It wasn't even close to closing time, yet half of the items were already missing. At every Chipotle, it's always the same--either they've run out of some items, or you're told to wait. Honestly, I can't remember the last time I visited a Chipotle where every bin was fully stocked. Almost every outlet is missing at least one or two items. That said, the ambience here was better than other locations I've been to. However, they need to clean their tables, especially outside ones, where 3-4 tables hadn't been cleared. Not sure if they were short-staffed. Food-wise, two of my favorite items--the sautéed onion and capsicum mix, and the salsa--were out of stock. Otherwise, the food was good as usual. Go here to wait a long time for fast food. They run out of things and can't keep up with basics like rice and honey chicken. The queso is so lumpy like they are trying to cut it down with too much flour and it's not good. I think I'll be passing on this location going forward. read more

We ordered with delivery and did not get the chips, only the queso This is not the first time - it happens more often than not. And the rare times when we get the chips, they are stale. Trying to contact a human at Chipotle to complain is an impossible task. You cannot get past the automated voice response or the chat bot. Also, we tried to do the survey from the email link, filled out all of the information and then submitted and got a submission failed message. Meanwhile the rest of the food was luke warm at best. There was gristle in the chicken. The extra tortilla was folded so many times it became a big melded glob of dough, impossible to unfold. Italian restaurants always remember the bread. Asian restaurants always remember the rice. Why can't you remember the chips? This was a terrible frustrating experience and it won't happen again any time soon. A rating of 1 is generous. read more

I appreciate being able to get sofritas tacos or a bowl. I also appreciate the use of paper & aluminum products rather than plastic. Aluminum is 100% recyclable, while plastic is not. I asked for the tomatoes to be on the side so I could heat up my bowl later. They have plastic side containers, but I asked for the paper container but was told that I would have to pay extra. Actually I don't. You have lost my business for suggesting that I pay extra for way should have came with my meal. Paying over 3$ for a fountain drink is insane. So you order online and they give you a pick up time and you come to the pick up window and you have to wait 15 minutes before they even acknowledge you or 20 minutes on a drive-through line if everybody has a scheduled time why do these pick ups from your drive-through take so long It's horrible. Worst Expierence ever. Workers are unsanitary touching their phones then going back to work, they slop and throw the food into my bowl then walk away to go on thier phone. At the cashier the women working was laughing around when she could not get the gift card to work and had me standing their waiting as she fooled around with her coworker. However, the veggie fajitas were unavailable and when I forgot what the green salsa was called the workers laughed at me. This Chipotle, unlike pretty much every other surrounding Chipotle and restaurant, does not provide water cups upon request. You must purchase a bottle. To preface this review I must say that I absolutely love chipotle. Just not this one. If you are reading this RUN AND DON'T COME BACK!!! The Willowbrook Chipotle is the epitome of poor service. This is the only location where you can order food 45 minutes in advance just for it to not be ready when you arrive. In order to actually get food you must then ask a worker where your order is. The worker will proceed to hit you with the thousand-yard stare. After your food is finally done, you would be a lucky fella to have it correct. Many a times the workers throw whatever they feel like on the food, disregarding the order which is printed smack right in front of them. Whoever is in charge of management needs to be fired, and banished from all Chipotles for the atrocities they have allowed their workers to commit. Don't come here if you like any type of service. The food portion was ok but I asked for extra cheese and the girl put less like grabbed a full hand sprinkled some then put it back mind you they're assuming what I'm getting before I say it, I'm guessing because of the way I looked they were putting the most bland options. I always get extra cheese and shouldn't be charged, the lady next to the register gave me an attitude telling me that I was going to be charged. I explained that it doesn't say extra for cheese. Yesterday night, I went to this chipotle (and for the last time) and had a horrible experience, with a very rude, and lazy "workers", who don't know how to communicate with their customers. A very unpleasant employee, who accused me of stealing food that I paid for, as I was getting it from a shelve. First off to get in contact with the restaurant is infuriating today they messed up my order by giving me half a portion to the point where I could see the bottom. I attempted to call the restaurant and was given an answer by somebody at a call center. All they could offer was to give me a buy one get one free deal which I saw as unhelpful because how it does not help me with my half a lunch. If this was the first time this location messed up my order I wouldn't be leaving this review but considering just a couple of weeks prior I got a quesadilla from them and for my side I chose corn and brown rice and then got my quesadilla and sour cream, which I'm allergic to is very unsettling. I haven't received my free meal on the app. I get mistakes happen but instead of being like OK, we'll fix it and hear something to say we're sorry it's just OK.
