Luckily my fiancé and I got there while it was empty, so we were able to choose two of the four bar seats along the wall across from the counter. I had a latte with almond milk and house-made lavender syrup, and we each had a classic croissant sandwich. Latte with house-made lavender syrup: I really enjoyed this. My fiancé described this as a "mix of coffee and tea", which I think was fitting. The lavender syrup sweetened the coffee with light floral notes and the latte was a great balance between herbal, floral, and creamy overall. Classic croissant sandwich: The egg patty was pretty thick, I'd say just under a 1/2" thick. It was packed with bacon and cheese, and the sandwich was toasted the way I liked. The croissant was buttery and flakey, and overall I enjoyed the sandwich. There wasn't anything unique about the sandwich though, it was just a solid breakfast croissant sandwich that was made well. No special sauces or other ingredients. I guess that's why it's the classic. The staff was nice and pleasant, and our food and drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the food and drink were a bit overpriced for what it was (our bill was ~$40 for two sandwiches and two drinks), but they say the ingredients are all locally sourced so I'm assuming that's why. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd certainly choose this The Seed over a larger chain coffee shop. Just know that the dollars can add up quickly here!

They were very welcoming and they were very quick with their service. They are a family owned i and operated business that specializes in Colombian coffee. They had some baked goods as well, but we didn't eat there. I ordered the banana coffee cake latte and it was fantastic! It was very rich in flavor, but kept it coffee. Unlike some of those specialty drinks and holiday drinks, it was not all syrup. I very much enjoyed it. Definitely recommend you checking them out. They're a bit away from the strip, so there won't be the same kind of lines.

It's family owned, and you can feel that right away in how warm and welcoming the place is. The coffee is always solid, but the affogato is the real star. The espresso is rich and smooth, the ice cream is just right, and together they disappear faster than I'd like to admit. Honestly, the only downside is that the affogato keeps "vanishing" before I can pretend I'm pacing myself. If you're in Boca and want something simple and genuinely good, this place is an easy pick. Customers can bring in and show off there favorite beer or wine for sharing with others and purchase one beer or wine from the shelf. Seems like a fun event that I may come back and participate.
