After the traumatic birth of my first daughter in 2016 this office was recommended to me. My daughter wouldn't turn her head in one direction. After just 1 visit with Dr Dana she was looking all over the place. I kept coming back to see Dr Dana for myself, my husband and our daughter. Fast forward to now I recently had my second daughter whose birth was amazing. I saw Dr Dana the entire time during the pregnancy and she always addressed my issues. Dr Dana uses a combo of chiropractic care and I highly recommend her. Amanda keeps the office running smoothly is always pleasant to talk to and I feel like her and I have been friends for a long time. Jeri is the massage therapist and is amazing as well. Theresa is also another chiropractor in this office. Recently an acupuncturist Mary Alice joined the office and she was super beneficial during my last month of pregnancy. I have titanium rods and hooks along my spine due to scoliosis so I've always been a bit apprehensive to see a chiropractor, cringing at the thought of someone twisting, popping or pulling on my neck or spine (which btw, was not my experience at all with Dr. Dana). For the last 6 months or so, I have had increasing neck, shoulder, upper and lower back pain. I just turned 40 and I swear it felt like I was 70 getting out of bed everyday; even changing positions in bed was painful. I am quite health conscious, active and athletic, so I just assumed maybe this was due to age and my scoliosis. Massages would give me temporary relief but the pain would always return. I met "Dr. Dana" after the San Diego Bay Bridge Run and had my first adjustment (ever!) yesterday (June 6). I am beside myself with amazement. I have instant relief; I slept like a baby last night and I cannot believe how good and healthy I feel! There was no pain getting out of bed this morning and I can turn my head side to side with no stiffness. The lower back pain is gone as well. She suggested I come to see her for the next 12 weeks, twice per week and I had no hesitation in making these appointments and fronting the payments for these treatments, which by the way, are quite reasonable. I have been telling everyone about her already...after 1 treatment! As if that weren't enough, her office staff are some of the friendliest, happiest people I've met. I'd give them more stars if I could. Everyone there is so great, so kind, helpful, thoughtful. They seriously feel like family. Amanda the receptionist has gone so far above and beyond to help me get my treatments. At one point I was depressed, sick, unable to drive due to a medical condition and she came and picked me up for my appointment and watched my son while I got adjusted.
