open and half the contents of the spill out. I asked her to add more rice and guacamole since most of it fell out and she just shows me the old tortilla and says "it's not much." but oh, it was. She continued to fold the half filled burrito and then folded it into the quesadilla. In the end i got a half full quesarito. not impressed. read more

I usually get the chicken burrito bowl ($6.25). I've also tried their shredded beef tacos ($6.65). Both were delicious. But what set this location apart from the other Chipotles I've been to would be when my friend and I had come in one night, 15 mins before closing time. The two employees were very friendly. We asked if it was okay if we dined-in and ate quickly, and one employee reassured us that it was totally fine. He later checked in with us, that they'll be cleaning up a bit, but not to mind them and to take our time. We appreciated that, and even though it happened 6+ months ago, I still remember it. There's a few employees at this location who need a lesson in customer service. They struggle with listening, and then asking for anything is met with an eye roll and poor attitude. There's a young lady who helped me at the register today, basically called me a liar when she forgot to bag some items. Despite me being extremely nice, I took everything out in front of her and instead of apologizing for HER mistake, she had the worst attitude. I think chipotle should shut this place down and do a complete overhaul, including customer service training for the employees. Seldomly do they get everything correct the first time but if someone corrects them, they instantly become rude. The place is filthy.
