Beautiful sunset.

It was a warm weather late afternoon....I came to Chism Beach Park. Parkings are available. I walked bay side and saw few groups & couples picnic and walking with dog....everybody happy faces. I walked lakeside and took beautiful pictures. I wished I could walk more long lakeside but kinda short walk distanced. It's a nice to come here and sit lakeside and look at nice views or come with someone to picnic here.

Went here to kayak with the solstice kayak. It was fun and beautiful. There is a restroom but it's far out so be prepared to walk around for one. The water current is pretty active. I would highly suggest a plastic kayak but, the inflatable will do if you are at your weight limit or under.

It looks close on the map, but that's not showing the contours. One of the pics I'm putting up is this part of the peninsula of Bellevue. If you live around Meydenbauer/Main Streets, walking there is a nice workout, for sure. (I'm fond of walks that have a "reward" at the end.) Relatively tiny park, compared to say Golden Gardens, but it's still attractive enough for people to have weddings there. And if you want a dock to boat off of, here you go. Try not to crash into BillG's launch, if you can.

The reason I like this is because it's a practically private oasis. I loved that the few times I went here that I was the only person there except my first visit a lady was letting her dogs play in the water. You can sit and have a picnic on the grassy area or you can just relax and watch the sunset. There isn't much else to do here but sit, read and relax and have a picnic. There is a small playground for kids. Like another reviewer has mentioned the bathrooms were not open so keep that in mind as you're hydrating. If I'm back in Seattle I will visit again. Although what I hear from locals during the summer this park is a bit more packed. There is also a lifeguard on duty for the swimmers. There is a lower parking lot for those who need handicap access.

This place is a jewel, it has the water, kids playground, water, and it's on the lake so there's water too. The grounds are beautifully kept, there are some trails through the small amount of woods that kids might enjoy exploring. Right now it is bursting with spring flowers. There is a bunch of parking and if you need ADA access you should be aware that there is a back entrance that allows handicapped to park right down near the water. There are many picinic tables and benches as well.

Cute little place! We only came her for a little while to see the sunset and it was beautiful on the dock so didn't get to check out much more than that. But only time will tell!

Let's just say it's a really big water front park. Multiple trails and has an awesome view. Lots of parking . Thing I personally like is there's a lot of shaded areas so on hot days it's perfect.

BELLEVUE DOWNTOWN PARK @ BELLEVUE…read more Parking is available in any of the nearby garages for the closest walking distance to the park. I highly recommend parking in the Macy's garage or any of the garages near Nordstrom, as they're only about a five-minute walk and super convenient. Parking is free and generally easy to find, though the structures can sometimes close when they're completely full. Even then, there are plenty of other garages nearby that are still within a short and easy walking distance. I absolutely love downtown Bellevue, it's one of my favorite places to visit because of the great food, drinks, and overall atmosphere. Bellevue Downtown Park is amazing for so many reasons. The grass is very well maintained, making it perfect for picnics or a relaxing walk. There's a beautiful fountain, small ponds throughout the park, and you'll often see ducks swimming around (though probably not during the colder season). In the winter, there's an ice rink, and during the summer it's especially lively with events like food festivals and farmers markets. I would definitely recommend stopping by Bellevue Downtown Park, especially if you have some downtime before a reservation, it's a perfect spot to walk around and enjoy the area.

This park is always so vibrant and clean when I visit! The loop around the park is about 0.5 miles…read moreso I can see myself taking a run here. There is also a large playground with swinging benches. I also like how there's ice cream shops like salt & straw and Molly moons nearby!

The Bellevue gardens is a pretty quiet and secluded little spot to relax and take in some nature…read more It's not a huge place, but it's big enough that you can spend an hour or two there, casually strolling about. BOTANICAL GARDEN @ BELLEVUE…read more Parking is available right out front, which makes this place super accessible. There are also designated handicap parking spots. My friend and I visited on a Friday around 2 PM, and there were a few spots open, so getting in was really easy. I loved how simple everything was to navigate, there's even a map available when you enter. Entry and parking are both completely free, which is a huge plus. We walked along the trail and I'd recommend spending about 2-3 hours here if you want to take your time and fully enjoy it. We had to speed-run our visit because we had another errand afterward, but it was still incredibly beautiful. I highly recommend stopping by the bridge, it was very therapeutic and relaxing to walk across. There are plenty of benches and seating areas along the way, perfect for taking breaks or just soaking in nature. The quality of the space is amazing, with a wide variety of rocks, trees, and scenery that make the whole experience feel peaceful. There are also bathrooms located at the front, and you're never too far from other people, which made it feel comfortable and safe. Overall, I definitely recommend stopping by this place.
