A hidden gem! There's a nice trail and several picnic spots along with a nice play structure surrounded by some good sand for the kids...this park is a little slice of heaven. The bathrooms are clean and the park is well-maintained. On clear days, you can look across the lake and see Seattle!

    Beautiful sunset.

It was a warm weather late afternoon....I came to Chism Beach Park. Parkings are available. I walked bay side and saw few groups & couples picnic and walking with dog....everybody happy faces. I walked lakeside and took beautiful pictures. I wished I could walk more long lakeside but kinda short walk distanced. It's a nice to come here and sit lakeside and look at nice views or come with someone to picnic here.

Went here to kayak with the solstice kayak. It was fun and beautiful. There is a restroom but it's far out so be prepared to walk around for one. The water current is pretty active. I would highly suggest a plastic kayak but, the inflatable will do if you are at your weight limit or under.

It looks close on the map, but that's not showing the contours. One of the pics I'm putting up is this part of the peninsula of Bellevue. If you live around Meydenbauer/Main Streets, walking there is a nice workout, for sure. (I'm fond of walks that have a "reward" at the end.) Relatively tiny park, compared to say Golden Gardens, but it's still attractive enough for people to have weddings there. And if you want a dock to boat off of, here you go. Try not to crash into BillG's launch, if you can.

The reason I like this is because it's a practically private oasis. I loved that the few times I went here that I was the only person there except my first visit a lady was letting her dogs play in the water. You can sit and have a picnic on the grassy area or you can just relax and watch the sunset. There isn't much else to do here but sit, read and relax and have a picnic. There is a small playground for kids. Like another reviewer has mentioned the bathrooms were not open so keep that in mind as you're hydrating. If I'm back in Seattle I will visit again. Although what I hear from locals during the summer this park is a bit more packed. There is also a lifeguard on duty for the swimmers. There is a lower parking lot for those who need handicap access.

This place is a jewel, it has the water, kids playground, water, and it's on the lake so there's water too. The grounds are beautifully kept, there are some trails through the small amount of woods that kids might enjoy exploring. Right now it is bursting with spring flowers. There is a bunch of parking and if you need ADA access you should be aware that there is a back entrance that allows handicapped to park right down near the water. There are many picinic tables and benches as well.

Cute little place! We only came her for a little while to see the sunset and it was beautiful on the dock so didn't get to check out much more than that. But only time will tell!

Let's just say it's a really big water front park. Multiple trails and has an awesome view. Lots of parking . Thing I personally like is there's a lot of shaded areas so on hot days it's perfect.

Nice private beach between private neighborhoods. Small sandy playground with beach access and couple tables for picnic.

I had the opportunity to visit it twice during a 2 night stay on Mercer Island. It was one of the nicest waterfront city parks I've visited. There are two entrances to the park, with the North and South entrances leading to large free parking lots. The South Entrance was the closer one to both the light rail station and our Airbnb, both about a 20 minute walk away. The South parking lot is closer to the Swim Beach (a nice little beach with a protected swimming area). It is also closer to the Earth Sculpture "The Source" (to me, a cross between crop circles, Indian mounds, and a labyrinth. My wife mentioned she felt a different energy from it as we walked by. The Meadow is a large picnic area between the two parking lots. The North lot is close to the tennis (now pickleball) courts, and all were filled when we walked by. The Amphitheater is also located nearby, and is the place for free performances during the summer months (for 2026, performances of Macbeth by Seattle's Shakespeare Company. At the north end of the park, are two off-leash dog areas (one for smaller, more shy dogs). My son-in-law and daughter took their mini-dachshund there to play, which was enjoyed by everyone. Small note about Luther Burbank: many parks and schools are named after him, including Luther Burbank Elementary School(s) in Long Beach, CA and Burbank, CA (though the city itself was named after a different Burbank).

I was looking to play during my last visit and a friend suggested going here. First off I had no idea they added pickleball courts and was impressed at the 8 very nice courts and good level of competition. The format took a little getting used to as it appeared to have been 4 on, 4 off. I could tell there were a lot of regulars here and everyone really came to play. I wish I could've played here again but I guess it will have to wait until my next visit.
