I wanted a bouquet to let my friend know I was thinking of her since she was having medical issues. I let Chipper's (I can't remember who I spoke to on the phone) select the flowers. The flowers were going to be delivered the next day. Chipper's called me the next day to alert me that the flower arrangement was going to be delivered later that day. So, I took it in to be re-sized and re-shaped, and any other fixes it might need after years of neglect. Franz was so kind, and really helpful. I discovered this family-owned store during Covid in my effort to help my local shops and businesses. I had some repairs to get done and gifts to buy and they filled the bill for all of it. They did a beautiful job of restoring my parent's old wedding rings and watches and their prices were more reasonable than I expected. My favorite part of the store is the vintage area where they sell pre-owned pieces. They have beautiful vintage pieces. I found a gorgeous 14k dragonfly pendant for my step daughter back there and she loved it!! I still have my eye on several pieces I keep going back to check on. Ladies, do the gift wish list!! They did this for me and I just told my husband about it, and he was able to buy me something I really wanted and loved from the items on my wish list which was a beautiful tanzanite and diamond ring! Went up to Chippers after reviewing reviews on Nextdoor... took a birthday present my children and grandsons presented to me on my birthday to see if Chippers could assist in securing the charms and clasp on the chain. While I waited they repaired the "O" clasps on the charms and permanently connect the gold on the end of the chain, so I would not worry about loosing the charms or the necklace. I love this place! Franz is fantastic. My fiance purchased a ring from them about a year ago. I was having some issues with the band and stones were falling out. This was NOT Chippers fault, but rather the creator who they received the rings from. Unfortunately, the creator of my first ring retired and refused to help fix their product, but Chippers did their best to fix it. Franz told me that if I continue to have problems that I should bring it in for a new setting, which is what I did. They put my money from the original band towards my new ring. Franz spent time with me in choosing a ring that fit my personality and now I'm so happy with the outcome. I have a beautiful, unique piece that I can enjoy forever. Franz also helped my fiance pick out a ring that was custom and unique to him as well. I have never felt swindled by these guys and even when there was trouble with the product, they did all they could to get me a wonderful ring. I get compliments on it all the time.
