Mobile orders frequently 20-30+ minutes behind committed time despite plenty of staff at restaurant. Traditional line cycles through 5+ times before mobile orders are delivered. It is mind boggling that this happens so routinely and the management at this location does not reallocate resources when this happens to address it. Currently there are about 15 people waiting in the restaurant with orders more than 20 minutes behind and this is far from the first time it's been like this. When I ask staff if I can just go through the line and build the order I already put in the mobile order they say no, even if I offer to wait in the line. When asked they told people they were 20 minutes behind despite having multiple people immediately chime in that their orders were more than 30 minutes late. read more

This is hands down the worst chipotle I've visited. Every time I come to this location, they are out of almost everything, they turn people away when closing time isn't for another 30 minutes or longer, or they are so slow you spend over 30 minutes waiting for your food. I submitted an online order through the app at 7:20 and was told it would be ready by 7:40. At 8:15 they still hadn't started the order, so my husband left the store and we asked for a refund through the app. The customer whose order was ahead of ours waited 45 minutes before he got his food. I understand short staffing is an issue, but this location always has problems regardless of staffing. I have no clue why this location has so many issues, but since there is another chipotle around 10 minutes away in Voice of America center, I will be driving out of the way to go there instead. read more

We topically really like Chipotle but this one rubbed me the wrong way. My daughter has severe food allergies which is what makes Chipotle a great restaurant for us usually. The ability to watch them put ingredients in a bowl and keep everything separate is so important to us. We have eaten at many locations and usually have great service. However, it appeared that most of the employees here were either new or not interested in helping the new employees. Additionally, they charged us the same price of a regular bowl for a kids meal because we asked for extra rice. I would have been happy to pay for a side of rice which would not have equated to the extra $4 charged, but that option was not provided to us. At the time it was more important for us to eat than have an argument. I just felt really disappointed for our family as well as the poor employees trying their best without help from their manager. The other Chipotle's usually let us have extra rice for the same price but, this one didn't. We're happy to pay whatever is necessary, but the rudeness about it was what rubbed me the wrong way. read more

HORRIBLE!!! I spent $26 on a bowl and some queso. I get home about 7 minutes later and the chicken was ICE COLD. I called and talked to a woman, who wouldn't provide her name, and said the temp now is 180 degrees. but it's an hour later when I called. She wanted me to drive back to have it remade. I've worked a 12 hour day and am home wanting to enjoy dinner. I'm not going back out. She called me a liar and actually said "fu** you" to me when I said that I should be given a credit order because of my issues. When I was there, the blonde girl was complaining that they had no help today, they were out of a ton of things that people get a lot. She said it's because they had staff issues today because of the snow and they couldn't make all of the food and said they were told not to. I didn't expect my chicken to be ICE COLD when I got home to eat it. And now I'm just out $26 ??? What kind of business operates this way??? I am in the customer service world and I credit hundreds, and sometimes a lot more, if a customer has an issue. I NEVER make excuses and I would never think of cussing someone out if they had a bad experience. That's just ridiculous. This place is just horrible. They basically STOLE from me and said, "fu** you" we don't care. What kind of service is this??? I will be calling corporate Monday morning. I think it was the older woman working the register that answered the phone but I could be wrong. They were also out of forks and napkins as well. it's like they just didn't care. For how busy this place was during lunch hour, they were doing fantastic! All the employees were wearing masks and they had placed stickers on the ground to have patrons socially distance. I had no problem with my steak bowl. I asked for extra rice and they obliged with no additional charge. I have been other places previously where they have been more generous with their servings, but it's completely reasonable that they would want to give an average portion especially when they were so busy and likely having to constantly replace. Just when I thought I could find a better chipotle than the Finneytown location, I was proven wrong. I have been let down so many times going to the Finneytown location I finally stopped going because they are ALWAYS out of everything and the restaurant is ALWAYS dirty. I decided to make the 20 min drive to the West Chester location. Should have checked the reviews before going, but I thought surely they couldn't be worse than Finneytown(avg 2.5 stars). Well, the West Chester location said you think Finneytown is bad 'hold my beer' and told me they are out of lettuce, quac, white rice, and queso. The interior was dirty etc... just like Finneytown. After checking the reviews after I left they only avg 2 starts. No surprise. The reviews are the same over and over. Out of food, poor service and messy. What is the most comical is the replies to the reviews that date back YEARS! The typical canned 'Your is review concerning. Please let us know more at some corp link. ' Sure.. I can take more time leaving the same feedback on another site. If the reviews were so concerning, then surely after years go by you can make improvements. Rude employees. The woman helping me looked annoyed to help me. I needed a vegan bowl and I wasn't difficult about it, I already knew what I wanted. I asked for Sofritas and she started to put pork on my bowl, which I quickly stopped her. She put about 5 black beans on my bowl. They did not have guacamole out, so I asked if they had any ready. She didn't answer me. When I got to the register to pay, I asked if they had any guacamole. She said "I'm going to have to get a manager to help you further". I didn't see myself as being an issue. I politely paid and dined in. All the other customers coming in, these same employees were outgoing and joking with them. Not sure what I did to deserve that service. This is the reason I've been avoiding fast food in general. The people serving my food don't really care, so what am I really putting in my body....what a waste. read more

Do NOT make mobile orders at this chipotle. Got 25% of the usual quantity of ingredients. I'm really curious how they managed to only get 4 black beans in the taco pictured. I actually put one taco into the other and it was still smaller than it should be. The kids meal was also well below what we have ever seen. Horrible! New to town and second time to this location. it was awful the first time too, but really close to my home and thought I would try again. nope. Terrible customer service. no greeting, no smile. They looked and moved like Zombies. there were at least 6 employees that took at minimum 5 minutes to serve the people in front of me. nothing was stocked and the food prep area was a mess. The garbage can next to the register was overflowing and gloves and towels spilling into the walkway. no napkins and the drink area was a mess. I can think of one other review I have left in my lifetime, so for me to do this says something. I will certainly be driving to the next nearest location the next time I want Chipotle. Worst Chipotle I've ever been to, and I've been to countless I've been to this location several times and the dudes working the front are dismal. The energy in this store is so dead and makes you feel like you're in a morgue. I came in yesterday at 9:30 and the 2 dudes working the food/cashier didn't even address me once even though I was standing there for 5 minutes. It actually became amusing to me like, "gee I wonder how long it'll take for these guys to say something" and it was at least 5 minutes. Literally both of them just standing there while I stand right at the spot where you order. So Im watching all the other employees and 1 was on his phone texting, 2 are in the back goofing off and the 2 up front were just standing around so ended up just walking out lol I went back tonight to give them another chance. None of the employees greet you when walking in. This time the dude at least addressed me when I was standing there to order. I ordered and he was super skimpy on the portions... haha it was pathetic, the smallest amount of food I've ever received from a chipotle and you'd assume that since they're close to closing they'd be more on the generous side rather than barely putting anything in the bowl. I live 5 minutes away, by the time I got home and started eating immediately, the food was cold... I'd rather drive an extra 5-10 minutes to one of the surrounding locations. We have been helping a friend move into their house after their wedding last weekend and well.. chipotle is always a great lunch or dinner! Typically always get our food pretty quickly. Surprisingly, it's on a busy road but the line is never really backed up- which is really nice! Always give more rice/condiments when requested. The only things they might consider working on: 1. Adding some booths or getting comfortable chairs, 2. Employee mumbled an answer when asked about the new pollo asada and we weren't Sure if that meant that they had a any or not. Second thing was with our drink order. Ordered iced tea and when I went to fill my cup neither sweet or unsweet were available. No chips. Lastly many tables were dirty and there were no forks during a non-busy time (3:30).
