This chipotle seems to be consistently busy, I think I came in after a rush because the floors were dirty and the staff seemed stressed. I honestly would have rated this 1-2 stars but the manager named Will saved the experience. He's a star on this team and should be recognized as such. I didn't get to interact with him directly but I watched as he worked to please unsatisfied customers despite the tense environment - and he did it with a smile on his face. He's the sole reason for me leaving this review at 4 stars. I pray the GM is able to recognize the talent you have in manager Will as he is a true star. read more

When I order a salad I expect toppings on a bed of lettuce not toppings sprinkled with a couple pieces of lettuce. Apparently that's what the worker at chipotle wanted me to have today. I got maybe 4 bites of my salad with lettuce. Horrible. I ordered my usual in the app and drove over to pick up. My order wasn't ready so I sat and waited by the pick up area. Multiple people came in after me, went through the line, and got their food. After seeing this happen multiple times and not seeing my order I asked the worker at the register how much longer it would be. He told me he didn't know. I gave it a few minutes and then went back up stating that my online order was already supposed to be ready and they were helping people that had arrived in the restaurant after my order should have been ready and after I had arrived. At this point the worker who was supposed to be working the online order station explained that she was having to do both. I said okay but the people in store had arrived after me and after my online order should have been ready (20 minutes before). She left the other waiting customers to make my order. She made the online orders she had and I got my order. Finally. I was pretty surprised when I got home and discovered my salad had just a few pieces of lettuce. Ridiculous. After eating my meat and toppings I noticed the bottom of my bowl was filled with liquid. Gross. Probably because there wasn't a base when she didn't put the lettuce in. My orders haven't always been perfect at chipotle but I understand restaurants are short staffed, etc. and I'm usually very understanding. Today was a bit more difficult considering I saw other workers/someone that appeared to be a manager in the back not doing anything while this worker was trying her best. I love me some chipotle every now and then. But this location needs some help. The line was all sorts of confused and my bowl got switched with someone else's, and there's just never got made. The service was absolutely horrible. I understand how you could potentially hate your job when you're 30 and still working at chipotle, BUT to watch men get FULL bowls and then after being extremely nice, basically getting questioned if I was able to pay for double meat when I asked for something more than the scraps of chicken. Not to mention that when I had paid for double meat, I only got a half portion of one protein. This woman had extremely long hair that seemed to be in a braid, unsure. It was 4/16/25 around 10:15pm. I have never thought to check my bowl after I leave, but felt like i needed to this time and sour cream was missing - which im pretty sure I paid extra for. I walk back in and wait in the line to not disturb the process, NICELY ask for sour cream. I am allergic to corn and there was pieces in the sour cream. When I told the woman, its like she just wanted to throw the sour cream at me instead. She uses a super high-pitched voice and shes really annoying- should be able to point her out. I never take the time to really write reviews of places but this Chipotle is awful. What is wrong with the employees here? On multiple occasions that I have been the team here just looks so upset, and are unapologetically rude as well. The last time I went (today 10/31) was really the last straw for me. It turned out that their POS system was acting up and not processing transactions properly. Instead of saying something, anything, to the guests there to communicate what was happening - they just proceeded like business was normal. Trying the same thing over again and again expecting a different outcome, instead of reaching out to higher ups or an IT department. Me and other guests waited over an HOUR for our food. When we got to the front of the line to ask why the line was taking so long, only then did they communicate the problem. While I understand that this is a technical issue and not entirely their fault, they handled it horrifically. No communication, no apology, nothing to make up for the fact that myself and other pissed off guests had just waited over an hour for our food - which was now cold. Went in today and ordered a veggie bowl and another bowl that just had rice and beans. And had sour cream and cheese on the side. They charged me both the price as veggie bowls. I have been going to this location for the past year and they have never charged me rice and beans with having sour cream and cheese on the side as it being as a veggie bowl " price". For Rice and beans with cheese and sour cream on the side I always got charged $1.92 but today got charged 6.95. I even have receipts to prove it. When I brought it up to the cashier she said OK let me get my manager the manager took forever to come to the front. Wouldn't even show his face. I love Chipotle no matter where I go, but this location is my most frequently visited. The ingredients here are just as fresh as anywhere else. Some of the other reviews complain about it being crowded, but when I come it's pretty early into the lunch hour so it's never very crowded for me. The service is always quick and the restaurant is clean (though usually freezing cold) and comparable to most other Chipotle's I've been to. There have been a few times where their cash register has broken and the employees always handle it with grace and you get a free meal out of it. Can't complain! read more

Even though we love going to chipotle because their food is good this store is always crowded no matter what time of day you come. The problem seems to be the register. The line will move once you get up to the counter and order your food but then the register is always backed up. It would be very beneficial to the owners if they installed a second register to help expedite paying for the orders so customers did not have to wait so long. Oh Chipotle, how I love you, but I regret my decision to dine here every time when the line is out the door. It's your standard Chipotle menu (Tex-Mex, if you haven't had a chance to eat here before). If you've managed to find parking in the parking lot, you're already off to a great start. The line moves slowly, so be prepared to wait 15 minutes until you get to order. It seems like there's some peak times when it's popular (such as lunch or dinner), but even at 9 PM on a weeknight, there was a line. I'd recommend ordering online to avoid the line. As other reviewers have said, they always seem to be out of something. Maybe there's a communication issue between the employees on the line and the chefs in the back, but you'd think they'd be able to estimate how much to prepare. Chipotle is a good and fast solution for your mexican burrito fix! I have been to a few and this one seems to be just like all the others in town. They are fast... the food tastes good... and the staff is nice. I discovered the iPhone app where you can do online ordering and now I always use that! I rarely have to wait to get my food. They need about 20 min to process the order but when I am in the mood, I will send my order in and by the time I get there, it is hot and ready to go... and paid for! I will say that today when I went in after work, it was the first time I had to wait. They pulled up my order and the girl at the register said "oh.. just one moment..." and she gave a slip to the people making the food. I waited about 30 seconds and she gave me my food! She apologized for the wait... It was dinner time and there must have been about 12 people on line so I was fine with the 30 second wait. ;-) All in all, I enjoy their food and like others have said, the staff is super nice. I've learned to say no haha. Food is always fantastic. Although line was long @ this location I was 7th person in line and still got to register in less than 2 minutes! Pros: Their food tastes amazing There are a lot of options to choose from on the menu ( strongly suggest the 3 soft tacos with steak, rice, and shredded cheese) Close to home and very convenient location to get to. Tonight, my wholesome bowl with Carne asada had a hair in it. Right inside the guacamole. I completely lost my appetite. I called the restaurant to let them know, and no one answered. I called twice before heading over to the restaurant. I'm thinking they must be really busy because they didn't answer the phone. To my surprise the restaurant was EMPTY! Two employees were sitting on their phones eating. I went in and asked for the manager, who said her name was Enid. I left and decided to let everyone know Enid (the manager) at Chipotle on Daniel's rd on Wintergarden is dismissive and rude. Went in for a quick dinner after target last night, line was half way to door along the wall, shortest I've ever seen in there. Tables were dirty, drink area had spills everywhere and ice over flowing in the tray under soda. Just didn't feel clean. Food was mediocre. Rice was soggy. Veggies and guac were good. Portions were smaller than most chipotles we frequent. Just happened to be up there last night. 2 of the 4 employees never said a word to us, just pointed. That was weird.
