I am a cheeseburger advocate. Don't misunderstand, I like all types of burgers but there is some thing about a good ole fashioned cheeseburger that sets the world right with me. I remember the first time I ate at Burger Street. My granny and I stopped in one day after church and got lunch. It was love at first bite. Not too big, not to small, they're not greasy or too heavy. They condiments are just like I make my burgers at home and they have perfectly prepared curly fries, YES curly fries!!! I have eaten at a lot of burger joints and rarely have negative comments about a burger joint. When I moved to KC in 2005 I remember asking people where the best burger joints were located and they really couldn't tell me. Now since then, of course, I have discovered some wonderful places but the thing I found interesting is: this is exactly the opposite in Tulsa, OK. You ask someone when you can go to get a great burger and there are a barrage of answers and Burger Street always finds itself among those places being recommended! As my fellow Yelper, Derek R., from Tulsa so eloquently states, "the absolute best fast food burger anywhere." I couldn't agree more

Yummy best burger in town. Good and cheap. Very clean and prompt service. Ruben and Darrel are very nice. My only complaint was too much salt on my fries. Ruben suggested to tell them next time they will leave it off. My first time here. Very small inside but plenty of seating outside on picnic tables. Also drive thru if you're in a hurry. Lots of lettuce, tomato, and red onions on my burger. All fresh and delicious. Everything made to order like the old days. We're definitely coming back.

Should have eaten it there, instead of going home. The hamburger was limp and the bun soaked by the time I ate it. I ate the fries while driving home, they were fresh and hot.

Excellent food and friendly service as always. Love their frozen lemonade this time of year. Easy to get in and out quickly.

Talk about a "dive" hamburger joint. That's exactly what I love about it. This place reminds me of…read moreSqueeze Inn in Sacramento, but a little bit bigger. The menu is straight forward, straight out of the 60's style, and the place was poppin' at 2:30 in the afternoon. I ordered the Hank's special with cheese and pickles and onions as my only produce. I also ordered tots. I found out later that I could've got them "loaded", which entails tots being smothered in chili and cheese. Next time for sure. My wife had the single with fries. The fries came out piping hot and for simple fries, they were crisp and tasty. My wife's only complaint is the lettuce was wilty, and that is she doesn't like the onions grilled into the burger. That's not a knock on Hank's, just her preference. Me, I love grilled onions on and in my burger. The burger bun was soft and melded with the burger and cheese into a burger nirvana. I look forward to trying their chili cheese tots next time and their milkshakes looked very tasty. We'll be back for sure.

And bing in town on business, I had to go. I went the single meat w/ chz and. Risky FFs. Hanks did not disappoint. Good ol' fashioned juicy chz burger. One where the meat juices mix with the mayo and chz and oh so good. Very filling. And the FFs so crispy. Yo won't be disappointed. Tip: for the best burger deal, get Hank's 1/2 lb special. Way cheaper than buying single patty burger, FFs and drink separate. It's a dbl meat.

I usually order my food to go, but on one visit I arrived early and spent some time inside. The front area has a small waiting space with decor that gives a bit of history and personality to the place. They also offer beef for purchase, which is a nice touch if you are someone who enjoys cooking at home. I sat at the bar while I waited, and the service matched what I have come to expect from them. Friendly, attentive, and easygoing. The bartender even helped create a drink based on the flavor profile I described. It had a light citrus note with tequila and was very well balanced. As for the food, the onion burger is my favorite. I always add lettuce and tomato, and their burger sauce brings everything together. The flavors are rich without being overwhelming, and the quality of the beef stands out. The fries deserve their own mention. The regular fries are crispy and well done, and the sweet potato fries are just as good, which makes it hard to choose between the two. I usually get the garlic aioli on the side, and it takes everything up another level. The atmosphere is slightly elevated compared to a typical burger spot, especially in the bar area, but still relaxed enough to feel comfortable. It is a place I will keep coming back to whenever I want a burger that feels worth it.

I think it is named after a local ranch so sorry if I butchered it. I asked what was on it... all I heard was grilled onions, jalapeños, and some sauce and I was all in!! The burger came on toast and is very similar to a patty melt if you like that style. Honestly it was a great burger. The wife and I shared some cheese and onion fries... I can't say enough about how delicious it was. My wife ended up getting the class burger which comes with cheese sauce to dip fries or your burger in....i wanted the cheese sauce on everything but I did my best to hold back. Service is always great accompanied with some local brews... honestly this is a great place to eat local beef and local brews!
