It all felt like it was quickly thrown together, hoping the cheese and sauce would do the heavy lifting. For the price we expected much better quality. It was overpriced for what felt like cafeteria style food. That said, the host and waitress were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The table was set with a cute salad plate that I just loved the pattern of. Our waiter was young but friendly enough. The menu isn't the largest but it has all the staples. No pictures so I took to Yelp and Google to get a look at the food and see was was recommended. I settled on Eggplant Parmesean and my husband went with Fettuccini al Alberto. The waiter brought out bread and butter and parmesan cheese. The bread was ok, it didn't seem homemade and was a little bit like store brought sliced white bread. I was starving though so I welcomed anything to get started. I wish there had been olive oil and vinegar though. Next he brought out a big plate of polenta, which unfortunately was smothered in meat sauce. We had mentioned to him that we were vegetarians twice when we were ordering, so it was pretty disappointing to be presented with a meat dish. My husband was very happy with the Fettuccini al Alberto (which was basically Alfredo). Overall this is kind of a funny place that had a quirky charm.
