He delivered these comments without a smile, and the tone came off as unprofessional rather than friendly. He did not offer water, did not give a time estimate, and I ended up sitting in the bay for more than 50 minutes before anyone even touched my vehicle. The music in the shop was so loud you could barely hear anyone speaking. When Luke finally approached to explain the oil change I needed, I asked if it was the same type I received previously. He said he didn't know because his system was "fried" and he couldn't view my past service history. After the oil change was finished, he told a young lady named Faith to check me out. Faith was polite, but when I asked why none of my fluids, filters, or tire pressure had been checked--as they normally do and as I watched them do for other customers--she said she was only told to cash me out, and that I could "come back tomorrow" to have everything checked. This was the longest and worst experience I've ever had at Take 5. The customer service was nonexistent today, and based on this visit, I will not be returning.

This is literally a brand new car, by the way, we had just got it. We wanted to be cleaned a couple of weeks in after buying it, especially because of all the pollen we have here. We decided to give the new vehicle in our life the luxury experience and have it detailed, but apparently it was anything but luxury. They completely did the coolant exchange again. My car stalled on the way home after overheating. I a repair shop and I'm now sitting on $3000 worth of damage done . That's not including the $300 bill from take five nor the $200 tow truck bill. They have turned my claim over to a third-party group who refuses to respond or doing anything to help. This review is more about the experience I had when calling to ask a question. I had my check…read moreengine light pop on, stopped by Auto Zone to have it scanned and it told me the issue was my VVT Solenoid. This was for a 2016 Santa Fe Limited. I called Hyundai, 3 week wait just to get an analysis, a couple other places gave me 5-7 days before they could analyze it and told me it would be north of $400 to fix (minimum). Then I talked to Tyler at Christian Brothers. He was willing to set up a time to check out the SUV but he also asked me a couple questions. He told me the Hyundai was known to be an internal oil burner and asked when I had my last oil change. Ironically, it was a little overdue but no warnings or anything. He said if it was a little low it could set off that solenoid issue and he advised me to get a good oil change, drive the vehicle a couple of days and see if it resets itself. If not, they would be happy to look at it. Guess what? He was 100% accurate. I changed the oil, the check engine light went off. I even had the vehicle scanned again to check and there was no code error. Imagine that, a company giving sound advice to help you and not keeping their knowledge for profit. Thanks Tyler for being inquisitive, helpful and saving me an expense that would have been unnecessary. That customer care alone made me a loyal customer.

Took my car here for an oil change and is the last time I would go again. After the service was…read moredone I noticed a ton of motor oil dripping from the front bottom of the car while I was walking to it. I looked at my engine bay and oil was spilled everywhere in the engine bay. They left the oil filter loose while moving it to another lift and caused the oil to go everywhere in my ENGINE bay. On top of that they didn't mention anything to me after about this. Service was very UNSATISFACTORY and UNPROFESSIONAL. Couple days later my check engine light turned on and now my catalytic converter is damaged and the manager ( RENO & CHRISTIAN) told me they wouldn't be able to cover the costs of the damages that were done. what a disappointment.
