This chipotle genuinely had the worst customer service I ever experience in my life, I walked in waited online. Made my order in the servers making your order. Have a terrible attitude at this location but I didn't mind. I go to order a chips with a side of guac and they tell me they have no guacamole and then I look over at the mobile order line and there is a huge fresh stack of guacamole so I asked him if I could have some from that one and they said no, that is reserved for mobile orders only and the female employee I was talking to, at the register, was very disrespectful, and seemed like she just wanted me out of the line when I just wanted to order my guacamole, so I politely asked if I could speak with a manager which I have never done in my entire life because I never feel the need to, but I genuinely felt disrespected and treated very rudely. And the manager comes out which seems to be a Dominican lady that spoke very broken English. And also told me that that guacamole was reserved for mobile orders and I cannot have any so I didn't wanna make a big deal of it so I took my order and placed a mobile order for just guacamole and I showed them the order and asked if I could have my side of guacamole that I had just ordered on the app And they made me wait 30 minutes for a side of guacamole. They literally sit there were pointing and laughing at me from the back and making me wait for guacamole. It's not like I'm some rude old person. I'm literally 19 years old. I was in a good mood. I was pretty respectful the entire time they just genuinely did not care about giving good customer service and they made it a point to laugh at me as I'm waiting for my guacamole. And as my name came up on the mobile orders, they made me wait an extra 10 minutes and just didn't make my guacamole. If I could give zero stars I would. I've been to this chipotle many times and have never had a good experience. The customer service is awful, employees always have a terrible attitude. The last time i went I was very willing to pay extra for any extra rice and the chips and guac the workers told me that it wasn't allowed. I wasnt upset but asked for chips at the register and the lady grabbed an old bag of chips that was sitting there since we got on the line and rudely slid it over to the person I was with. Every single worker here looked like they hated their job and could not care less about the customers or each other. I had to repeat my order no less than 3 times to the first lady, then the next guy tried to ask me about the salsas before she could even process my meat order (since I only said it twice at that point). He did not communicate the order to the cashier like how normally other Chipotle operated. The cashier asked me what the order was instead. I asked for lemon wedges, and no one who helped with my order knew where they were, so they asked a different lady walking by to find it. She tried to tap the cashier's shoulder so that she could pass the container to me, and the cashier straight up ignored her, didn't bother to turn or look in her direction. I have never seen a more dysfunctional line up. To top it off, the food tasted terrible. The lettuce and corn were literally FROZEN with a weird crunch. At over $10 for a barbacoa bowl, I would recommending saving yourself from this waste of money. Drive on to the next closest Chipotle if you really cannot live without a fix. read more

I just was in this location today there was no social distancing. The lady behind the counter told me to get closer to the person in front of me nobody was in masks I didn't feel comfortable going closer to somebody with no mask on. She insisted and this is part of the reason why this virus is spreading faster. This restaurant is not practicing social distancing so if you're concerned about this at all I would not go to this location. There must've been 50 people online squished together and going around the whole restaurant in my opinion the manager should be managing better and creating social distancing. This maybe the worst run chipotle I've ever been too. They are so slow, you better order your food an hour in advance to get your meal. They never have enough help, and the restaurant is not open to order inside, only online/app. They are sloppy with the preparations, and my bags are always leaking due to their carelessness. This is definitely one of the busier Chipotle Restaurants in the area. It's located in a prime spot, right by the Willowbrook Mall, so it's always packed with shoppers and teens. I usually just do pick up orders here and never really have a problem. The food is fresh and it's not like they make it and it sits out...since it's always so busy they are constantly going through food. Overall I have no complaints with this location, just that it gets busy and sometimes there is no where to sit. read more

Totally disappointed with Chipotle. I place a catering order on 7/4 online for 20 people to be picked up on 7/7 at the willowbrook location. Received an email confirmation that my order will be ready and was charged to my Discover card. When my wife went to pick up the order, the store was closed. No sign or anything. I contacted corporate at that time and all they said is that they had to forward the incident to catering dept. No apology or anything besides the credit that I was due. I promised my daughter chipotle for lunch after her basketball game and I had to make a stop at costco so we decided to pop in and order take out. She got the chicken rice bowl with the fixings and we were in and out in minutes. The ingredients were fresh, especially the lettuce (we had been to others where the lettuce was brown and they were still trying to serve it!) I just want to take a moment to recognize outstanding service in this store today. I arrived and there were 4 people in front of me. By the time I got to the counter, the line was out the door. There were 4-5 workers behind the front line, all looking frazzled. I ordered my burrito and could see that they were struggling to keep up. It's been a hot humid day here in nj, with most people feeling a bit surly, myself included. I normally order my burritto heavy on chicken and veggies, extra light on everything else. There were barely any veggies left but the chicken was freshly stocked. After all the fillings were added the girl started to roll it up. It quickly became a disaster and blew out the side. She asked me what I wanted to do? I was a bit confused since I really hadn't a clue. I said just put it in a bowl. They next thing I knew someone was throwing a tortilla at her. Omg such confusion. So I said just double wrap it. Which then became a disaster since the foil wasn't big enough. Step in the cashier. What an amazing "quick to think on her feet" young woman. She grabbed a bowl, wrapped it up. Grabbed a bag of chips and guacamole, smiled as she put it all in a bag and said "it's on us today" wow! So unexpected but appropriate. Kudos to Chipolte for empowering your employees to make quick decisions which clearly retain customers! Side note to this. It really made my day, personally I am going through a very hard time, my mom has cancer and is dying. I took an hour this afternoon just to get out and do something for myself. This tiny bit of kindness and compassion is exactly what is needed in our world, on a large and small scale. One never knows what anyone is going through and just an once of kindness can make someone's day! I wish I had gotten your cashiers name but I'm sure you will be able to narrow her down from the workers today. This location is the worst!!! Ordered from here several times and there's always a problem. Every time I would order through the app or DoorDash the food would come over an hour sometimes even 2 hours later and ALWAYS COLD. Last time I ordered for pickup at 6:45. When I arrived at 6:50 the order was not yet ready and when I asked an employee they said that the 6:45 orders were not even made yet. I had to wait another 45 min for my order and it was cold.
