I wanted a bouquet to let my friend know I was thinking of her since she was having medical issues. I let Chipper's (I can't remember who I spoke to on the phone) select the flowers. The flowers were going to be delivered the next day. Chipper's called me the next day to alert me that the flower arrangement was going to be delivered later that day. Then they called my friend to tell her the same thing. And they even called her to confirm she was home before making the delivery. Chipper's customer service is great!

The non refundable $350 for "their time" to get you excited about a piece of jewelry, saying that it would one price only to come back later with a quote for over double what was discussed in thousands. For my personal experience I asked for a ring to be crafted and I supplied all materials and design. Apparently, and they won't tell you this, that costs $4000. Then they will "trade in" your gold value, and that came to $950. If you like throwing money away then this is the jewelry store for you. Also, the woman who works at this place is very rude and unprofessional when you decide not to use them. When I said that wasn't what we discussed she got defensive and quite bluntly rude. She will make you feel bad for not continuing with their services. Instead of giving your jewelry back she will make you come back on an appointment day. She then told me that she wouldn't be doing a different order I had of re-backed earrings. She said we're not the jeweler for you. Ever see Pretty Woman where the sales ladies were too good to sell to her? Yea, it was like that but this lady was way more unpleasant. The irony is my husband said to get exactly what I wanted. He said he didn't care about the cost. It was this lady who ultimately decided for me that they are definitely not the right place to make my ring or anything ever. I wanted a custom ring made with all of my own materials, was told it could be done in my budget, when actually they wanted what it would cost to buy a new one with all the same materials. My bf went to Prestige Jewelry to get my diamond ring set. The ring came back with the diamond…read moreoff-centered, prongs crooked and not actually enclosing the diamond, plus dents/cuts on the gold of the prongs. Because of the terrible job, he then took it to Eddie's to get it fixed. The second time the diamond did look more centered, but there's still a huge gap between the prong and the diamond. After we dropped the ring off, Prestige messaged us saying that the initial job was actually done through Eddie's, who they contract with. When I spoke to the jeweler who set my diamond, he admitted the diamond was set crooked the first time, but said he couldn't fix the gaps because the little diamonds on the prongs would fall out. I don't understand why anyone would touch fine jewelry if they can't do the job -- do a crappy job, and then hand it back to the customer -- instead of being honest upfront and saying, "this is going to be the outcome, do you still want to proceed?" That way, the customer can make the choice before their diamond and ring get messed with. On top of that, he told me, "if this semi-mount was customized to the ring then we could do it." It IS customized -- here are the measurements on the diamond reporting and CAD. Still, he insisted that if they touched it again, the small diamonds would fall out. He kept repeating that the diamonds would fall out -- but that's just an excuse. I even attached photos of a marquise diamond ring set in the exact same semi-mount from the same vendor -- little diamonds on the prongs and all -- and as you can see, it was set beautifully with no gaps. Clearly, it can be done properly if the jeweler has the skills. If they had been upfront from the beginning and we went to a jeweler who actually knew what they were doing, we wouldn't now be trying to find someone else to fix this mess -- all while we're trying to get engaged with this ring. Please don't go to Prestige Jewelry or Eddie's.

Your item might be scratched and etc if they need to test it further, so don't bring anything you wouldn't want that done to. They also won't buy every single thing even if it's genuine, as I saw a woman before me turned away and told to sell her item online. I had an appointment but ended up waiting in line, as you can't get inside unless they buzz you in. There were several of us in there at once so I guess if the people waiting don't look too sketchy they will let more than one inside. (Price Range)-- $30+ (Services)-- they buy gold, silver, jewelry, and other precious metals. (Location)-- located in a very busy shopping area near Chick Fila. The parking area is very small, so I parked a little further down and walked over. The area seems to be decent in terms of safety, but given the nature of this store you should still be aware of your surroundings and try not to flash your valuables. (Experience)-- I assumed the worst but I actually had a very good experience. The woman working behind the glass was friendly and gave me a decent deal. I recommend this place, and I would also come back again.
