First time going arrive on site 10 min early. so I'm not even worried about waiting those 10 min but then dr gets there without a care in the world still decides to take on other people. before I decide to leave waiting 40 min in the room I guess to make me feel like something is eventually going to get done. really don't recommend at all especially if you fit it in your schedule and your time is actually important I mean if you're free all day knock yourself out. Not worth the money. Wanted a massage and a chiropractor visit but only was able to see the chiropractor. A couple pops which felt good and then sent me on my way without even fixing the problem or explaining why it's happening. It might be worth the 40 bucks on a return visit but 80 is a lot for that initial visit with not much to make me want to return. Guess it's back to living in pain until I find a real chiropractor/massage location. read more

Dr. Thon did an amazing job on my back and lower body. As an former athlete who seems to be pulling something almost every other time I go to the gym, I decided to make it a regular theme to see the chiropractor once a week. Yesterday after the visit, I went to the gym, and felt like a new man. The massages are awesome as well.! He really understands the needs of his patients. He gets the job done and gives you tips to do daily to improve your overall back health. When I have pain I go to him 1-3 times until the pain is gone. No unnecessary visits. I have been to many other chiropractors who want to tie you into an expensive "contract" for 24 visits paid up front. Lux is NOT like that. I finally got my husband to go to him too. I loved this place! The staff is very professional and nice. I had never been to a chiropractor, but some one at work suggested I try it out and I'm so glad I did. I am pregnant so I initially I just wanted a prenatal massage, but I wasn't sure if they had anyone that did them. Low and behold, they have someone that specializes in prenatal massage and it was awesome. She was very professional and was able to help me out with my lower back pain. I then met with Dr. Thong and he adjusted my upper back which took all the pain away. I have also brought in my husband who has some back issues and Dr. Thong has been working with him to pin point his issues without pressuring him into unnecessary appointments or procedures. Bottom line, if you are looking for a place that is willing to help you without pressuring you to buy something or get unnecessary tests, or you just want great service at a manageable cost, then this is definitely the place you need to check out. read more

Price: reasonable Adjustment $30 Massage 30min $30 60 min $60 Customer service: awesome! Quality: best! Dr thong, knowledgeable, nice, patient, and thorough. Because I was so tense (even after my massage) it took him 2 tries to adjust my back, but he got it. I started doing 3 treatments the first week, 2 the following, and then once a month, with a massage. I didn't think to check to see if my insurance would cover it, but my co worker said they do... So the next time I went I asked the receptionist & she said she would call to check for me. After waiting on hold and getting the run around, she said HR/benefits center said they do not cover chiropractic services... I was so bummed, but that wasn't going to stop by from getting an adjustment & massage... In the end dr thong waived my treatment that day! Ohhhhh and my massage therapist Jessica... Is awesome! Wow! Posted on FB I was in pain and looking for a good chiropractor. A friend gave a very strong recommendation and I called. They couldn't have been nicer and More compassionate from the beginning! Answering the phone right away; so friendly and warm. Seriously so nice, I almost forgot I was in pain just while on the phone. I explained I have #Lupus and a #giantservicedog who helps me get around. I walked they we waiting for me with a warm welcome and led me back to begin my massage. Friendly and knowledgeable therapist! I can't remember her name but will be back once the doc says it will benefit me. After the soothing massage I met with the Doctor. He is so patient and empathetic. I really felt like he genuinely cared about my pain and helping me manage it. He gave me an excellent adjustment after a great brief explanation of how he's going to help me. I'm actually looking forward to trying the tips from the doctor at home. In my search for relief from a pinched nerve in my neck, was so painful I couldn't sleep, I stumbled across this place. What a wonderful find! Dr. Thong adjustable my neck and a wonderful massus relieved all the stress and tension in my neck. Dr. Thong gave me some homework to keep my neck pain from returning and I must say it was great homework. I've been there twice this week and I feel better after each visit. Waiting in the lobby you notice how much they case about their patients/clients they swap stories with everyone, they know almost every one personally as they came in. I think I'll be visiting there frequently from now on. Prices are excellent even though my insurance doesn't cover any chiropractor visits the price is perfect for the quality service they give. I really like coming here because Dr Thong is honest. And he'll really help you out the first time I thought I needed my back aligned I was also 19 weeks pregnant and this past weekend I came back for the second time at 29 weeks pregnant to learn that having my back aligned can only do so much for me. So after my alignment we hooked me up with a 30 min prenatal massage and I felt so good. I've visited other chiropractic offices before but I've felt pain a few days later but not when I leave here. Came to Lux for a back issue. I asked the doc how much he charged for a trigger point massage... he said he would have a masseuse work on me, while looking into my insurance coverage. After the massage, the doc sits with me to review my options. In short, he tells me that while I had coverage my copays were too high to make it worth going through Ins. I love Dr. Thong and his staff! I don't go as often as I should and can totally feel the difference when I don't go. Earlier this week I walked in without an appointment because I had a bad headache and I could feel how stiff my neck was. They took me right away. Walked out of there feeling so much better.
