I went in and waited in line for about 6 minutes for a gentleman to come out from the back to tell the long line of customers they would no longer accept ANYONE's orders if they were not placed online FIRST. When I and several other customers asked why do we have to go online and place an order for food when we are already in line for the food and can verbally request or order- (without having to wait additional time for it to be processed/made) we were ignored. This used to be my go to chipotle cause they were faster and better than others in the area but quality has gone down hill fast as of late. They cannot seem to get an online order correct despite the fact that a sticker prints out with the EXACT order on it. Missing guac; missing sides; putting the wrong toppings on the wrong bowl; paying more for double meat and barely getting a single serving. If food/drinks running low, anyone not immediately doing something went to restock. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CHILD TO WORK AT THIS LOCATION For the past 2 weeks I have been attempting to get my son's final pay from this location. I have attempted to contact various people to resolve this situation. The store manager Jaykin Chavez, is aware of him not being paid have done nothing to ensure he received his pay. I have contacted him on numerous occasions and never received a response from him until I physically came to the store. The first time I came to the store (1/7/2022), the supervisor Syndi Alvarenga called Jaykin and we had a phone conversation. During that conversation he disclosed that previous supervisor Luis Acampro had done a poor job as a supervisor with employees' time and was fired because of it. Unfortunately, my child has to suffer because of Chipotle's failure to hire a suitable supervisor that could maintain the daily operations of the store. It is very clear that Chipotle does a poor job with hiring supervisors and managers. Jaykin and Syndi were made aware of my son's missing paycheck on 1/2/23 when he return to work. I allowed my son to handle the situation on his own but when I noticed Syndi kept using the excuse, she wasn't the supervisor when he worked there and she could not help him and Jaykin was deliberately ignoring his text I stepped in. Clearly me stepping in has not changed the results. Jaykin stated to me he was inputting my son's time card and he should have his check by Friday. My son text Jaykin he did not respond so I went to the store. My son went in and asked for his check and Syndi told him "we don't have checks until pay day". I then asked to speak to her and asked her for the contact information for the store owner, store manager, and corporate because I was sending an email. She claimed she did not know the information. How are you a supervisor and don't know contact information? Not only her not knowing the contact information, the lack of professionalism from her was disgusting. As I was asking her questions she flew her hand at me stating "this has nothing to with me wait for Jaykin he will be her in 20 mins" and walked away. The exchange between us was so bad that customers approached me outside the store stating that was rude of her and her behavior was disgusting and offered their contact information just in case I had to go to court. I then called Jaykin because he stated there was going to be a check there for my son and his supervisor refused to give me email addresses I asked for. He couldn't provide email addresses as well. Currently, they are coming upon another pay next week which means they will be paid a 3rd time while my son still have not been paid. I tried to handle this matter privately and that clearly did not work. So once again DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CHILD TO WORK AT THIS LOCATION. They are in violation of child labor laws. A minor was working for and have not been paid for his labor. According to my son this happened before with a few of his classmates and they quit for the same reason. This is not the first pay my son missed but it was resolved quickly so I did not have to make a fuss like this. read more

This is the first time I've come and they finally got it right. Since this location is in a college town they are consistently running out of just about everything. There have been times that I have calm and there hasn't even been cilantro in the rice, I mean I don't know about you but that's one of the major things I look forward to about chipotle.The thing that made this time different is the fact that I went during the day and they were actually fully stocked on everything, even cilantro in the rice. They made me fresh chips when they were out where the other locations in the area would never do that. The guy in the back also made sure to give us the fresh meat instead of scraping the bottom like I've seen happen so many times before. not sure what's happened to this restaurant. it's very much so gone down hill. customer serving skills are 2/10. there is no main phone to reach the restaurant or any other chipotle immediate contact. ordering online gets me the wrong order completely and picking up on a tuesday afternoon is a 40 minute wait. i had a very rude experience with one of the line cooks. i understand the rush can be overwhelming but walmart pays $13 to stock shelves with little to no customer contact. i am a very patient person and i CONTINUE to support this business. posting this review in hopes it helps . read more

It was impossible to order. You are not permitted to order except on their app. The restaurant was dirty with trash on counters. Apparently there is insufficient staff to handle both preparing food and handling take out orders. No one offered to help with ordering. The posted scan code did not provide any instructions on ordering or a menu. We left and went to Qdoba where everyone was friendly and helpful. More meat, more fillers, and I feel like there's more in the bag of chips. However, this is the slowest Chipotle. It took us 45 minutes to get through the line today. I could have gone to El Saltos in that amount of time. Once I got to the front, there was a lady who was super rushy. I guess it's because she wanted to get the line down, but she was not being very efficient and she was being very snappy. My order was supposed to be ready by 7:20. Wasnt ready until about 7:45. Get to the restaurant to find about 9 customers waiting for their orders. 6 ppl working total; 5 of the 6 were "acting" as if they were working; joking & playing around. There was 1 person actually working; trying to get the orders out as fast as he could. His name was Coron (pronounced "kuraun"; not sure if I spelled it right). The others were moving extremely slow, but as soon as he stepped up to help, they all walked away from the station. Like I said before, they were "acting" like they were doing some work. They needed to stay there with the gentleman & help him in my opinion. He was getting the orders out, but it would have been alot faster if he had help. One of the employees was standing around; she had just gotten off & was drinking a bottle of juice, joking around with the other 5 ppl; with 9 customers waiting for their food!!!! Very very disappointed in this location because I used to frequent it alot. Chipotle is kinda my vice. I used to eat it 3 times a week- and I got burritos everyyytime. Not healthy. I GET CARRIED AWAY GIVE ME A BREAK! But I've cut back. And now I go once a month and it's so delicious. I get the same thing everytime: Burrito, light white rice, black and pinto beans, light fajitas, pico de gallo, a little bit of hot, SOUR CREAM POCKET, corn, and guac. What can I say, I like full burritos?! Sometimes they break my burritos, and it's frustrating because they start over and waste everything inside, or they wrap it in another tortilla- but I won't eat it and tell them not to. The past few times they've done an amazing job. No leakage! The staff can be hot or cold depending on the day. I went the other night and every staff member was friendly and smiley- always feels good. And other days, sometimes they don't even look at me. The seating is limited when it's cold outside, sometimes there's no option to sit cause of how many people are there. The line can also be insanely long. It's a popular spot! read more

Honestly I think some of the people that works in this place doesn't think properly I was asking for a simple order and they made a big deal about it. I asked for a chicken quesadilla and this laddy after she added the chicken she was taking some chicken out of my order. I told her that she shouldn't do that that it will be better to added more meat to the order instead getting out. After that I asked for a regular order of burrito bowl I asked to add the meat of that order to the chicken quesadilla they said that they will charge me extra for it. taking it like a chicken quesadilla with extra meat so I asked them to do it in a different way and I asked for a regular order of chicken quesadilla with a burrito bowl with meat on the side. if you think about it. it's going to be the same thing. but, they didn't understand what I was trying to get. And they insisted that I was supposed to pay extra for one of the orders one of the manager named HYDER was trying to help me but, obviously he didn't understand nothing at all of the situation. He thinks that I was supposed to pay extra for the order he was trying to get a bowl just with rice and beans for the same price of a regular order. He told me it's considered as a regular order or a veggie order. I have been coming into this place for around 10 years and I think honestly that they don't have any appreciation for the clients that they got .They should be training in a different way and think properly about old this. My gson loves the chicken bowl here... we ordered food and headed out. i started sweating and having chest pains and needed to sit down. A worker walked past and i told him I was having chest pain and didn't feel well(I'm massaging my chest at this time). I asked if he could please get me a cup of water... he walked in the back then came out and thrust an empty cup in my face and walked away. My first time in the store I didn't know where water station was but... After a few moments i asked my gson to get me water.. he goes to station and must've started putting soda in the cup because I heard the same guy yell at him no you said water... by this time Id found my meds in purse and took them ...drank the water. After sitting for awhile I was able to drive away. Often when I want a simple meal I'll come here and get a Carnitas Bowl. Tonight the person behind the counter never mentioned that they were out of rice. When does that happen? I got a miniscule amount of carnitas along with everything else. The guy in front of me must have known the deal and ordered double on everything and as a result got a gigantic Bowl. Mine looked anemic in comparison. You could tell no one wanted to be there as they begrudgingly put small amounts of food in the rice-free Bowl. No smiles and no thank you. They always have long lines and long waits (30-60 minutes) and it is because the employees are really unorganized and spend more time talking to each other than helping customers. Also, they are consistently out of things like guac, chicken, steak, etc and not because they ran out of ingredients, but because no one thought to cook more. This is the most awful Chipotle I've ever seen. None of the employees seem to have been trained or even care. The meat didn't taste seasoned. The guy serving beans didn't know if fajita toppings cost extra or not. The girl wrapping burritos couldn't even do that properly. She tried wrapping my friend's burrito, gave it the ol' college try, got halfway through with guac leaking out and just put in foil and sold it that way. My bowl tasted off... Well, being that I am an absolute SUCKER for Chipotle, it's hard for me to give Chipotle anything other than 5 stars. I will just talk about this location in particular. This location recently just opened no less than a year now (located in the same shopping center where Shopper's is on E. Joppa Rd). I will say upon initial check, the place looks clean (yes, I realize the place recently opened, but cleanliness still counts no matter what right?). The customer service from the employees was exceptionally well, no complaints there. Finally, the food. I won't get too much into the food at Chipotle because we all know that Chipotle's food is phenomenal. In rating this particular store, the food looks fresh. I have had no bad instances yet (and let's keep it that way). I recommend this store to those interested in Mexican, or even looking for a new change in food to eat. I really love Chipotle! The concept is awesome...customize your own burrito, salad or bowl with quality ingredients. I love that they have freshly cooked and prepared ingredients and now they have a brown rice option, too. I had been to this location a couple of times before and it was decent. This time, my chicken seemed to have some weird bits, it wasn't trimmed well. The line wasn't long and the line wasn't being managed well, plus customers seemed to have issues with their orders.
