Amazing! This was my first trip to a chiropractor. I had neck, shoulder and upper back pain for years. I usually would just get a massage but as I have gotten older, the pain was getting worse. I went in for an exam thinking I was just confirming it was not a bone issue. Dr. Kang saw the problem after an X-ray and started with a light adjustment the first day. I was terrified but the pain was bad and Dr. Kang seemed to know what he was doing. Best. Fix. Ever! After the adjustment I felt immediately relief- I was in shock. It is now under a new Dr. but the services are just as impressive. Everyone one here are invested in your well-being. The staff are friendly, approachable and professional. This is my place! I've been coming here for years now and I love it! Although I loved my PCP, I didn't want to go on muscle relaxers as i was just going to sleep with those meds and not really addressing the real issue, so I decided to try chiropractic sessions. It started with a pinched nerve and the pain of just sneezing was unbearable. 3 months later into my treatment and my back was pain free. I am so PLEASED with this office!! I always get a warm greeting from the front office staff, Dr. C is GREAT and doesn't rush you. He is concerned and honest about what you need. He doesn't try to oversell on things you don't need. Saul is always there with an SMILE and wants to make sure you are comfortable on the heating massage table and using the tens unit. Went in today for an adjustment because I had a lot of mid back and lower back pain. I been having this pain for over a month now but haven't had a chance to go to the Chiropractor. Today I got a regular adjustment but what stood out is that Dr.Kang was amazing in knowing exactly how to help me with my back pain. I had a lot of pain when I went in my mid and Lower back but I felt relief immediately after the adjustment.Dr.Kang used all his techniques today and was really able to adjust a tough mid back pain. . I had an initial appt and x rays were taken for unknown reason, was told the Dr. would go over my x rays at second appt. At second appt, Dr. Kang told me my spine looked like it had trauma and showed me an x Ray of a spine that appeared to have major scoliosis. He then told me in financial detail what I would have to pay and for how long then did an adjustment and left me to watch a video on how to exercise my lower back. I paid 2 copays, one for adjustment and other to watch a homemade YouTube video that was about 5 min long. I didn't agree with what I saw on the x Ray, I have limited medical knowledge but know that scoliosis or a spine as shifted as he showed me would have presented with symptoms more severe than I was experiencing. I went to see an orthopedic doctor 2 weeks later and had a absolutely normal spine and sacral x Ray. I would say BEWARE of this facility and or Chiropractor. Trust your gut!! Get a second opinion before you start paying them!!! read more

This was mine and my boyfriends first time at the Chiropractor because a car accident brought us in. I received most of the damage and after both of our X-rays and how twisted our body's were, we definitely had to continue! I CAN NOT TELL YOU how much of a difference I feel in alittle over a month! The accident was April1st and it's now May 16th. THERES NO WAY I would have been able to function throughout my day without the treatments we were getting. Claudia and Giovanni at the front desk are the sweetest most welcoming people I've ever met! (They LOVE when you hit the "happy" bell!) It's so organized thanks to them and the whole team! Mike is super funny and helps us right away with the heating tables and workouts! I had been looking for spinal decompression treatment due to severe pain from a car accident a few years prior. I went to someone else initially who was closer to where I live and had a TERRIBLE experience. They refused to give me any prices over the phone, were trying to sell me on expensive packages after my consultation, asked me to bring my husband to a follow up appointment with me "per the doctor's policy" so that I could confirm treatment and the financial plan, and lied to me about HIPPA laws to keep me from taking any information home. After that experience, I called Chiropractic Health Club, and they explained the options and prices in depth over the phone and got me in to see the doctor just a few hours after my call. When I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The doctors were kind and professional, and even started my treatment the same day. They helped me figure out the best pricing options (which were MUCH cheaper than what I had previously been quoted) and were extremely flexible with scheduling. 10/10 recommend going here! read more

I was a new patient and made my first appointment two weeks ago. Where I had an incomplete X-Ray done but didn't know at the time. I checked in today for my 9:15 am appointment and waited about 30 mins because they misplaced my file, and while I was waiting to get called back I witnessed Dr. Jay Kang condescendingly talking to his staff. First few red flags. When I finally got called back Dr. Kang told me he couldn't provide the services I needed(paid for in advance) and waited two weeks for because he failed to complete my ROF (Review Of Findings.) I also needed to have an X-Ray taken of my hips (one of my concerns) which wasn't completed in my first visit, I asked if it could be done today and the answer he gave me was a Stern "NO." Due to his negligence of completing my ROF he wanted me to reschedule for next week. Throughout my visit he was being passive aggressive to his staff and patients. Not only did I have a bad experience with this clinic, but another patient who was left unattended to for awhile walked out, because of the lack of attention to services. Please be aware they were short staffed one doctor who called out but informed them the day before. They knew this one day ahead but failed to develop a work flow assignment plan today and inconvenienced their patients at their expense- time and a loss of money. This business should not advertise for business on social media if they are unable to follow through with providing services especially to a cash paying customer. I work hard for my money. read more
