Below is my initial google review. Their response on google was likened to a verbal salad on " how navigating the world of insurance is so complex and how long it can take to get answers." How complex is it to tell a potential patient if they are Covered by their Practice or not!? I did it on an APP! That was the basis of my inquiry. I decided not to call back when I myself spoke to my insurance carrier and was given my copay and amount of visits allowed annually In less then 10 minutes. I found the answer to my two questions on my on. So there response was a tired attempt at back paddling out of their incompetence. I worked in hospital admin for 5 years with TGH I'm not green to these things. So their whole response to my review was comical. It consisted of an insurance presentation akin to what insurance agents may give as a handout on insurance 101. I think there a bit more concerned with insurance than patient care. Sorry it comes DOWN to not knowing your JOB and probably good old laziness. Also they recommended " The Joint. " As they take walk-ins. Obviously incorrectly assuming I was a walk in. Which I was not. In closing on my update. A friend told me the Doctor wanted to see him 3 to 4 times a week. Which would have drained his yearly visits allowed per his insurance quickly and made his subsequent visits out of pocket. While the office would benefit from his coverage in the meantime. These are ambulance chasers in a nice South Tampa office. Find Original review below; Keep going if interested in finding out about your insurance coverage and copays etc. Front desk girl seemed more engrossed in her school notebook than in helping me. I live close to the office. I went in and gave her my insurance card. She took my personal information and said she'd check on it. I called the next day and she said "it could take about 2 days to check my coverage. " I searched the doctor on my insurance app and he is listed under my coverage. I called back and let her know and asked if she would happened to know what my copay would be." No that can take time as I have to call your insurance company." I hung up and called my carrier and was given the co-pay. I decided not to call back as she obviously is incompetent and I don't want to deal with that kind of employee making my appointments and perhaps billing me. The front desk is the first impression one gets at any establishment. Mine was terrible and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Try the below doctors. I came to Dr. Brown in late February with severe lower back pain and was unable to sit for any extended period of time. I work near the airport and live in New Tampa and I began to dread the drive home...I would crawl from the car to the bed where I would spend the rest of the evening. I began to feel relief after only a few treatments, but have continued to see Dr. Brown for treatment and adjustments...I can just not afford to have my back regress to where it was before. Dr Brown is an excellent chiroprator. I have had lower back problems for years and after his consultation I decided to let him do a series of adjustments over a couple months. Also now I have a standing monthly maintenance appointment. My back problems have improved to the point where I rarely think about them. I am 68 years old and I golf 2 times a week and work out, walk and bike 3-4 times a week. He has kept my body in shape to stay active and I very much appreciate what he has done for me. read more

Dr Dean rocks...went to him for years before moving and he really set me straight. I had posture issues as well as low back and neck pain that no longer limit me in any way. I've strongly recommended him to many friends and family. My neck angles and posture improved more than 100% allowing me to be healthier, lose weight and do things I hadn't done on years. I always thought that Chiropractors were quacks. Then about 7 years ago I hurt my back and went to see Dr. Brown. Not only did he fix my back, my range of motion has increased significantly over the years. I see Dr. Brown probably once or twice a month and I can assure you that I no longer think that Chiropractors are quacks. Dr.Brown is fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable and helps with so many different issues.
