It wasn't busy when I came so Dr. John took the time to explain to me what was going on in my body to cause the constant headache. Chiro One bought the practice when the original Chiropractor retired. My insurance covered my visits when my original doctor was practicing, then suddenly "didn't cover" treatments when Chiro One took over! I had to pay out of pocket for 12 appointments with Chiro One, then after 12 visits my insurance "magically" kicked back in, visits went back down to what my insurance covered. That's bull. I should have consulted my insurance carrier, but that's on me. The down(est) side- Chiro One Corporate has the doctors in this practice taking patients into a hot box to develop a "care plan", which translates into a "financial plan". How embarrassing for the doctors, that's the job of the staff. Other negatives--there is no privacy when being adjusted, the adjustment tables are in the middle of a huge room. There is no phone communication with this office either, only texts. What about those who don't text? Be prepared to check what your insurance covers, don't believe what you're told. I feel like I was lied to the moment Chiro One took over.

I would often see the owner on the field for games, and to see him develop such a great relationships with all the kids. So when it came to my own personal need for some relief, the first place that came to mind was Pearson's. As of right now, my entire family will come and see him at some point or other. I can tell you, I have felt so much physical relief from various therapies and work that has been done, with my neck, back, and legs. What I love the most is that before they do anything, from stretching to icing or heating, they explain what they're about to do, what's the purpose, and always checking in on your well being... in other words.
