Amazing service and quality. Cindy and Henry did my manicure and pedicure and both came out very well. All around great vibe.

Unhappy customer: The skills was good however poor customer service, poor communication, trying to please by hi five, thumbs up, or other signs keep patting my feel on movement in and out of the foot spa tub, I was completely feeling uncomfortable with the actions of that particular male technician. He was Unable to understand, i asked for only nail paint and declined legs massage but he was trying to keep going with feet massage. When I informed personally to the manager, she couldn't get it either, all she wants full payment, She didn't even acknowledge what I am saying. I was very polite during the full conversation. Despite I was completely unhappy, anyways full payments done for myself and my daughter $125 given. hopefully they will going to work on their customer service Skills. ideally they should ask or check customer preference in advance for male and female technician. read more

Was excited to try this new salon out, saw all the reviews and thought I was going to get great quality service. Booked over the phone and asked for any nail tech as I was new and not sure. Came in on a Saturday morning (i admit not the best time to come in) and got a new full set. Cindy did my nails. She was really fast and I dont feel like I got a quality service at all. She left my station for a few minutes to help another co worker. The acrylic laydown was super fast and wet, globs were sliding off of my nails. Once the shaping started happening the nails were almost all the same length, some nails are obviously shorter or wider. As she put the color on, it didnt look anything like the color I selected. After 2 coats/cure it still looked lighter and more brighter than the color I selected which I had spoke up about and she denied. My nails still look unfinished on the bottom side and I have leftover acrylic on my fingers. I was not asked to wash my nails before color so there are tiny bubbles all over the nails. Overall the nails look decent but I am not happy with how fast the service was and how she performed. I understand weekends are busy but I still think anyone here should be paying attention to details...The atmosphere was great, seems very high end which is why im very disappointed in my first experience here. I couldve gone to a much lower rated salon to get this kind of service. read more

Linda, I had already been there for an hour. I understand you only had pedi techs available, and I waited because I understood the situation. However, the other three people you seated did not have appointments. Did you forget I was sitting right across from you and listening to what was going on? You gave a client to the technician who originally did my nails, and that's when I asked you if we were waiting for him. You then proceeded to walk me to another technician who wasn't him. On top of that, you seemed to want to lie. If I decided to leave, it was because you were dismissive, along with the other technician who simply took a look. I've seen your responses to other customers here, and you lack accountability. You look for excuses to explain away people's experiences, yet offer no apology. Instead, you expect understanding from me in your response now, even though I was understanding when I was there. It's distasteful. read more

My first time here and I look forward to going back! I got a gel pedicure and not only was the service quick and efficient, all of the staff was so friendly. This is the nicest salon I've been to in awhile. You can tell they put some much thought into their customer service and the ambiance. I was offered a beverage more than once, asked how I was doing and was not rushed to choose a color. When the original color I chose turned out to be more opaque than I imagined the nail tech pointed it out and gave me the option to choose a new color. While I didn't get anything to drink I love their mini car set up and hope to have a girls day soon here! And just a heads up they accept cash, Venmo, or cash app only for tips! read more

I've been here twice, once for a gel manicure and a regular polish pedicure. Both times the end result was great! My biggest complaint was that the service time says a time, but the service ended up being shorter. My mom spent $72 on their deluxe pedicure, which was listed as a 60 minute service, and the lady only spent 45 minutes on the service. When my mom complained about that, the response was "oh she's just quick at the service", which is understandable. But I don't think there should be a time listed on the service because THAT'S what the customer is going to be EXPECTING. Don't get me wrong, the service for my mom and I were great. But it's hard to want to continue to go to a place when you're paying money for a fraction of the time you were expecting. We go and get our nails done to sit and enjoy the pampering, so why would we be okay we a short service? read more

A lovely nail spa in the Loma Vista area. So happy to have this place close to the countryside of Clovis. Its beautiful inside, Owner is very nice & friendly and staff is professional. Very clean and nicely decorated new shop. The young lady at the front desk is friendly and checks in on customers often. I especially like that they play music instead of TV shows, much better ambiance than some other shops. I've had two pedicures here so far and both were well done. My only suggestion for management- supply toe separators instead of using paper towels. This isn't a dealbreaker for me though, as the convenient location, clean facility and good service are all fantastic. read more

This place is beautiful with a lovely atmosphere, and it was my first time visiting. I got both a manicure and a pedicure. My manicure turned out beautifully, and the person who did my nails was kind and professional. However, the pedicure was a very different experience. It was my first time ever getting a pedicure, so I wasn't familiar with the process. I tried to explain that to the man doing my pedicure, but I'm not sure he understood me, possibly due to a language barrier. Unfortunately, instead of offering guidance or patience, he laughed at me when I didn't know what to do or misunderstood something. What made it worse was that he was very rough when handling my feet after that, which left me feeling embarrassed and belittled. I'm not sure if he was frustrated or simply expected me to already know the routine, but it was incredibly uncomfortable. Thankfully, the pedicure itself turned out fine, and had it not been for that experience, this could have easily been a five-star visit. I truly appreciated the manicure and the overall setting, but the way I was treated during the pedicure left me feeling humiliated, especially for something that was completely new to me. read more

Was in desperate need of a pedicure. Called and they were able to schedule me the same within a short time. I was recovering from a bad Pedi that damaged my toenails (from another salon), so my toes needed a little extra care; Nancy took her time and was wonderful. It was busy, but they checked in with everyone, offering us water, soda, or other beverages. Looks like they have a rewards program too. I'll definitely go back!! read more

Would not recommend. Even though the staff was welcoming and I had an appointment booked I had the worst experience. First the pedicure chair was not cleaned, it still had nail polish and water from the previous client. Then the acrylic set that I asked for was so ugly. They were nothing like the picture I showed them. I had to come home and file off the "design" they created. Since there were so many people there everything seemed so rushed so they did not care about quality. I will not be going back. read more

This place is horrible! The pedicure bowls don't get cleaned in between clients. They re use all the tools and don't clean them in between clients. Also it is extremely over priced. I got a pedicure and they didn't even push my cuticles back or cut them or anything. And then "massage" was not even 1 minute. I looked at the time when she started cause they never said how long the massage was so I was just curious. Don't get me started on my nails. I got a full set and they were done so sloppily. They are SO thick and curve like a witches nose. He didn't even TOUCH my cuticles. Which I understand a full set doesn't include the things a manicure does however every place I have gone to at least files the cuticles with the drill or SOMETHING. They looked horrible so I asked if he could push them back before he put the acrylic on and he charged me $10 to push my cuticles back. I should have done it myself. I would have been ok if I was adding on the manicure part where they clean them all up and do the massage for $10 but to just push my cuticles back and charge me $10 for it is a complete scam! Also not to mention my toes weren't even painted properly. The polish is all on my cuticles that she didn't push back and I could have saved my money and painted them the same if not better. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Do not waste your time or money on this unhygienic, poor service establishment. I ended up paying $120 for a crappy basic pedicure and a crappy single color acrylic set. Outrageous read more
