I ordered in line. I brought it to the cashier, handed her the cash and she said if you're going to use cash I can't give you change because I have no coins. I was ripped off there a tall brunette woman told me my credit card did not go through she had me do it twice. Come to find out the first swipe came through and i was charge twice cause i saw the charges on my bank acct i had the bank disputed it. I've been getting emails from Chipotle constantly as of recent, so my hubby & I decided we would get takeout from there tonight. I called first to get the hours to make sure they were open, which it stated they were open until 8pm. On the way over (this location is less than 10 mins from our house so it gave us over 45 mins to get there), I use the app to customize & place our order. As we pull up in line and finally reach the pick up window, my hubby gives the girl his name but she couldn't find our order. I go to pull it up on the app but it states the ordering system is down. So hubby just asked if we can just Re-order now and she says no we are closing up. Ummm, hello!?! Your closing over 1/2hour early when you have customers in line (not just us, more ppl behind us as well as those who were in front of us). Both times I got food it was ice cold, and wrong, yet the first time I ordered at the other location, it was great... Guess I shoulda listened to the reviews. They tried telling me they only had 1 kind of beef as well, which is just not true. I read the description via the website word for word to them too, they still got the wrong beef and it was ICE cold, like actually clumped together by congealed/solidified juice/fat cold as in like it wasn't even attempted to be heated up fully. The amount of meat is disgusting for $12 as well. They also gave me the complete wrong sauce and were out of both onions and peppers. I wanted what I ordered but got 2 items missing and 2 incorrect and what I got was RIPPED. Like it had been clawed down the middle, so even if I wanted to I couldn't eat it... $24 utterly wasted. (12x2 because both visits were equally atrocious) I'm not hard to please. I only eat frozen and fast food.. definitely not a snob. I won't pay $12 for a pinch of meat though, especially when it's ice cold and the burrito is not even CLOSE to the order 2/2 times. I had an order over $60 after the tip for the crew, as I normally do, and upon receiving order I noticed the two drinks I ordered were not given to me. I brought this to the employee's attention, and they refused to give the drinks to me, and forced me to leave the drive thru. I then pulled up my order and went back around to the window to show them the drinks were in fact in the order, and after slight resistance, they eventually gave me the drinks. Chipotle has really hit rock bottom! I used to love their burrito bowls. We recently ordered three bowls and unfortunately they were the worst bowls we ever had and definitely not worth the cost! They were half full and all missing at least two requested toppings. The meat was dried out with no flavor. What toppings we did receive were practically non existent. I'm not kidding like five pieces of shredded lettuce. We were all hungry after we ate and very disappointed. We really miss those pre inflation burrito bowls. I place an order via app to pick up at chipoltlane. There is no option on app to add side of dressing. When I go to pick up lane, I ask for dressing (as I have in the past, though I go here very infrequently). The girl tells me I have to come in and pay for it. I have no issue at all paying for it, in fact, if I could have just ordered via app that would have been ideal. So, I park, go in -- it's dead. I ask the man at counter, he gives to be no charge! I have gone to this location 3 separate times and the same thing happened each time. I always get a sofritas burrito bowl with just rice, sofritas, corn salsa sour cream and cheese. Every single time I ordered, the rice, which is the basis of a burrito bowl, is not even filled at the bottom as the rice does not even touch the ends of the bowl. To compensate for the empty space they schlep an obnoxious amount of sour cream on top. I have to go home to make my own rice for the bowl and scrape off the sour cream. And this has happened the last 3 times in a row at different times of day. Such a shame bc I live across the street and it has always been my go to place but I am absolutely DONE with this chipotle. read more

But I can't pay that money and only get 3 more slivers. I'll just go get another lunch after eating the appetizer chipotle gives. They also did not accept cash so I downloaded the app and I proceeded to attempt to order a chicken quesadilla for my son. I was the only person in there and simply asked for a quesadilla and the gentleman said it was an online order, not that it's the end of the world but how long does it take to make a simple thing when no one else is in there?
