I called several mechanics in the area and they were all booked up until after the holiday weekend and I wanted go get this fixed ASAP. I then googled further and came across L'Europa Auto Repair, the name seemed very appealing to me because I'm European myself :) I called and spoke to a lovely Christy who was very informative and knowledgeable on the phone and she was able to fit me in an hour later. Upon my arrival to L'Europa I was greeted by a cheerful and friendly Christy herself, along with Little and Bruno, her adorable 2 pups which made my day! I immediately knew I was in good hands when Christy and I conversed about my car issues and she definitely knew her stuff, explaining all the possibilities of what could be wrong with my vehicle, this is coming from a girl that knows about cars :) 20 minutes later she approached me with a smile and stated that I was good to go. She advised me that due to my battery recently dying the car computer wasnt properly reset after the jump start and it was throwing numerous codes that the mechanic cleared. I did not need a new battery or an oxygen sensor, after all! She was very honest and upfront about everything - had I gone elsewhere, I'm sure the outcome would have been much different and I would have to spend money on an unnecessary repair. I was so impressed and touched by L'Europa honest work ethic, that I wish I lived closer as this would be my go to mechanic, going forward. I would highly recommend L'Europa Auto Repair to anyone that wants to deal with a professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable repair shop!! Thank you guys!!

He gets defensive any time you question a price or suggest getting another opinion. He quoted my daughter nearly $2,000 for a few repairs. When I mentioned going to another shop, he was clearly unhappy. Well, we did and not just one, but two different mechanics looked at the car. Both shops did more work for about half the price he tried to charge. Customers keep your business running, so some honesty and respect would go a long way. There are plenty of other mechanics out there, and we'll be taking our cars to Twiggs from now on they've always been polite, fair, and transparent.

I originally took my 2015 Ford Fusion to the Ford dealership in Fall River to diagnose a gas leak…read moreon my vehicle. The technicians at Ford put my car on a lift and then told me I needed a new fuel pump, ring , seal and gas tank for a total of $2,700, mind you they never dropped the tank for inspection. I declined and took my car home. The next day I called Norwest and explained to them my situation. One of the owners explained that while I might need a fuel pump it seemed highly unlikely I'd need to replace the tank but suggested I make an appointment and they'd be happy to take a look at it. I dropped the car off a few days earlier than my appointment day. In that time frame they looked it over and determined that my gas tank was perfectly fine, and all I needed was a fuel pump. They were able to get the part and install it and I had my vehicle back the same day as what my appointment was scheduled for. It was also very reasonable on price compared to the Ford Dealership. I will never take my vehicle back to a "Stealership", as I am sold on Norwest's service, knowledge and flexibility. The best part is they are literally a up the street from my house, so it's convenient to drop it off and pick it up.
