Today pushed me over to write this review: I counted NINE uniformed employees in the store. But aside from the two up front (ONE handling the food line with 2 people ahead of me) and ONE on the register, the others were A) A couple Prepping food (good), B) ONE getting supplies (Cups,napkins, etc) and C) ONE adjusting her hat with her friends, TWO chatting with friends eating, and ONE talking on her cell phone. The store was dirty (crumbs on tables, trash on floor), the pepper was missing, the salt shaker was crusted with grease (?). It's great that these 20-somethings and younger have a job, but it'd be BETTER if they actually WORKED at their job. And these are the types of people that "deserve" $15.00/per hour?? Very disappointed. I love chipotle at other locations, but I have tried this location, that is close to my home, and have been let down every time. The first time, I waited at the register with my burrito bowl completely made for an employee to ring me out. There was one girl making burritos, obviously new and gave me very small portions, and the rest were doing random stuff behind the counter staring at me. The second time, they were totally out of brown rice and were not making more, and they were also out of corn salsa. The people working in the back were not paying attention to the girl at the ordering line saying she needs more. This time, they had everythknf, but halfway through eating my bowl I found a piece of a vegetable sticker. After searching my bowl, I've found three total pieces, and I'm sure I ate a few more. Tried their plant -based Chorizo today, it was awesome! I tried it in the burrito. One of their burritos could easily count as two meals, they are huge. I do think it would be awesome if they did have cashew cream as their plant-based sour cream and it would also be nice if they had a plant-based cheese option. But I definitely applaud them for going in the right direction. All three of the employees that helped me were extremely kind, fast and attentive. They did an awesome job! read more

I'm a chipotle fan, addicted to it I would say. However this location is the worst. I will pass on chipotle with the family if I know we are going to this location. 1) this place is always dirty the dining area and the prep areas are gross! 2) they don't listen to your order and when asking for something it seriously seems I've asked them to do the unthinkable. 3) when you enter a food establishment the last thing anyone wants to see is people sitting on the prep tables and employees playing with each other's hair. This is your job take a little pride in it hang out after hours and play with each other then. Unfortunately this isn't the only location I've seen these kinds of things happen in. I think it sucks that they somehow gave 40 people E.Coli and had to shut down. I also think it sucks that they lied about their food being non-GMO. Although, If you're eating at a fast food restaurant, do you really care about the hormones and genetic modifications being pumped into your meat and veggies? Methinks not. Anyhow, I effing love their burrito bowls. I'm a fat kid at heart, and anytime I can get a morbidly obese portion, I'm happy as a cow. I love that they cook their rice with cilantro. I don't love that they charge for guac. Just include it already. People want guac and they don't want to pay more than the price of an avocado for a few tablespoons of the stuff. Food was great! No complaints there. Attitude of the girl making our bowls was ridiculous, if you hate your job that much find a new one, don't be rude to your customers or give them dirty looks constantly. I have resting bitch face myself but when you are interacting with customers try and be a somewhat decent human being. I gave a tip regrettingly, since she would most likely get some of it. This is the only Chipotle I have tried since moving to Washington. The food was the same as usual and tasted decent and the staff was nice. However, the portions were so measly, I was still hungry after eating a burrito bowl. I have never finished one at any other Chipotle, ever. It literally felt like there was nothing in the container. My husband commented on how little the serving was as well. For $13.00, I could have went to a real restaurant and gotten a good meal. Will not be going again. read more

While waiting 10 minutes while they filled online orders and seeing them get those orders wrong I saw them scrape off chicken on the tacos and put another meat on to correct it leaving pieces of the other meat behind. They finally got to my order and also got my order wrong. I specifically asked for no sour cream. They put sour cream on after while in the act I said again "no sour cream". Then the employee looked at me and continued to put on sour cream and rolled up the burrito without even asking to remake it. read more

This location was absolutely disgusting!! Couldn't find a clean table even though there were several open tables available. The soda machine area was a mess no ice plus the napkins that were issued were basically bathroom style paper towels. The entire floor was filthy garbage and food everywhere. To start off this is a very nice location and was very welcoming and had a nice atmosphere. My food was great! The experience was overall great until of course the general manager Michele navarrete decided it was a good idea to grab a chip from the bin of freshly cooked chips not once but 3 times and in between times walked around touching things in the kitchen as well as the cash register and didn't wash her hands before grabbing another chip. She must not care to much about the controversy chipotle just went through with E. Coli.. You should probably consider a different general manager cause the one you have now obviously isn't mature enough to handle food properly, and if she is setting that kind of example who knows what else goes on! Went there for lunch today around 1145, they open at 1045. I asked for a burrito bowl with fajitas but there were none. I asked if there were any and the server snapped "well they need to be cut up and I can't cut them if I'm here serving you!" She then proceeded to snap at another employee about learning something. The server was so rude for no reason. I should have just cancelled my order then and there. I emailed chipotle regarding their bad service so hopefully something can be done. Walked in and there was food from previous people eating all over the floor. Definitely could of been a little more on the clean side. Especially since it seemed to be like that at every table. I will not be returning to this location. I have been here a handful of times all with the same experience (and wishful thinking that the next time would be better). The employees were rude and seemed to want to rush every customer to the cashier without taking into consideration of what their guests are ordering. Today it was a typical dinner rush, nothing too bad, but I came across all bad attitudes and poorly handled serving sizes. Stopped by and got a bowl and burrito to go. I live one block from this chipotle and we are immediately once home. The meat in both our food was ICE COLD. We had to microwave both. I called to let them know, wasn't complaining or asking for anything refunded but just wanted to let them know to avoid them getting a complaint. The lady on the phone laughed and said "we temp our meat, soo". What terrible customer service, at least have the decency to apologize. I have a lot of patience, I've worked in the industry for 15 years, that's why I wasn't upset about the mistake. Teach your crew better customer service. read more

Today was my first time using the app to order my food, as well as my first time at this location. I messed up my order using the app, which resulted in the total being a lot higher than I expected. I was fully prepared to still pay the larger amount, but the cashier was super helpful and corrected my order so that it was perfect. My food was made exactly to order and was delicious. All of the employees I encountered were super friendly and incredibly nice. I was in and out super fast since I was on my lunch break. but it looked clean to me. read more

I ADORE chipotle! I order from the app on almost a weekly basis. The staff is always friendly and courteous. And they always have my food ready when I arrive. But if you order online keep in mind they will ALWAYS forget your chips. I've done this four times and every time they forget my chips. So just remind them when you arrive that you asked for chips. Placed an online order and they argued with me and said I ordered from the wrong store. Showed them the email that it was the correct store and they still argued with me about it. Then they proceeded to tell me they were out of pinto beans and got huffy about having to refund me "when they didn't have the order" so I had to show them where the money was taken out of my account! During this exchange an employee was eating out of one of their plastic salsa containers over the prep area and the manager was extremely rude. Didn't offer one apology for THEIR mistakes. This store needs some more training and a lesson in customer service. read more

Just stopped in to grab some grub for me and both the kiddos. I asked the guy his name who helped me because he's always so pleasant when I come in. He introduced himself as Corbin--hope I spelled it correctly---I introduced myself to him. We chatted while he put together our burritos and my bowl. Went to pay and he comped my bowl.
