To start off, I submitted an online request for a quote... what I received almost immediately was a reservation CONFIRMATION. A little odd, but I could overlook that since I hadn't provided payment info yet. They then proceeded to SPAM my email with 2 different email chains... on a Friday afternoon and they continued over the weekend. Their correspondences were barely literate and written as if they were 10 years old and we were buddies just texting each other... They then started a 3rd email chain with a new confirmation price that was almost double the initial quote, with NO EXPLANATION. Annoyed, and already wary of their haphazard process and completely unprofessional demeanor, I took time out of my Sunday to call them. They told me they had misquoted the initial cost because they had input the incorrect pick-up location. I scoured through the plethora of emails they had sent and each one had the pick-up location I had input in order to get the initial quote so where they got the incorrect pick up location from... I will never know. I asked them to honor their initial quote and they literally started SCREAMING at me. I am a professional who knows that any company who handles their business and clients the way Point to Point Limo does is NOT a company that should be in business and not one that I'd entrust to chauffeur the Executives I am responsible for, or anyone else, for that matter. Thankfully, I canceled Point to Point Limo and went with another car service that I ended up being very happy with, as was the CEO who rode with them. If you want to be spammed with barely intelligible emails, picked up from the wrong location, double-charged, screamed at and driven up the wall, this shady car service has you covered.
