Dr. Custode is personable and approachable. He explained what he was doing in the exam and adjustments, and the adjustments all felt safe and helpful. The office staff and even other patients were friendly, too. I came back for a massage the following day and had Tay as the massage therapist. She did a terrific job! My shoulder felt significantly better as the hour progressed. She checked in with me on the pressure and comfort. I appreciated her communication without the need for a constant stream of conversation. I can't recommend her highly enough. I wish I lived close enough to be a regular client. I got a massage and adjustment, bith were great. I got to the office and was told I owed $45, the next day, my account had been charged $55. She told me $45 I repeated $45, she said yes. I don't take receipts because I don't like wasting paper, I won't make that mistake again. She claims she said 55. They lost a client. read more

It's a miracle! My back was so screwed up that I literally could not even walk - I hobbled over to Raincross Chiropractic where I got to chill in a nice massage chair for a bit. Then, I had a couple adjustments, and just like that - walah! My back was all better! I mean, it does take a few hours or a day or two before you actually see results, but I am telling you it was like a miracle that only hours before my visit, I literally couldn't do anything - I had to crawl to the bathroom! It was awful! Not only did I receive a couple quick adjustments to heal my pain, I also was given a very thorough educational overview of how it all works and where the pain was coming from, along with some tips to help alleviate the pain. I needed an adjustment today because yesterday I slightly hurt my lower back from my awkward positioning while pushing my daughter on her tricycle. Dr. Custode was open late (compared to other places) and I was able to be seen quickly and near closing time. I was super grateful. The front office staff was very nice. I was impressed by Dr. Custode's accurate evaluation and genuine attitude. He was thorough and with my being pregnant he was sure to be careful. UPDATE: Woke up this morning for the first time in months with no back pain! First time here and I had such a great experience! I am hard of hearing and the front staff and doctor were so accommodating. Laura helped me schedule an appointment through email and I believe she was the one in the front to let everyone else know about my disability (since I expressed it to her in the email communication) without making me uncomfortable about it. That is so rare and I am extremely thankful for that. Because of her and the amazing doctor who already helped to alleviate some of my back pain with an adjustment, I will be a forever client. After 4 or 5 visits to this office I am a fan of Dr. Custode and his staff. They are all very friendly and don't try to get you to sign up for tons of treatment. In fact, having been to at least 10 or more different Chiro's in my life this office has been the least pushy of all. No upsell, no extra product. They do offer massage and I highly recommend their therapist to relieve a day of stress or loosen you up for treatment. I went in desperation with a kinked up neck that I couldn't turn. After the first three visits I was back to normal and had relief after the first. No fancy treatment machines, just a hands on approach to wellness. Say yes if they ask if you want to wait in the room with massage chairs and enjoy your quiet time and relax. First lets start with the problem. Back is thrown out, neck too. FML. I've been to my share of back crackers and meh... but when I found Dr. Custode I immediately felt relief before he started. He has a genuine compassion for his clients and is passionate about health and well being. Not to mention his personal and excellent physical status. The Doc is super fit and able to take on any client that walks through his door. I did 12 sessions of cracking and message and that started a year ago. With the stretches he advised me to do it has kept me from seeing him. I have never felt better and seriously am considering pretending to be out of whack just to attain his services again. He also took on my severely disabled daughter who is 7 and was able to gain relief for the host of issues she has been dealt. God bless you Doc. I recently injured my back and last Thursday I went to a chiropractor for services. It turned out to be a waste of time. So, this time around I did my homework. I checked reviews, which I don't ever do. Sometimes people write reviews that are negative, because of the experience they have with their services. Anyhow, I called Dr. Custode's office and was given an appointment that morning! I came into the office and was greeted right away by name. That was nice. I filled out my paperwork and paid my co-pay. Sat in the massage room (say yes to this, you will like it) and was given a water bottle. A few minutes later Dr. Custode came for me personally. Eric is the best! I've had rheumatoid arthritis for 30 years and I'm a hairdresser so my back and hips need adjustments from time to time. I was told that I would need a hip replacement at a young age after trying physical therapy and other routes I learned that my diet had a huge influence on my RA flare ups and once I saw Eric I was able to walk normal again. After 5 years in the military, I like most veterans left with a great parting gift, Back problems. I was first turned onto chiropractic care while in the military but once out and back home I tried the VA chiropractor but found them not useful. Basically they were more of a salesman than an actual doctor. My girlfriend eventually lead me to becoming a patient at Raincross Chiro. She had been going there for a while and I figured I'd give it a try. The price was right since my insurance wouldn't cover it. Dr. Custode is awesome, very friendly and listens to what is ailing you and gives you some options to what he can do as far as a full spine tuneup or a localized treatment. So far I have been going there for well over 2 years now and I have to say I don't know what I would do without a good tuneup. Usually it's only a few months between visits but I do have flare ups which makes it a necessity to get a fast appointment. If this happens I can always get in within the same day or the next. They also offer massage which I have not used since I have a massage therapist friend. Overall this place is great. Parking is usually easy with a small dedicated parking lot and also pretty good street parking. Definitely a great place to go if you need a good chiropractor! read more

All I can say is WOW! I am completely impressed with this place! The environment is not only extremely friendly, but Dr. Custode knows what he is talking about! I went in for just an adjustment and I left learning much more about myself and how I can improve my health overall. After, incorporating his advice into my daily routine I have noticed a great difference! The best thing is that his advice made a significant distinction to my plantar fasciitis, which was not the problem I initially went in to fix.
