Before the move the location was convenient and parking was easier to get in and out now I circle around many times to find parking and have seriously considered just not showing up and cancelling last minute when I can't find parking. First time lash extensions wearer here! So I got my lashes done on Sunday (3/28/21) with Taylor and now that I've had a few days to sit with them and see what life is like with lash extensions, I can safely say that I'm obsessed! Even though Taylor is a newer lash tech, my lashes look so good and I've gotten so many compliments from people in my life! They feel better than any falsies I've ever worn (and I've worn them all!) and they look just as good, if not better, than my Lily Miami lashes. I love being able to wake up and just look AWAKE, ya know? Taylor's application was really good and she took the last few minutes of our appointment to show me how to properly wash my lashes and comb through them which was super helpful. I think her little tutorial has made it so my lashes look just as fluffy as day 1 and they aren't falling out in clusters! I can't wait for my fill next week! 10/10 would recommend. PS. Went for a normal fill yesterday and when I got home I noticed that the amount I was charged was different I figured out they charged sales tax and they never have before, well I called to ask and was told they just started charging sales tax about a week ago. I asked why they did not mention that when people are booking and was told by the person on the phone that they were told not to mention it unless someone asked. So they are not transparent with costs. They also recently moved and the new salon is not up to snuff. No place to put purse in the bathroom, and now the place the feel of a warehouse. I love the ambiance and how friendly the staff are. I love how you can schedule online. I love the lash artists technique of lashes, but I'm absolutely so so sad at how the lashes fall out in large quantities (like 12-15 in the first two days and then mostly out by a week-week and a half.) I had fills three times and by two different lash artists. The technique is absolutely stunning and the lash artists are so sweet, but whatever organic glue they use just does not work. I'm all for the organic stuff, but the product should last :( Unfortunately, I had to go else where. I have found another lash artist and my lashes last 3-4 weeks now. (So it wasn't me and it definitely wasn't lash shed as none of my lashes were with the ones falling out.) As far as waxes- it's frustrating when you fill out all the allergy information and it's in the computer, but not reviewed before your appointment by the esthetician and your allergen is applied to your skin. This has happened at least twice now. I've had allergic reaction of hives and break outs needing treatment. Puts me on edge for my future experiences. I feel like I have to throughly grill whoever I get now instead of just relaxing and leaving it to the experts. Ruins the experience. I really wanted this place to work out. read more

My first place for lash extensions. I had Dorthy and she is fantastic! She talked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable. LoVe my lashes and even though I got them for my sister's wedding, I am hooked and will be keeping these lashes...I don't need to worry about eye makeup or mascara anymore. You lay on a heated massage table with lumbar or knee support while you get your lashes done. If you're still cold, they have a cute throw to cover you. It's going to be a sad day when I have to moVe and find a new lash artist. read more

Sophia did a terrific job with Brazilian and full arm sugaring; she has a very nice touch, and she was very gentle. Also, Sophia suggested products that might help with ingrown. It just felt like she genuinely cares about her clients. Tara did the eyelash lift with tint, and I liked how she clarified what I wanted and made sure I was aware of different options.
