I am not sure why this location has sub par reviews. I walked I. With my BFF and everyone was busy with a huge Togo order. We placed our order for subs, got chips and a drink. By the time we filled our drinks, our subs were already made. Seriously, that is fast. Now do I come here if I want a hot fancy sub filled to the brim, no. Do I go to JJ's when I am just hungry yes. He said it was delivered to the apartment and went to dismiss miss me but I live in a home. I told cherry this. He then hung up on me. So much for freaky fast delivery. I pre ordered 2 hours early. When their tracker told me it was out for delivery I finally got it 45 minutes later and they are literally 2 minutes down the road. Unfortunately I was unable to eat my $21 worth of food because by the time I got it my lunch break was over in like 10 minutes. Freaky fast cold sandwich lunch as the commercial advertise. It probably took me longer to review the new menu board, order and pay than it took for them to prepare the sandwich. This was my first visit to this location so I took a moment to look at the menu board that had been shuffled around a bit. I was greated as approached the ordering station. Decided on the Italian Club which is my go-to menu item. It was good though, this time I have to say it had a potent onion taste and I didn't really taste the oil vinegar oregano basil seasoning. Disappointing. Ordered a Caesar chicken wrap and it was all lettuce with little chicken. Not worth the almost $10 they charge for it.

Whoever owns this business needs to be aware of the gross disregard to basic food, health and sanitation practices. When I pull up to the store, there is a cook with an apron on talking on the phone in the parking lot. There is also 3 young guys In uniform sitting in the dining room talking and eating. As the notice me pulling up, the all look at me and continue to speak. One gentlemen lazily withdraws from his seat and heads behind the counter. He proceeds to put on gloves and take out bread. He doesn't even wash his hands. He proceeds to touch his mask several times before leaning on the counter to wait for me to come inside to order. He finally gets tired and heads back to his seat and pull mask off. These guys are wiping their noses, scratching their heads, and playing with their masks, then jump behind the counter when they see customers pull up. They have no thought to wash their hands. As soon as the customers leave they immediately park it in the dining room and pull down the mask. Very disturbing behavior from what appears to be teenagers. read more

Jimmy Johns is Jimmy Johns. Once you find your sandwich of choice, it'll taste the same no matter what site you visit. Mine is the #12 Beach Club, with extra sprouts and extra cucumber slices. I am not usually a fan of turkey sandwiches because they tend to be flavorless, but the Beach Club has a layer of avocado spread that elevates bland turkey to something tasty. My favorite side is the whole pickle, cut in to wedges. I also like their Salt and Vinegar chips. Heck, their cookies are good too. read more

Union Centre, West Chester Ohio They are literally across the street, and there was a time last year when we swore they must have a truck in our parking lot making sandwiches - they were that fast. Not anymore. Still only across the street, but an hour plus... at an hour and a quarter now, and still not here. Our meeting is over, we raided the vending machine. Speed of delivery was literally the only reason we order there. A decent price for a sandwich, but there's barely anything on it. I was here on business and don't have Jimmy Johns in NYC so I always love to get it when a town has it. Called in my order, asked for my slim sub cut and additional mayo packets. The delivery was not "Freaky Fast" (almost took them an hour to get to my hotel which is literally next door), I didnt get any mayo, my sub wasn't cut and there was no straw for my drink. Food is always good made very well and neat. Now when it comes to delivery being "Freaky Fast" this is not even close to true. The first time I ordered from them from time of order to delivery was only 25 minutes. Every single time since has been ATLEAST and hour. I was so disappointed with my drive thru order today, I most likely will never go back. Freaky fast was so NOT the case. I was the only car in the drive thru and there weren't any customers inside. I order one giant sandwich and it took 9 minutes for my order to be ready. This is the second time I was given the wrong sandwich through the drive thru.
