My wife and I work like dogs. This last Saturday, in the rare free time that we have together, I wanted to treat us to an adjustment. I called their office and asked the receptionist or whomever answers calls if they do walk-ins and that I wanted to bring two people in today. She told me they do. I told her "great we are on our way then, send me the link for the $30 coupon" and she said "great see you then". When I parked my car and opened my phone for the coupon, imagine my surprise to see she sent me a link to make an appointment for Monday. Having already wasted my free time and gas, I went in and asked the receptionist why a link for Monday. Her response was "TECHNICALLY we do walk ins. But we're booked for today. Would you like me to schedule an appointment for Monday?" And I walked right out. She didn't care to apologize for her clear bait and switch, didn't bother asking if in anybody could remotely help me, just a "sucks to suck" look on her face. People's time and principle are worth more than $30, nobody likes a bait and switch, and they'll never see a penny from me or my friends or family on principle alone. Came here once and the chiropractor reeked of alcohol. Unfortunately he was already up close and cracking me when I smelled it. I was also sore and not in a good way later on that day. You get what you pay for here, price over quality and all other of their locations as well. If possible try to dodge this location at all cost. Upon walk in no greeting whatsoever and just stood at front desk being ignored. Front desk person is not kind at all and refused to acknowledge what was said to her and told the Dr. I was refusing to fill paperwork when I initially told her several item didn't apply to me not that I didn't want to fill it out an told me just to add to the forms just for the sake of receiving a full form. This definitely beats the purpose of the visit. She made the visit very awkward and could have approached the situation differently. Do Not Sign Up!!!!!! I made a HUGE mistake of signing up back in September for the 6 week plan. In October I was reassured that my plan had ended and no additional charges would be posted on my credit card. Well, it is now February and I am still trying to get them to stop charging my card.!!!!! I spoke with Omar back in January and he reassured me that all the paperwork was filled out, and it wouldn't happen again, but a week later another charge posted. I haven't attended since October and they are refusing to refund me even though I have called them a dozen times and have personally walked in and was reassured to my face that I wouldn't continue to get charged!!!! I came in for my appointment apologized for being a few minutes late, the lady at the front desk went along and took all my information saying they offer a ten minute grace period which we were currently in while talking then proceeded to ask if I wanted to make another appointment when I asked if I couldn't be seen today she said because we weren't with the ten minutes anymore (two minutes had passed after the grace period) while we had been talking already for about 5-6 minutes already so i did make it within the ten minutes, anyways she was rude and sounded obnoxious if you don't like your job get a new one Friday November 21 appointment for 3:30 read more

I've been to The Joint Chiropractic a few times now, and I'd say it's a mixed experience. On the plus side, the convenience of walk-in appointments and fairly affordable pricing are big draws, especially if you need a quick adjustment without a lot of hassle. The chiropractors I've seen have been friendly and professional, and I usually leave feeling better. That said, the experience isn't particularly clinical. If you're expecting a doctor in a white coat to do a full work-up with X-rays or MRIs, that's not what you'll find here. After your first appointment, they might suggest you come in multiple times a week, likely to encourage you to sign up for their monthly service plans. I find this approach super annoying and a bit disingenuous. All in all, do I feel good after a visit? Yes. Give it a try and see for yourself. read more

I had the worst experience at this location. The chiropractor sat me on the chair and attempted to adjust my neck, there was a quick pull of my neck muscles immediately I was in so much pain that lasted several days. I told him to stop as he attempted to pull a second time. I asked him if he was a licensed chiropractor and he said he trained in the service. Would this mean he is a licensed chiropractor? I was fat-shamed by Dr. Suckoo last Friday, 10/25/2024. With a very disgusted look on his face, Dr. Suckoo asked me if I exercise and what kind of exercise I do, if any. He then proceeded to tell me that I can only lose weight by lifting weights, not cardio. Then he started listing all types of carbohydrates I need to stop eating. He made no comments that had to do with chiropractic services at all. After my session, I'm still in pain because apparently I'm way too fat to get a proper adjustment. I've been going to The Joint since 2020, but the Riverside Plaza location for a little over a year. Theyre always welcoming and accommodating to my needs. Ive had several car accidents and a step stool fall in the past and going for regular adjustments help me to have a lot less pain. My experience at this location has been just great. I work so much that the convenience of walking in is ideal. Dr. Skane did a great job evaluating my problems, recommended some stretches and throughly adjusted me. I have had a lot of chiropractic care over the years and the treatment was right up there with the best DCs I have ever visited. Sometimes it is hard for chiropractors to adjust me thoroughly. For this doctor it is no problem. I started feeling so much better after just one visit. Neck back shoulders hips, even ankles all feeling improved on my way out on my second visit. I have found out through research that it is not the doctors fault, it is the owner of this location. He is not even a chiropractor, and he treats his doctors and employees like they are slaves.
