Great Chiropractor and a wonderful staff. Dr. Stadnik has helped me restore proper motion and movement with my shoulder joints and upper body by fixing my alignment issues. It is very simple straight forward approach compared to the other places i've been. And i always feel like the number one goal at all times is to get me feeling good and keep it that way. He makes it very difficult to waiver from that. Just have to keep showing up and put forth the effort. The home exercises and stretches were very simple, but yet effective. read more

It is very apparent that he is knowledge in some facts but he throws a bunch of useless facts at you to try and make him sound smart that don't fully apply. Like his "100 year plan" he has that truly sounds like a way to keep a customer for 100 years but anyways he started talking about people in old folks home and the amount of them in our country and how the number is rising. He is trying to use scare tactics to get you hooked on his services that don't even fully relate. Not 100% of people who go to old folks homes go because of the body. Sometimes it's the mind or even someone who got tired of taking care of a empty house regardless it doesn't equate. He is knowledgeable or at least more so than I in the parts of the body naming them as he is creepily going over your body (ok I am a dude and felt weird while looking me up and down that I had a very nice swimmers body. Something like this happens every time I go there... I don't swim btw) or for all I know he could be making things up as he goes. He measured my feet by me holding a area on my hips laying on my back and measures to my sole. He didn't even tell me to keep my legs straight! Everyone there has uneven legs from what I over heard and I am in no way a expert this was just based off of my opinion which at the end of the day is what reviews are but I do not feel like this place truly has a customers recovery in their best interest if even at all I felt like it was all about getting someone to come in 3 times a week @ $50 = $600+ a month! That would be great and would gladly pay if it was short term but by how bad my back sounds to him oh it will be awhile he even said himself this may not fix the problem but it will make things overall better... Most of the time I just stared blankly (only went twice) out of shock and not understanding how he could think I would want these services? All in all they got me for about $500 so not worth doing anything more than to warn others but I would recommend to see another Dr. (I would say a actual Dr. but he makes it very clear he is a doctor! Lol yea buddy and so is Ross from friends but I ain't askin him to to perform spine reconstruction unless it's on a 50 million year old reptile) Finally the reason I was pushed to leave a review was the texts, calls and emails I received after saying I no longer felt services they provide are needed. I started having severe symptoms (that we now assume is from my 2009 car accident where I was rear ended on the freeway) and went to seek help from a chiropractor, who turned me away until I could get an MRI. Since I go through the VA, it took awhile before I was able to get said MRI, and my symptoms continued to worsen. A friend recommended Dr. Stadnik, so I took advantage of the special introductory package he was offering to try him out. Not only didn't he turn me away, he reassured me that he would use gentle techniques that wouldn't hurt me while we sorted out what was happening. He ran tests to assess the situation, and after reviewing my x-rays, provided me with plenty of information so I could understand what was happening (to the best of his knowledge, given there was no MRI). Dr. Stadnik is the fourth chiropractor I have seen in the past two years for an ongoing spinal condition and I have been noticing considerable results. The treatments are more thorough than other offices I have visited and the records we've kept regarding changes & improvements throughout the process have been pretty meticulous. I recently started getting back into shape and have experienced far less pain and discomfort than previous forays into cross-training. I also found that I get the best results from scheduling appointments directly after massage therapy with Danielle in their offices, who can address troublesome areas and make them easier to access during adjustments. I have been under the care of Dr.Stadnick and his team for the last few months. I was recommended to come to visit him and his team a few months ago from my attorney. This is an amazing and welcoming environment. After just getting out of an accident and everyone telling me that I was faking, Dr.Stadnick was able to see very obviously where the pain was coming from and how to resolve it. When I came in to see him my neck was very out of shape, had migraines every single night to where I would wake up and be unable to get up and go to work because I can't see, and was so difficult to sleep at night in general due to discomfort. The moment that I began treatment, I saw and felt the results, and within 2-3 weeks with appointments ranging from 2-3 times a week I was feeling SO much better. Still some progress to be made, but one thing is for sure. I would not hesitate to refer his and his teams hard work to anyone. After being stuck in bed for 4 months due to a severely herniated L5 and horrific sciatica, I was headed for surgery. I had tried medication, PT, massage, chiropractic care (2 others), acupuncture, exercise, and more. By nature, I'm a skeptical person but I figured I didn't have much to lose by trying one more thing. My ND kept nudging me to give it a try. Non-surgical decompression therapy sounded scary! I pictured a midevil torture device. Luckily, my experience felt great and was relaxing! After one visit, I had 80% improvement in my symptoms! It was a miracle. I continued to visit multiple times for a few weeks and then started spacing my visits out more and more. Within 2 months, I was completely off of my nerve medication! I am pleased to say that I am nearly symptom free and I have my life back! I will continue with decompression therapy monthly to maintain my progress and will step it up if I have increased pain or symptoms. Please, if you're headed for surgery, give this a chance! Oh my gosh where do I even start? This is absolutely the best chiropractor I've ever had! I had had a lot of health issues come up at my young age and I felt like Dr McCord gave me hope back for my health. He caters to your needs and try's to alleviate any pain you have. He is extremely knowledgeable, which is extremely helpful for me and gives me comfort knowing that I have some place I can go to get better. The entire staff is so friendly and makes sure that you feel welcomed and taken care of. This clinic is very high tech and that helps give you the best care and target the areas of your back that needs the most attention. I began my first visit in tears because I was in so much pain. 3 weeks later, I not only have more mobility, but I am able to start to live my life more normally. I'm not quite 100% just yet, but that's to be expected. I felt very informed throughout this entire process. I love this place! My mom and I just started going here for 2weeks now and so far so great..My first time getting into chiropractic treatment for my neck and shoulder pain. After My first day seeing Dr. McCord for chiropractic exam and Kenneth for deep tissue massage, I already felt better and can already notice difference with my posture and I slept like a baby. I was skeptical and scared before starting the treatment but the way the workers there including Sam at the front desk were very friendly and made me feel comfortable and feel at home! They will explain everything to you and for payments don't worry they will not push anything to you that you don't want, they will do anything that will work easily for you. I don't have a good insurance I have low paying job and I see myself being able to afford their plan. After 2 weeks going there I can say it's worth going I haven't had headache, back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain since my first visit. I highly recommend this place! I was looking for a Lumbar decompression machine. I made several calls to Chiropractors in the Seattle area and most of them didn't know what I was talking about or the person on the phone told me my insurance would not pay for a treatment on the machine. Some of the people were just flat rude! Then I called Kent East Chiropractic. Jessica answered the phone and she knew exactly what I was talking about, she put me at ease, assuring me that my insurance would pay for my treatments. When I arrived at the office I was a little hesitant because the office is not that great looking. I have suffered from low back pain for years. I went to a different Chiropractor a while back with no relief at all. I assumed they were all the same. Boy was I wrong. I decided to try again in early December and have been seeing Dr. Stadnik for just over a month and I can honestly say my back feels much better on a daily basis. I have cut down my use of Aleve from multiple doses daily to maybe one dose once a week, if that. The first thing you will notice when you walk in is how comfortable you feel. It's like you've known these folks your whole life. It's a very relaxed and welcoming environment. Dr. Stadnik did a thorough exam including ex-rays, then explained everything going on in my neck and back in a way that was easy to understand. He then determined a treatment plan for me. If you follow his directions and do your stretches, you'll be just as happy and mostly pain free as I am now.
