They have a real problem with consistency. One day the sides are in the quesadilla, one day they're on the side. One day the chips are super fresh and warm but most of the time they are cold and stale. I'd say they have some management problems if they can't run a simple line. read more

Twice now I've been very disappointed in my meal. Today I ordered 3 chicken tacos and one shell was completely empty. Then the next taco had 4 pieces of chicken and my last taco was just fine. It's a new place, finally this county has something good. I get that it's new staffing, definitely a younger crowd of new hires/employees with a possible learning curve. I gave 5 stars as a goal, but essentially earned more like 2. The food is good, the food was cold, the price is high-it's chipotle, but the technique needs some work. This burrito fell apart. First and LAST time ill come. Figured i would give then a try since they are a new local store, but same old typical chipolte treatment. 2 tabkespoons of meat on a large burrito. Absolute RIP off. Had to pay extra like they basically force you to of you even want to taste meat in your burrito. NEVER xoming back and i hope no one else supports them. Ill always love chipotle and their promise to use very fresh ingredients and free range chicken. The corn salsa is my favorite. And the hot. Did not give 5 starts because this new location has a big problem with online orders. Not one time has my online/pick-up order been correct. Rumor has it, online ordering is a good way for Chipotle to skimp on portion sizes to make up for over portioning on the line. If you want to fine tune your food cost, just charge for extra salsa, cheese, sour cream... then you dont have to skimp. But the inaccuracy of the online orders is a big problem. When in missing my mild and hot, it changes the whole flavor of the bowl. And it would be great to be able to ask for no cilantro online OR have a store phone number so customers can call to alter online orders. But this does not exist. Suggestion: Must go inside to order. read more

I told her we couldn't eat the food! The guacamole was ruined do to the salt level!!! A older couple came out the door and said NEVER AGAIN WOULD THEY COME BACK!!! You need to talk to your people and cut the salt level back!!! The food is fresh but so intolerable because of the salt level!!!! The staff was nice and polite, which I appreciated, but the service was extremely slow--it took forever just to be waited on. The biggest issue, though, was with the food order. I asked for white rice and honey chicken for my young daughter, but what I received was a half portion of chicken and a half portion of rice, both squeezed into one container. Nothing like waiting in line for 30 minutes while one guy is making the food and there are people standing around watching him.

This was the worse Chipotle experience I've ever had. Crispy chicken tacos...meat was so dried out it looked like chipped beef you give your pet rat. I'm really rooting for this place, but the portion sizes are astronomically small for Chipotle, they don't fill the burrito down the line just pile it in different areas of the burrito so each bite is only one ingredient. The service could significantly improve as well- the app allows you to order a lemonade but when you get to the drive thru they say they can't get iit for you since it's in the other side of the restaurant.... I don't drink soda so it was pretty ridiculous to PAY for a drink to be told you can't have it, when it's clearly available they just didn't want to go fill it. Fix the app, or provide the drinks uuntil they do so! (They said they could not refund me, and said they would get it for me only this time.) Pretty disappointed. read more

They've got some work to do, and you might want to cut them some slack since they just opened. Nonetheless there was a line of people waiting at the counter when I left, though not when I got there. The food was cold, I had to take it home and zap it and I've only been to one or two others in this chain which I didn't care for either so, maybe their offerings just aren't my thing. I'll start by saying I love the option of fresh fast food in our small town. Today is my 5th time eating here and I've never felt more slighted on meat. Chipotle policy is 1 scoop of meat. I ordered steak. The steak container was almost empty so when the lady scooped her spoon in she got 7 pieces of steak. That's all my whole bowl got. Also, it was cold. It was so disappointing. We have been here four times and our experiences have been so so. They open their doors late, they don't seem to know how to properly wrap our burritos, so our ingredients continue to fall out. They don't do a great job of restocking the ingredients. The last 2 times we were here, most of the tables, inside and out, were dirty, they were out of napkins and lids, and there was trash all over the ground outside. They could definitely step it up. read more

Tried the new chipotle and the staff were nice enough, the prep line was so dirty it grossed me out and made me not want to eat my burrito. I get they were busy and all just starting out but they had enough employees working there that someone could come by every once in a while and wipe everything down especially since it can be seen by the customers. They were also incredibly cheap with everything especially the rice which is a cheap filler. read more

I won't go into detail but the customer service here definitely needs better training. Both times we've visited this new location, it was unwelcoming by a few workers and specifically one person highly lacks professionalism, respect and kindness to customers. We were treated poorly on several levels. I will say there is one young gentleman that we were treated kindly and respectfully. He greeted us with a kind smile and that's what we remember positively. Other than that, everyone else needs to work on their customer service skills or kindly find another job. I have ordered at this location through door dash 4 different times and 3 out of those times my order has fell short. First, no guacamole, then no salad dressing, now no corn salsa. On top of that, half of my burrito bowl this last order was filled with rice and the added veges consisted of a measly portion. This particular location does not measure up to other locations out of the area I've been to as far as portions and quality. First time there with my wife they ran out of steak. Second time there they ran out of brown rice. Last time there they ran out of guacamole I've lived in this county for years if they don't fix this problem looks like poor management they won't make it. Terrible, who's supervising these kids working there. Came to this Chipotle in Jackson CA for the first time and after getting home with our food the girl charged us for two chicken burritos, not one like we ordered. At $10.20 each, that's not something that should happen. The order wasn't big, a burrito, carnitas salad, Kids carnitas meal, two chocolate milks, and a bag of chips. I had two small kids with me, so all my attention was keeping an eye on them. I just paid and left and didn't realize I was over charged. Went there Sunday afternoon on August 24th with hungry boys and found the food to be perfectly cooked and portions generous.

Went here a few times. Every time got tiny portions. Also got nasty cuts of meat for the chicken, was like weird chewy pieces that would crack and pop in my mouth. Was nasty. The workers would talk crap quietly amongst themselves, and kept seeming annoyed about everything. Never going back honestly. Just another trash corporate place put into the county. Need more small businesses, not more heartless soulless corporate garbage with bad management letting workers give out overpriced trash, especially in the food industry. I absolutely love Chipotle so much that used to work at one in the Bay Area and was so excited when I found out one was going to be opening out here! With that being said we ordered on DoorDash and were so shocked with how small the container was, literally half the size then the store ones. So I convinced the hubby to give them another try and let's go inside this time. So we went inside and I'm not sure if the girls were having a bad or off day but it definitely showed in their customer service. Both seemed so bothered when we ask how long the wait was for certain items because they were out and we wouldn't have mind waiting, but they went to their online ordering station and grabbed the items. Hubby got the new honey chicken and said it was good and I got a chicken salad which was okay. They have definitely cut down on their portions which is crazy because Chipotle used to be known for their great prices with a good amount of food, at least it was when I worked there in the bay. Not sure if we'll go back not because of the food but because we got really crappy service. It's not hard having customer service skills but it's not for everyone. read more

This is, time and time again, the worst location I've ever been to. Every single employee seems inconvenienced to be bothered to speak with you, they won't fill specific drinks through chipotlane that are available to be purchased online, something is wrong or missing EVERY time, and the portion sizes are a joke. I quite literally had a normal sized bag of chips with six chips inside once. Last time I got a quesadilla that had zero sides inside. I've gotten other people's burritos in my order twice now. I was so happy to have a chipotle out here so I kept giving it chances but after being asked to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru because I was a couple minutes early and other orders were ahead of me (literally no one in line the entire time) and my food was still wrong and my guac was missing, I will just go to Folsom. No apology ever when I go back through, either. I'm over this place. Management needs to clean up shop. read more
