This place is great if you have insecurities or are introverted because the workers act like you are literally not there. Love it. They wont make eye contact with you and whisper when they talk so better be good at reading lips. Also be prepared to repeat your order a couple times because they will forget if they get mildly distracted with the sight of a butterfly. I don't tend to write negative reviews, because I feel like most issues can be handled right there at the restaurant, however this has gone on long enough that I felt compelled to actually make a review. This is the closest Chipotle to both my house and my work, and I have been disappointed the past 4-5 times I have ordered. Everything from staff being absolutely disinterested in doing more than the bare minimum, to the prices (highest on the app I have found in the Tulsa metro area so far) for a dwindling amount of food each time I have been back. When I mentioned to the cashier last that the rice I was issued in my bowl was one hard stuck-together clump that would not separate, her reply was "well, it's fast food, what do you expect?" Currently annoyed because they changed their menu to where you can only order quesadillas online. So my husband an I went in and stood in a long line only to get up there and them tell us that. So while my husband got his food, he then had to download the app to get mine which took another 15 minutes... when we were right there in the store. It was honestly so frustrating. This is the worst location in Tulsa. Two times I've had delivery from here and they could care less about your food. Instead of using containers like the others, they'll throw your food in some foil so it spills everywhere in your bag, and looks like they threw it at a wall before packing it. I am giving this location 5 stars cause the server who helped me with our order was so kind, knowledgeable and well-trained with food allergies. Food allergies: I asked the server to change his gloves because of my kids' food allergies. He took out all the serving spoons from the foods I was going to order from, took off his gloves, washed his hands first with soap, put on new gloves, and then replaced new serving spoons. Not your average fast food chain. This food is definitely worth a go. Very reasonably priced for the quality of food you purchase. I always get the veggie burrito bowl and Audrey either gets the kids cheese quesadilla or the taco kit. We are never disappointed. Place is disgusting. Stopped in for lunch on patio only to find drugged out guys laying around with trash all over the place. Went in and asked employees why patio is a mess and got a shoulder shrug. Ate inside and place was a complete pig pit. Unkept tables, food all over floors. Ordered a steak burrito w water and cashier overcharged by $4.50. Showed her mistake and got my head bit off. Burrito bowl from Chipotle is just the best! Chipotle menu offers you a variety of choice, so far I like most of the food I've tried from this store. I often get the steak burrito bowl, with chips and salsa on the side. The taco is one of my favorite too, I like to get the crispy tortillas. They give you a good proportion that will definitely fill you up. All of the drinks here are amazing, would recommend to try the organic hibiscus lemonade. The food is fresh and smell delicious, feel like it worth what you pay for. The staffs are friendly and nice, I didn't know what to order on my first visit and they helped me picked out the food. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is that my delivery order was cold when I received it. Would not recommend to order for delivery, rather to come and pick up the food. read more

I've been to this location many times, but this is actually the only Chipotle I've ever been to (crazy, right?) so I can't compare it to other locations. The food is always fresh and delicious here. Portions are not huge but acceptable. This location can get pretty busy but the line always moves fast. The only menu item I've ever been disappointed in was the queso because it oddly lacked any cheese flavor. One of the best choices on Cherry St for 'fast food'. read more

This specific chipotle is so hit or miss. Don't think we'll ever choose this one again over the other restaurants in Tulsa. Last time we went in it seemed the staff was giving half portions of everything... acting like they paid for the ingredients themselves. When my husband asked for more beans, the worker scooped the smallest scoop. The flavor is not the same at this location either. We spent extra on the guac and chips and it tasted like they forgot every flavorful ingredient in the guac... blandest guac I've ever tried. Tasted like there was no salt, cilantro, or lime. The staff at this location are also far less friendly than the 41st restaurant. Don't go out of your way to visit here, the 41st restaurant is worth a little extra drive!! read more

This is my favorite Chipotle. The food is, as per usual, really good fast food. I can get a healthy salad or a not-so-healthy burrito and it'll always taste great. This Chipotle definitely adheres to the chains quality control standards - everything always seems fresh. What makes me love this Chipotle is that everyone is REALLY nice. Every time I order at this Chipotle, busy or not, the person making my meal has been super friendly. Positive, friendly staff makes a standard fast food chain really stand out for me. The food is always fresh and moderately healthy. The portions are typically huge! I can eat a good amount of food but this place always makes me stuffed. I absolutely love all of the food here, and while the burritos are good, the burrito bowls are where it's at!! Think of it this way... There is only so much room to work with when ordering a burrito, and although the tortillas are large and in charge, they can't stack up to the quantity of food you get with a bowl! Want some extra rice for free, but don't want the burrito busting open? Throw it in the bowl! Now I understand that you may enjoy a tortilla with your food, but chipotle knows their customers (you), and gives you free tortillas on the side as long as you ask! HUGE fan. So it's a chain but it's the best healthy bang for your buck. Line almost out the door 730pm on a Thursday. Sometimes you might have to wait for parking. But after you get your meal, sitting outside and enjoying it with some chipotle hot sauce and a gentle breeze is mmm ahhh heaven. I feel great that I'm eating healthy and barely breaking the bank!
