I didn't have an appointment but they happily got me started for my pedicure. They provided a wide selection of color options and made sure I was able to find the one I came in looking for. I was here for about 3 hours for a mini pedi and builder gel w/ custom design mani. Staff were friendly and even offered refreshments (mimosa, wine, juice) while I was here. Overall experience was great but I did notice some of the metallic dots started to fade away after two days :( I am someone who uses/washes their hands a lot of work so this may not be the case for everyone.
