Everyone who likes this style of food has a favorite. Chipotle is the big dog, but there are 3-5 other players. Qdoba is my jam of them all. The queso is delicious. The portions are fair. I really wanted to love my meal. It had been years since I've been at a Qdoba. The cheese-crusted birria quesadilla is what drew us in. After watching several tik tok videos on them, I finally stopped in to check it out for myself. The layout of the place is very similar to Chipotle, including how you place your order. I did a mobile order, so I skipped the line and went straight to the girl at the register. She was so friendly and helpful. The other girl, who was preparing the food, was the opposite in her demeanor. She did not seem to want to be there that day. We ordered one birria quesadilla with Fajita veggies and the other had extra queso instead of veggies. They were huge and stuffed with meat, which we loved. What I didn't like was that the quesadillas did not have a lot of cheese on the outside and they were not crispy. It seemed it wasn't on the grill long enough to crisp up the cheese. The flavor was good and the inside contents were generous. They also give guacamole at no extra charge, unlike their competitors. I would likely try it again and maybe order in person vs. the app so that I can specifically request a crispy cheese-crusted quesdailla. read more

First time ever coming to a QDOBA and definitely impressed! QDOBA is Mexican, very similar to Chipotle but waaaay better and better quality ingredients in my opinion. I stopped in today to pick up dinner for me and my husband. I got us both a create your own burrito with cilantro lime rice, steak, pico de gallo, 3 cheese queso, shredded cheese, sour cream, lettuce and tortilla chips! I got to watch the employee make my whole burrito which I love! The burrito was so fresh and very good tasting. There are a lot of seating inside. They also have a coke freestyle machine. Oooooooo. Let's try this place. I love Mexican and it was on our way home. You walk in and it feels very much like Moe's but less friendly. We wait even though no one else is in line so I am assuming that they are filling orders for the food delivery services. Someone could at least acknowledge us. I get a bowl and the way it is just slopped together isn't very appetizing. We try the queso and it is just "meh". A little better than Taco Bell but no where near as good as Moe's. The only reason it didn't get only one star was because the guacamole was actually very good. Unfortunately, we will not be back here. read more

I recently tried the taco salad bowl for lunch and was very excited to try it since it came highly recommended by some people at work. However, I was a little disappointed with the shell since it wasn't that crunchy and had more of a stale feel to it. I was hoping for crunch and it was on the softer side. My coworker who joined me who gets them regularly said that was the 1st time she ever had it like that so I will assume they just had an off day. The shell didn't taste bad but it wasn't so easy to break pieces off to eat is all. Now my bowl was filled with rice, beans, corn, lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and steak so I loaded it up. All of those ingredients were seasoned nicely and tasted fresh. The portion size was good and the pricing was reasonable. I will definitely give them another shot on the taco bowl next time I'm in that area. read more

if you're looking for fast Mexican food Qdoba is always my ONLY choice!!! Never really been a fan of Chipotle due to their lack of "freshness" & the dull color of all their toppings. Whereas qdoba's food tastes & looks so much brighter & fresher on every visit i have made! They DONT charge extra for things like Guac & Queso , plus their guac & queso is a million times better! they have so many toppings to choose from, hot sauces, even a spicy queso. So if didn't know anything about a Qdoba but thought it was like Tijuana Flats? More like a Chipotle. The food is colorful and way tasty in comparison. The salsa is very good. Had hot and sweet cholula chicken bowl. We had the chips and drink with meal and got the guacamole which seemed very nice and fresh. The girl who rang us up was very sweet and fast. The first gal stopped us when we got to line to fill orders and she was a bit abrupt and took her time with those. I asked to break up the awkwardness if they had been real busy. Honest question because she seemed panicked about those, not us and nicely again making small talk. She was like no not really and was very awkwardly rude and standiffish. Then a manager came around and she changed it up and acted more nice and that is good as I was for reals about to just walk out because she was extra rude almost purposely it seemed. My spouse said she had a hurt foot and all that it seemed and so let it go. The drink machine was funky not working right and off in timing making the drink come out spotty. They could be a bit better equipped and cleaned up topped up. The atmosphere wasn't bad overall and a lot of food given. The guy grilling does a beautiful job! I ordered from uber eats solely because it was the fastest option for delivery to get some food on the table. I thought everything tasted really good and fresh. I like all their sauce options as well if you wanna add some heat. I think it's the tastiest option for fast food. I don't feel like bad about myself after eating there. I got a full size quesadilla for my 2 yr old becuz unfortunately they didn't have a kids option to order from. He really enjoyed it and so no complaints there. I ordered the pork taco bowl which was really good and I liked the fajita veggies. They weren't overlooked mush like you might normally find at these type of places. Lots of complaints about this place from other yelpers which I'm glad I didn't read before hand becuz I probably would've waited longer, spent more and been unhappy with my choice alternatively. read more

They have so many options and the manager there is super accommodating and courteous to my dietary needs. Stopped here having never been to a QDOBA before. Staff was super nice and food was great. My wife got a bowl that she wasn't too fond of, that was on us and what she had ordered, but the staff was nice enough to make her another option with no additional charge. Not many places would do that, and we certainly appreciate that. Definitely recommend this location! read more

So my wife and I eat at Qdoba restaurants all the time. We have been here 5 times since they recently opened. I will say the managers are very nice and always willing to cleanup for you. Overall this is a very clean Qdoba and nice staff. I will say some staff are more conservative on how much meat they use than different staff. No biggie, but would be smart to work that out. I have tried their burritos, knockout tacos, and burrito bowls. All very up to par for a Qdoba. Remember folks this is a fast serve type restaurant, not a sit down restaurant. Overall they have done a great job that this is our new standard Qdoba to go to when we want to eat there. read more

I've loved QDOBA and have eaten many times at the Altamonte location and never had a problem, however eating at the Ocoee location last night my husband had a steak burrito bowl and a couple hours later now has food poisoning. Will not be eating here again. read more

The food was good but the employees attitudes were horrible. The lady that looked as if she was the manager was extremely rude, I had asked her if we could get another order exactly as the one before she snapped at me before i could even finish saying "I don't remember what you got in the one before." I understand that she wouldn't remember I didn't assume that she was going to remember the entire order considering she just did the first half of it. There is absolutely no reason for someone to be so rude. Then the other two employees were not only eating on the line but had nasty attitudes as well. I don't know what bite them in the ass this morning, but wherever it was it wasn't nice because they all had disgusting attitudes. Only reason I am giving more than one star is because the food is good. So next time you go in there just beware of some nasty attitudes. read more

First time here. This place is basically want to compete with chipotle. First impression when I walk in is clean and welcoming. While the food is fresh, they taste very bland. I hate salty food and I'm consider it to be on bland side. From the rice to the protein, they are all tasteless pretty much. You want to order it with medium or spicy salsa to give it some taste.
