If I could give it no stars I would. I ordered a salad with steak which I ordered at the restaurant to go. I get home to open and it was not the bowl I ordered. I called and complained. They said I could go in and they would replace it. I did. All the customers were complaining. They had a long line and they were out of everything. I got my salad . I will never go there again. GROSS! I used to come here all the time and order a burrito but I Ordered the tacos because a friend of mine put an earworm of tacos consistently in my head the past week. Had one of each. Barbacoa, sofritas, steak. the steak awful...each piece of steak was fat, I showed the manager he said oh it's just grisso....(this wasn't just grisso) the whole entire piece of steak was fat. Well he apologized and he promptly prepared a new taco for me. This time it was carnitas. Didn't finish, Still couldn't get past that fatty steak. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants. But not this location. These kids are unorganized, don't listen and can't focus. At least on this shift. I ordered a chicken burrito and got home it was bbq. I asked for mild salsa and he put it on, got distracted, left the counter came back and put on more. I ordered corn and he did the same routine, when he came back I told him you already put it on. Is it really that hard? When this location first opened in Vero Beach the service was great, food was hot, they had all the options available; now no one is managing the store, the corporate folks clearly don't visit or offer any oversight or review the unfavorable ratings. Just here on a vacation and need a place to grab something quick. The employees were not friendly and none of them even bother to talk. After failing the quesadilla twice, they finally got it right. Once I got in the car, I opened the chip bag to only notice there was only about 10 chips in the chip bag labeled large. When I went in the guy, he was nice about it and gave me another bag..... which was was filled with the same amount as the original. They don't really need my review based on how busy it is at all times, but they do make consistently tasty food and they do move the line remarkably well. It's fairly healthy compared to the burgers and fries fast food, and my both my fussy oldest child and adventurous younger child enjoy eating there, and finish every bite. It's kept very clean, even during the lunch rush, and staff are friendly and patient. It does seem a bit expensive for what it is, but as an occasional lunch with my kids, I'll take it. read more

Have ordered many catering lunches from Chipotle, everything was consistent until yesterday. Catering order for 20 did not add up to same quantity of food that was in previous orders (for same # of people). Called the next day to let them know. Manager Chris was combative saying it was portion size and everything is weighed. Not apologetic at all. I have done many $300 orders from Chipotle and this order definite was not like the others. Look, let's face it, we all have healthy alternative choices when eating out. To me Chipotle has always been a good alternative to fast food in general. Simply doubling up on beans instead of the rice is one easy way of cutting out starches. Skipping the sour cream or shredded cheese toppings is another way to make a healthy meal choice. Clean. Fairly quick. Decent restrooms. Coke products. They started to put tables on chairs at 9:30 pm when they close at 10 PM so it felt pretty unwelcoming. The staff had low energy but the food was delicious. Overall a decent choice. read more

Love chipotle! Our 18 month old loves the rice and beans, corn salsa, kids quesadilla. We eat at Chipotle often and enjoy it. This specific location was just ok. "Outrage" sign stated out of mild salsa. What? That is a staple item at Chipotle. I find it odd when restaurants run out of key ingredients and make no effort to get more. I ordered a burrito but asked for then to melt the cheese first and they told me can't do that with out charging me an extra burrito. I just had the absolute worst experience with Stephanie, the cashier, at the Chipotle in Vero. Not only was she rude and condescending but she threw my food into the bag, upside down with sauce threatening to spill everywhere. I had to re-bag everything myself and request a second, clean bag. This chipotle is some what smaller than traditional chipotles I have been to. The location is susceptible to the lunch rush and seating is limited, so come early if your desire is to eat within the restaurant. The food is standard amongst other locations. read more

I already wrote a review of Chipotle for Normal, IL, so I'll keep this brief. Chipotle is fantastic. The value you get is amazing. I get a huge veggie burrito double wrapped with everything in it for less than $7. I order it online so I don't have to deal with the awkwardness of explaining that I want literally everything inside my burrito. My burrito is prepared in minutes, and picking it up is a breeze. I don't go here as often as I did in Illinois because this location is not as close to my residence. But I can't downgrade a restaurant based on location, unless there were other circumstance involved. Chipotle is a chain, but it gets 5 stars. It meets all of the criteria for such a rating. Ok. I've come to the realization and acceptance that I'm not of the age where I would consider this to be good food for a good price. It's mediocre food for a high price. There were plenty of tweens that seemed to enjoy it, though. I ordered the three flour tacos. They were cold. The chicken had an odd consistency. Seemed like thick slices of processed deli chicken that was chopped up. The "brown" rice was flavorful and the cheese was good. It just wasn't warm. When I eat at a restaurant, the only food I like to be cold are sandwiches and subs. I guess the places passes the board of health, but yikes. Overall...I wish we had a Moe's. It is so much better. The food is warm and they offer more toppings and choices. Gotta admit it, Taco Bell was even better. read more

I just found out that one of the food mangers who I have know for 5 years was fired because of her record with the law. I know for a fact that when she first started working there that her P.O. stopped by twice to talk with her bosses. Now out of no where after five years of service working 14 days a week and giving up days off to cover shifts, Now she is not good enough. That's why you get bad service because they fire the good people after many years of service. Why not fine a job where may be she would not have contact with money if that's their fear. A 50 year old woman who made a mistake one time in her life is not going to have this follow her. Not fair, I hope all the people who were behind this are treated the same way one day so they can feel her shame all over again. Have been to this location several times over the last year and a half and the employees are always screwing around with side conversations and the customers are never their priority. Only once has there ever been unsweetened ice tea. I am sitting here at 6:30pm and again it is out as usual.
