Gas went all over the side of my car and the ground - a huge explosion hazard! The whole business is ridiculously run down: 3 out of 4 pumps had the "Valero" sign falling down; 2 out of 3 urinals were out of commission and the third was disgusting; one bathroom stall was taped shut with duct tape; the drink coolers were not working; etc. I can't believe an owner would allow their store to be run this poorly.

As we drove up and the food on the windows looked good, like the chicken skewers. So I told my daughter to go pee, I was going to let the dog pee. After, I will come in and we will order food. She came out telling me that both of the employees were giving her bad looks or "dogging her down" because the door says customers only. Um ok..... teens dont carry money, the parents do.. especially on long road trips. When she told me that I said, Ok we will go somewhere else and spend our money. If they wanna make assumptions and give a kid dirty looks as an adult because a kid doesn't buy something... Neither will the parents. So we took out business else ware. They need to learn decorum.

The bathrooms were clean, and the staff were keeping things stocked and clean. They also had some fresh cut fruit, which was a nice change of pace instead of regular junk food. They also usually have some type of hot food available, whether it's a restaurant that's part of it or a hot sandwich cold sandwich area.They have a consistent product. There's plenty of trucker services from showers to qas and parking that were adequate for the truckers and for vehicles.

It does feel cramped and crowded in there between the aisles and people though Bathrooms: The bathroom was clean but there were only 3-4 stalls and a line the whole time. Only one soap dispenser worked and only 2 of the sinks. Pet area: They have a fenced pet area but it has no grass or cover from the sun... there is plenty of grass outside of that area and some doggy bag stations outside of it as well though.

I could have made the reservation a day + out and people would be parked there. I've seen driver's be told to move, they drive through the parking lot, and then park back in those spots. Or those rude driver's ask the driver's with reserve spots to move. If that doesn't work they physically break into your rig and move your tractor and trailer.
